This is honestly my first review of a business, but I feel compelled. My college age daughter went for an oil change, they stated "out of that oil" (mixed synthetic) and upcharged for full synthetic. Any retail person knows if out, you give the next item up for same price. Then after charging for the 6 qts required, charged another $10.99 for "Extra oil charge". At least $32 upcharge. Most importantly, the tech kept referring to her as "sweetheart", "mamma", "Why you running errands by yourself mamma?" She felt intimidated, pressured, could not leave because the doors were closed. I called Valvoline corporate, on hold 26 min to finally reach a person saying " hello, I can't hear you, I need to disconnect". This needs to be stopped!! Preying on women, young people...Edit/Follow-up: I received an email from Valvoline with "apologies", assurances they take this seriously, supposedly sending a coupon for 50% off any location ( will never go to this location again). I understand now that a standard oil change is 5 qts, that vehicle is 6, so extra charge). However, upcharge for being "out of stock" is a bait and switch type of scam. 50% off does not correct a young female experiencing intimidation, harassment and pressure.

Excellent and professional work, they run a clean and tight ship when I went on Saturday, just before noon. You can tell they love their work and they maintain professionalism throughout, I had bad experiences in different locations and this one is definitely one of the best. They did a thorough inspection on the vehicle and you could tell safety was their main priority with the way they effectively and efficiently communicated with one another.

I came in last week to receive a oil change. Had a coupon for 50 percent off. Goeff tried to to sale me on the most expensive saying because of mileage on my truck. I explained that I just want the conventional oil. This man comes with a red gas can and looks like pouring oil in my car. He then talked to me about fuel injection cleaning and offered me that as well and said it would be half price. Received both the oil change and fuel injection cleaning and parked my car that day. Next I drive and my car is shaking and making putting noises. I thought if I drove it it will eventually stop. It s been almost a week and Today I go start my car and it s hesitant and not starting. I had to lay on foot on the gas then start it to start. It finally starts my engine light comes on and making a really loud noise like no oil in my engine. I drive to gas station and put oil and it makes it a little better to drive and will now start but my engine is shaking. I call east north location and advised them in what been going with my car they tell me to bring in before 7 I get there from work five min to 7. An assistant manager starts to help but cracking jokes and immediately trying to make this fine by cracking jokes saying I should of got the more expensive oil. All I know is my truck was running fine just needed a oil change I come to your place of business not only now may I lose my truck your telling me it s my fault for not purchasing the right oil. The manager adds more oil to my already full of oil car and tells me I have to get it to a shop. SMH! Now I feel like I should of never got the oil changed and I also feel like something was messed up or the wrong oil was placed in my truck. I will not return to this place .

They forget to return back the air filter cover, a lot of the engine oil slipped on the engine so my personal garage floor have a lot of oil after come backto my home, unfortunately, they are not professional.

Went to Valvoline on Saturday for an oil change, they were supposed to open up at 8:00 am, and didn't open up until 9: 15am. When they finally did open the door I asked him what was going on and he said that he didn't have enough workers. Then I asked them if I would be getting a discount for waiting for a whole hour for them to open up he said no. Terrible service will not be going back.

James and the whole crew was so nice and helpful for my oil change/whole service. I was in/out within 20 minutes, and they showed me a really nice coupon. Asked for the basic oil change and the ASSISTANT MANAGER, scammed me by putting in full synthetic costing me $80 for a basic oil change . Saying it cost more because other places don t change the oil filter . I would not recommend coming here.

Those guys were great. I went to get oil change right before they closed and they had no problem waiting on me. They were very friendly fast and also super professional. I give a high high five to manager who was supervising the young men on what to do in a very professional manner. It really need to be more places like that. Sometime those young men need that extra training. So I well be returning next time I need an oil change. Great JobService: Oil change

Put off my oil change till right before leaving for a road trip and they had me out in like 10 minutes and were super quick! Very good vibes here too! 10/10 recommend

The staff that did the oil change were friendly and efficient. I had purchased a Groupon to cover my oil change. The gentleman who rang me out however, was extremely rude. He attempted to double charge me, then argued with me and yelled at me regarding the discount offered. I have been here several times before (not using a discount) and always had good experiences. Based on this man's attitude alone, I will not be back.Service: Oil change

The team was very friendly and upbeat. The oil change went fine, and I also added on a tire rotation. I was happy with the service, but now, several days later, one of my wheel covers has fallen off (presumably while driving, because it is missing). This has never happened to me in the 10 years I've had my car, so I can only assume it was not put back on correctly after the tire rotation. Pretty disappointed that I now have to replace parts due to negligence. I'll go somewhere else in the future.

This is a great place to get all your fluids filled and clean. A.J the manager was awesome he got me in and out. He is the best. I recommend you go here to get your fluids here

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I've been bringing my vehicles here for years and continue to be amazed with the level of customer service on this team. Dave in particular is a delight. We chatted about Subarus and he put me on to the Subaru Badge of Ownership. I was able to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and air filters replaced in under 30 minutes for under $200. This place is a gem.

They checked 0% of my car, even though I asked for the battery to be checked and tires to be. My car didn't start the next day. My tire light came on almost immediately and the customer service was overall just not great. The second time that I went here to get my oil change, the mechanic who was checking my car slammed its hood shut at the end. When I asked for my old oil filter back, I was handed it dripping full of oil in my car. Instead of waiting for me to exit my vehicle and put on safety gloves, I was handed a HIGHLY TOXIC substance that hit my skin directly. 1/10 this is lawsuit material.Service: Oil change

On my first visit attempt, they said they don t have any oil for my Toyota. Strange.When I came back a week later, they did a rushed oil change despite no one in line behind me. They didn t reset the car warning light and then refused to apply a coupon after they d swiped my card. This should have been a simple refund and re-charge situation, but they decided they d rather permanently lose my business than let me use a $10 coupon.

Today I had a maintenance message pop up on my newer used car and I was worried something was wrong. I went to the Valvoline on north ave in Milwaukee and James helped me out. He popped my hood, explained thoroughly why I had the message, and reassured me not to worry/reset my maintenance message for me, and offered to top off my tires/coolant/windshield wiper fluid. I was very worried but James made me feel at ease. I would totally go again and hopefully he will be there to take care of my car.

I always love changing oil here. Q and Mattew are awesome and friendly guys. This place is fast and I do not need any appointment. They do other checking like tyre pressure, brake fluid, coolant check, side light check free when changing oil and filter.
