Was in and out as usual. Staff was full of banter- high energy and knowledgeable. They worked together well. Gave great suggestions and customer service. i don't give up these compliments cheaply. a great visit

I waited at the Door for a 1 hour & 47 mins before I even entered the shop, I couldn t even back out because they had everyone squeeze in , also in that time they took a dance & smoke break cleaned the lobby all with a line of cars going to the public street

The ONLY reason this is a 4 and not a 5 is because of the wait. It took forever to get in but once I was in, the service was incredible! They were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! I've mostly taken my car to the dealership since purchasing it and I've asked them repeatedly to look into a whistling noise coming from the passenger side near the glove box and each time they've told me they couldn't find the source of it. These guys OFFERED to check the cabin air filter and after replacing it the noise disappeared! These guys are great!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Customer service was nice; however, I stopped to get a oil change on my way out the Country. On the freeway my oil heat shield was not properly installed and it dragged on th freeway. Cars were blowing I had to pull over. Trucks and cars speeding causing Hazardous conditions I went to the manager upon return. He stated he would take care of me. Been there twice and my truck still not Fixed. I hated here!!!

I was not satisfied at all. They charged me way too much. And didn't top off any of my fluids. I love the Valvoline on south27th. Much better customer service. And more professional.

Service team was Devon, Emmanuel, and Joshua. Everyone was nice, professional, explained everything thoroughly. I did have a long wait time, but I don t attribute that to the employees, I just happened to go at a busy time and lots of cars were already in line. Went July 2021 for a oil change on my son's car. 2 weeks later the engine locked up because there was no oil in the engine.Spoke to corporate and the area manger called said it was not their fault, than said I could see the video but it had been 3 months and I have not received a call back from them.I will never ever go here again nir will u recommend this business.They destroyed a car that had nothing wrong with it and was just purchased 3 months prior and had literally just came from getting a new battery and inspection.They said it was not their fault and refuse to compensate for their techs not putting oil in the car. Now we have to get another car for him to get back and forth to work .......terrible place they need to close asap.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The workers were extremely nice they did use social distancing and I like that, a lot; they did wear their mask and I like that a lot! they used all safety precautions and I love that! my oil change was perfect, my car is running smoothly I give this store five stars...

I originally went for an oil change. I pull in of course they talk me into getting some other things done that I needed but I have to do an emissions test soon so I just told them to go ahead and knock everything out!! They start to work on my car everything probably took a hour and a half, when they finish they ask me to pull out of the garage and to step on my gas 3 times .. the third time the worker says "do it hard" so I do it and after that my car shuts off! I kept trying to start it and it wouldn't start so about 3 workers come back out, they pop my hood back up and starts messing with some things trying to figure out what happened, about 40 minutes later my car still has not started, and right before I had to go ahead and call a tow truck, another worker comes out and takes my dipstick out from where the oil goes and the stick is complete dry! There was no oil in my car whatsoever! I originally went for an oil change so how was there no oil in my car?? And then AFTER THE FACT that they messed up my car that I just bought! they go ahead and put oil in my car to see if it starts after that and still nothing! Them not doing their job correctly caused damage to my car, probably my motor or engine! they told me to try and charge my battery and see if that works I left the battery to charge while going to work , put it back in after returning home, my car still has not started so it has to be an bigger issues. I haven't even had my vehicle a month yet. And I had no issues with my car I just needed an oil change, I originally went to get that and didn't even get it. Instead I left with my car on a tow truck.

Went for oil change, they pumped out my windshield wiper fluid and replaced it with better stuff I had bought elsewhere for free... And put my new wipers on for free, too! I tipped the young man who helped me, but they deserve special mention. Will be going there for my next oil change.

Wait wasn't that long. It take too long to finish the job either. Customer service was great. Very resourceful, I didn't feel like I was getting pressured to spend unexpected money. I was pretty satisfied with the total. I got an oil change

These guys are a bunch of clowns. Do not use this Valvoline Oil Change under any circumstances.I bought a Groupon for an oil change at this location and arrived at 6pm. They began to check my lights and to look at the oil and the filter. Then they told me they couldn't do the oil change because they didn't have the right size socket and that I should come back tomorrow. I drove off and then my car started shaking when I stopped at red lights. The car would shake so much I had to turn it off when stopped and then turn it back on when the light turned green. I was worried I might be low on oil so I headed to the next closest oil change place. When I got there and popped open the hood the mechanic told me my oil cap was missing. When he looked around he saw the cap sitting on another component. The guys at Valvoline never put the oil cap back on and sent me on my way. I will never use VIOC again.Service: Oil change

I received oil change may 17th. Went today July 5th to get air in tires due to low tire pressure. Lady said I had to pay $5.00 because they no longer put air in tires for free they only did it when you got the initial oil change . I called another valvoline on 68th street and they indicated valvoline doesn't charge. Lady didn't give me a receipt for the 5 singles I gave her. Shanna is the lady. Normally I have great service from this location, but yesterday not a great experience. The employee Rueban (I think that was his name), never greeted me at all just gestured for me to pull forward. Then he puts my car vin number in his computer for my information. He immediately starts an oil change without asking what services I wanted! I did come for an oil change but he should have asked me. He didn't check any of my lights, or check to see if my tires needed air. I doubt if he filled my fluids. Once the oil change was done he told me the cost, and I showed him my coupon from my email (he definitely rolled his eyes when I told him I had a coupon). I needed a rear turn signal light changed as well and I previously purchased bulbs for it. When I asked him to change the bulb he nonchalantly said ok. Turned out both signal lights were out in the rear so he changed them, but he still never checked the front lights. His demeanor the whole time was so uninviting, and to top it off I left without realizing he never gave me my reminder sticker for my next oil change. When the manager Keith is there the experience is always great.

Staff has changed & the crew is not as attentive or friendly as the prior staff. Keitho was an (EXCEPTIONAL MANAGER)! His staff followed his direction and they were always respectful, helpful & willing to explain things...Being a woman I always felt secure in referring my co-workers, church members, family & friends for accurate quality truthful services...This has sadden me!

The last three times I have been here, I had bad experiences. I tried to give them a chance but they always fail. They will try to sell you the most expensive stuff. I took my car in for an oil change and he was going to charge me $100 for synthetic oil, so I asked for conventional and he told me that my car doesn't take conventional LMAO!!! Then his coworker said "yes it does" Trying to cover up the fact that he had been caught trying to sell me expensive stuff. they messed up my splash guard and messed up my oil drain. Don't come here.

Says they do emissions online but its the roll of a dice. Easy way to waste the afternoon driving over just to see the "no emissions" sign out there.

I can't complain, I believe the gentleman that did my oil change was working solo up until the end of the oil change! That being said, the service was still quick and the gentleman was very knowledgeable!

After getting an oil change & a full service fluid flush I drove at least 10 minutes away & my car started driving slow & I heard a clicking & knocking noise coming from my hood , thank god I made it to a gas station to park it safely .i called the manager Keith that called the technician who did not put the enough amount of oil in my car & got the run around . A lot of people at the gas station was trying to tell the tech that the line on the engine line was at the tip , he just wanted to pour my oil that he bought from the Vavoline on capital in my car . I m without a car & received rude service . My car was not shaking or knocking when I drove there . I m seeking to consult with someone!!!!

Best staff ever!! I recommend this location to everyone looking to have their oil change done. Very polite and knowledgeable workers...they go over and beyond to make sure that you're a "satisfied customer!"
