Uptown Lincoln is an excellent dealership.The whole team is great from sales to finance to service, especially salesman David Vajgrt.David was very cordial and knowledgeable. he was very quick to get back to me with any questions I had helping to make the decision of purchasing a Lincoln Corsair much easier for us.I now have started servicing my Navigator there and the service department is excellent aswell. Glad we went with Uptown Lincoln

It felt like family while purchasing my vehicle. Everyone was so friendly and we all were telling family stories from buying vehicles to our kids taking driving lessons or learning to walk. The salesperson was great, the finance person was great, the receptionist was great. I love the pecks that come with the vehicle and I love my Corsair, it's perfectly lovely!

Salesperson was not as attentive and knowledgeable as most. My EV did not come with a full charge. Nor was much time spent on the features. I'm a new EV owner and would have preferred a lot more information be dispensed. 1 week after purchasing all of a sudden they have every color and model of the truck on the lot. The truck I bought that I had to wait to come from another dealer with almost 400 miles on it. Which was not told to me until after I signed papers. Do your own research, don't rely on them to be forthcoming on info. Finance Manager is not the friendliest either. I didn't feel welcomed nor congratulated. I felt like a transaction.

WoW where do I start, My experience was good from start to finish my sales person Mr. HK very thorough. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the cars details, eager to help, next my finance person, Miss KB very thorough very honest, very very helpful, very knowledgeable. She listens well I was preapproved by the company that I use when I bought my 2014 Ford fusion, so we worked with that information and she found something I wanted, I was able to purchase a 2020 Ford escape. And if you think that you re not a candidate for one because your credit score is not so good, go down and take a chance anyways and see, it ll be worth the ride. If nothing else, you ll have the information you need to improve where you are told to and go back in six months to a year with a better credit score and drive away, and the vehicle of your choice! My SUV is Very beautiful with all the bells and whistles so if you are in need of a Car, Truck or SUV go down to 2111 North Mayfair Rd to Uptown Ford Lincoln dealership and ask for Mr. Howard or Kristina tell them Sally sent you! My license plate say daddy s girl because my daddy God is always in the mist of what I m doing, and he always says yes when and he will orchestrate the timing!!!! I am enjoying my new promise from God!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Uptown! Patrick was excellent to work with. I felt like they were fair, honest and really wanted to take care of me at the dealership. Buying a new car can be stressful, but Uptown made it an easy, relaxed process.

Car is always retuned with grease stains on the inside. The broke a part of my door while repairing and the did not say anything or replace until I brought it in. They left metal screws and clips on my floor and seat

My wife saw that she had a screw in her tire while she was at Mayfair Mall. She called a few of the nearby tire stores. Everyone said they were too busy. (Let me add that she had popped a tire a few weeks before so she had no spare.) She called Uptown Motors and they told her to come in to see if they could fix it for her . even though it was a Volkswagen. They jumped through hoops to help her. They replaced the tire with the screw in it . another tire on the front and the spare. They said the other two tires were fine. Kory Stoffers was the service person that helped my wife. He is the BEST! If I could give this dealership and Kory 10 stars, I would. Thank you!!! I would highly recommend Uptown Motors! They went beyond the call of duty. One other thing I didn t mention... This all happened at the end of the day and they still got it all done. Unbelievable customer service! 10 stars!

date of visit: 11/2/23I'm very critical of how my vehicle is treated, even on this day I was being just that, I questioned the work practice of having my emergency blinkers on for no other reason other than to identify that my vehicle was present for an oil change. With all the advanced technology available surely you can be more creative than flashing your customers blinkers.I was a waiter in the uptown lounge, and on this day a customer also a waiter was experiencing health issues. They actually literally became unresponsive, as in their heart stopped beating and they had no pulse. I would like to point out the quick action taken by the Uptown employees and the paramedics brought this person back to life. They did an excellent job and I'm glad I was able to witness this event they showed great character and this rating is for that. Special thank you to (uptown)Curtis(service desk),the receptionist, and the guy from the back office. Extra special thanks to the police that responded and super special thanks to the paramedics and doctor on live stream job well done. I hope that person is doing well.

Second car purchase with Uptown and I can say I was extremely satisfied. I was recognized by several managers and sales personal. The welcomed my questions and were patient with my timeline. My experience was amazing. Test drive and purchase in the same morning. They were honest and helpful. Saved me alot of money and got me the best package possible. I've had back experiences at dealerships but Dave in Sales and Kristina both helped me tremendously. We recently purchased an F150 from Uptown and couldn t have been happier with the process. After checking out a few other dealerships, we started to feel like we were being sold a truck rather than us buying one. That was not the case at Uptown. Dave and Dave were fantastic to work with! They gave us the time and space to make our decision without ever pressuring us. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Kristina was great to work with on the financing end of things. This team seemed to truly enjoy what they were doing and made it a pleasure to do business with them!

Best car buying experience yet. Surprising my wife with her dream car was even better with the help of Chris and the team at Uptown Lincoln.My wife had no idea I was swapping our her "old" Navigator for a new one. When she thought our car had been stolen, only to find the Color Combo she was infatuated with was now her daily driver. It made the surprise and experience a memorable one. It really made this moment special for us, and I can't thank Chris enough for our 4th Navigator.

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. Dave in sales was very knowledgeable about the product line. I appreciate the relaxed and no pressure approach to finding the right vehicle for me. Kristina in the business office was organized and had the paperwork ready to go. I look forward to purchasing another vehicle (Lincoln MKC) from Uptown Ford Lincoln sometime down the road (after I get my college degree .)

I am once again very pleased with the Uptown experience.My 2009 Mercury Milan drives like it did when I bought it 7 or 8 years ago with 80,000 miles. Now there is 209,000 miles.Everyone at Uptown is helpful and courteous.Thank you Uptown.

Uptown has a new quick service location just down the street from the main lot. Kory and Bob are doing an excellent job, managing the work flow, customers and numerous difficulties that customers bring in. They value your time, your budget and your business. Excellent experience!

Truck was in for service. Service attendant Hope was great. Communication was good. Everyone I engaged with was polite. They appear to have some detail toward customer service. I will be back for future needs.

I had an oil change done and when I was driving home, the front of the plastic housing underneath my car came completely unclipped and was dragging on the ground. When I went back in to get it put back on, the guy basically said next time I ll need all new hardware since it wasn t put back on properly. Why was it not installed correctly the first time? This is the 2nd time this has happened and I had to buy my own hardware to put it back up. So now they just forgot to put those pieces back on again? Not happy. They did treat me kindly but it was such an inconvenience and I m lucky nothing worse happened while I was driving.

Originally had left a 5 star review for an oil change with concierge service appointment. Updating due to being told that I didn't owe anything and then seeing on my credit card statement that I was charged. Called and was told they charge $5.50/ gallon for gas on rentals if tank is not filled up. I was never told this and only drove the vehicle about an hour to work and back. This is the 4th time I've gotten a rental and was never charged a fee like this before (and never filled the tank before returning). Too bad because was very happy with the service until I found this out.

I took my car in for a scheduled oil change and maintenance check. The service representative waited on me promptly and he told me that it would take about an hour before the work would be done. I waited in the clean and inviting customer service area and they provided a television, water, coffee, fruit, and sodas.The young man returned within an hour and ten minutes to let me know that my oil change was complete and that my car checked out with no issues. So grateful!I was satisfied with the service and the complimentary car wash!Thank you Uptown!

I recently had my vehicle in for a few needed services at Uptown Ford on Mayfair Rd. I was very pleased with the availability of getting a service appointment. I was expecting a few weeks wait, but was able to schedule the appointment for only a few days later. I was also very happy with the service advisor, Jake. He made sure I knew what repairs needed to be done and how much it was going to cost before anything was done. They also had my vehicle's work completed the same day and ready for pick-up when promised. I'll definitely be back for any future service needs.

Couldnt be happier. We drove up from Aurora, Il. Everything was 100% what we talked about over the phone. No tricks or games which is a rare find in todays car business. Couldnt be happier!
