Everytime I try to use Groupon this location charge for the oil change when It's already paid for .Someone need to train the work how to redeem the Groupon. Waste of time

Keya and the team did a really good job on my oil change and very fast. Showed me what was recommend on my subaru. I ll definitely come back for a diff flush

Had a unique experience here at Valvoline. Went for an oil change but unfortunately they ran out of the only oil my vehicle could take. They had to send someone to another location to get more. Yes it took longer than expected but I appreciate that they explained everything that was happening and even gave me a discount on my next visit due to the inconvenience. They were very polite throughout the entire time and despite my unfortunate length of visit the way they handled the situation would definitely ensure my future visits.

Love seeing women when I pull up for an oil change! Breanna and Dakeya were lovely. However, I will need to price an oil change around locally, because $79.99 or $104.99 for synthetic blend or full synthetic seems high?

Waited 50 minutes just for them to tell me that I can not use my Groupon because they're out of full synthetic oil. Remind you nobody walked up to my car and said anything to me nor asked me what I needed. Not convenient and very annoying to not get serviced right.Update: 3/19/2024: Valvoline employee put in notes under my profile to banned me and no longer give me service. I got my oil change at a different location and was no issue. The employees at Valvoline on 27th need to get fire and I want to know why would you put do not service under my account as if I did or said something to you employees!!!!!!! Beyond unprofessional!!!! Silver spring Valvoline had no issue with me and told me to come back since 27th Street has a issue with me and was not upset that I kept declining different offers they asked me about because I already had a Groupon oil change for full synthetic!!

This is the only place I go to get my oil changes. They ruined my oil pan and I made a claim and the manager told me I had to pay for it (I don t change oil, and if the oil pin comes out I will have to buy a whole new oil pan close to $350-$450 USD. Not only that this location replaced my engine filter and not I need a new engine filter housing. Worst place for service, manager cares less for the paying customer that pays the employees. Only thing offered was a topside EVAC for oil changes. I strongly suggest you think about supporting

Tightened the oil filter wayyy too much. Doing my own oil change and the filter is impossible to take off. Don't bring your vehicles here!!!

Valvoline oil change was not accepting any plastic cards such as debit cards or charge cards at the time we were visiting. We want to cross the street to Walmart to purchase something so that we could get cash. Upon returning shortly thereafter, there was a line! The van that was ahead of us having work already done when we arrived, was definitely having more than his oil changed. It took over an hour before we finally got in for our service!

I came for an oil change June 27th and had to come back in 5 days due to them not even changing my oil. Very upset. They re always short staff. I didn t receive the proper service because I had got into an altercation with the employee Dakeya. When I came back she was still there and refused them to actual do there job so this is my 3rd time coming and Kevin took care of my car. Ask for Kevin very polite and understanding. Thanks to you Kevin.

Let me preface this by saying I normally go to Valvoline to get my oil changed and it s usually a seamless and great experience.However, I had a mediocre experience at this location. I first waited in line for about 30 minutes, then when I finally pulled up, the technician below the floor insulted my car saying, this car is a** . It then took them 45+ minutes to do a regular oil change. The manager was nice and was trying to keep everyone on track, but he kept having to remind them to do callouts and repeatedly kept reminding his team how unacceptable it was to take 45+ minutes for an oil change. Afterwards, I drove for like an hour and my check engine light came on .I love Valvoline and I recommend them, but not this particular location unless you want an insult and a mediocre job for 80+ dollars

Arrived 20 minutes before close due to my work schedule and the first time they told me something was going on with their systems. Fine. Second day they just straight refused and he walked off on me after I mentioned this was the second time I ve been refused before close.If you aren t taking new people after a certain time then change your hours to reflect that.

When in to get my oil changed, but I guess I was leaking oil, top and bottom.They were super nice about telling me what it could be, and even told me I need to get it to a mechanic asap because they couldn't even check my oil..They still did a safe check and topped off my fluids.. free of charge.

I went during open hours and a truck was blocking the entrance. I went around the back to see if there was a different entrance and saw the employees standing in the back. I rolled down my window to ask the employees if they were open, and instead of coming over or speaking professionally, they only yelled, "You're gonna have to wait!" Poor customer care in my opinion.

Today I Stopped at Valvoline Instant Oil Change Service Center on South 27th Street Milwaukee, Wisconsin for a Full Service Oil & Lube Change for my Car they have a Amazing Employee Staff Employed & Working there I was Helped & Assisted by Licensed & Certified Mechanic Technician Employee Brianna She was Very Polite Professional & Respectful She Provided me with Options & was Very Clear & Concise with Proving Correct Straight Answers to establish Built & Earned TRUST with established piece of mind for the Car Tech Services being Provided Thank You to Employee Brianna & the other Employee Staff I Respectfully Strongly Recommend here for Car Servicing I Shale Return as a Loyal Customer Consumer

Stopped by to get an oil change.. was told immediately there was an engine leak and couldn t do it. Took it immediately to my mechanic put my car on the lift and didn t such a thing took it the following day down the road and got what I needed and then some by getting great courteous service, knowledgeable staff and recommendations. I think the two people left were overwhelmed as it was almost closing time and just didn t want to bother with one more car..found my new place, but this ain t it!Service: Oil change

This particular place had a nice lady in front. They were fast, but I don't think my tires were checked nor my liquids refilled. I think I'll go back to my original Valvoline further south on 27th St.

I was there for almost 2 hours. From the time my car was actually taken in until I could drive out was about 45 minutes. I don't have a complicated car. It's a 2020 kia optima. But I did get to watch the 2 employees take in and complete 2 other vehicles that arrived AFTER me while my hood was open and I was sitting in my car waiting... they apparently like doing older model vehicles much more than ones like mine. There was another car like me when I first got there that sat hood open like I did while they worked on 2 other cars instead. Employees loped around slow as heck like they had not a care in the world. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I'll never ever go back again.

First of all you can download a coupon to your phone for 25$ off all year long. Second... I went on a Friday afternoon so there was a half hour wait. This place is fast and professional. They do a great job. I will definitely return here for my next oil change.

We just left there and it seemed like no one there knew what they were doing there was three people working on a tail light from what it looked like and none of them looked like they knew how to do it. Honestly it s scared me to the point that I left because I felt like they would have ruined something in my car.
