Jack gets 5 stars for his exceptional customer service. I have purchase several cars in the past. Unfortunately this time around the extended warranty (Protection Plus) for the paint , interior , environmental, etc. was not honored again! I had some sticky residue on my car due to road construction. As you know road construction is constant this time of the year. When I tried to have it removed it was denied. This is the second time. This warranty is useless. Jack was able to have it removed and detailed for me. He even gave me a loaner car while mine was being taken care of. I highly recommend Jack as he goes above & beyond.

Just bought a Mercedes GLE 450e from Tony Sanfillipo at Umansky. As usual, Tony delivered. His customers service is unmatched. An absolute pleasure to work with. When Tony tells you he is going to do something, he delivers. He is professional, knowledgeable and a great guy. Would definitely recommend Tony and Umansky if you are in the market for a new car.

I can't say anything about purchasing a car at Umansky...however...when I recently had my VW serviced there, I couldn't believe the incompetence. About 3 or 4 years ago, I brought my car to Umansky for general maintenance. All seemed pretty much okay, until I realized someone put 40 psi in a tire that should have had 30 psi. Unfortunately, it was too late when I realized the problem and ended up with a huge bubble in the tire, which had I driven further would have exploded. I was just lucky I caught it before that happened. I called Umansky and emailed. No one would return my call. I ended up buying new tires elsewhere....at least one of which they should have paid for (but would not even acknowledge). Fast forward to today. I needed maintenance done that only could be done at a VW certified shop. I went back to Umansky...Although I was concerned, I felt a little more confident in the service department. Why then did I give it one star? Because I was notified that my car was ready at 11:26 am. Got to the service department around 1:10 pm. Guess what, the cashier said our car was not ready. She gave a ton of excuses like "they may not have brought up the keys" "it should be ready soon," "why don't you wait in the lounge." Really? I asked her to find out what was the hold up and when the car would be ready. She told me she had to finish her paperwork first. Maybe it would have made sense to pick up the phone and check with the service consultant. Nope! Lousy customer service if I have ever seen it. I finally went into the service area, found the service consultant and got the keys and paperwork from him. Literally took us 30 - 45 minutes to pick up a car that was supposed to be done nearly two hours before. I don't have anything bad to say about the tech, but they need to take a closer look at their brand of customer service...It is the worst I have ever seen!

I had the BEST experience today at Umansky Motors. I worked with Gary Okla. He was beyond helpful! He was respectful of my budget, listened to what I wanted and far OVER DELIVERED on my expectations! I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a car.Truthfully, I wasn't looking forward to car shopping. But WOW - Gary Okla changed my entire perception of the experience. It was stress free and I felt like I had a truly knowledgeable, expert, professional guiding me to my best option.Jac'Quon Sanders made the financing portion easy, and we are so grateful for his guidance and knowledge as well.And I am thrilled with my new (to me) car.

Lack luster performance. Had an appointment set up weeks earlier. Once I got there no one greeted me. Once I addressed the service associate they asked if I would be waiting to perform a programming of a key. I stated that I would be waiting considering it should take around 10 to 15 minutes to program they key. The service associate informed that it could be an hour. I again stated when I was reprogramming keys it took 10 to 15 minutes. The service associate stated that I was welcomed to take it elsewhere. Shocked at that response to say the least. Once they were done I was texted that the car was completed. Once I received the key from the service associate the cashier checked me out. The service associate had a car parked behind my car and had left the service area to speak with coworkers. I had to find the service associate as there was no members of the service team in the service area and inform them that my car was blocked in. The service associate then asked oh had someone parked behind your car? The service associate got the key to a car that he didn t know was behind my car and moved the car. Suffice it to say, if I don t need to come back to this service department I won t!

I worked with Daniel Laber in the Service department on getting my Tiguan situated. Being honest with everyone who reads this, Dan is one of the best service department associates I have ever worked with in my life. He took care of my issues, he diligently worked with my Extended Warranty company, he patiently dealt with my high anxiety level with gracefullness and professionalism. It took a awhile to get everything taken care of and I wouldn't be driving my vehicle today if it wasn't for Dan, the rest of the employees at that facility, and Umansky for being such an amazing company. EVERY DAY that I get myself safe to work and back I remain graceful for having the expertise of Umansky I my corner olfor.the life of my vehicle. TY 4 everything.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a mid-size SUV and Alisha navigated us thru the whole process . From start to finish she was very insightful, and was very attentive to my wife s needs with this big purchase . Giving us many options we decided on a 2023 atlas cross sport . Car shopping was always an uncomfortable, anxiety-filled experience for me. Then I purchased a vehicle from Spencer Marquardt at Umansky. Despite the current car market being upside down, he found the perfect car for me and my family. He handled everything from A-Z, and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and I was able to drive it home. His professionalism was solid, but most importantly, I felt like he truly cared about me as an individual. Spencer has earned my trust and my business for life. I recently purchased my first Porsche, a 2020 Macan from Alisha Gonzales. Alisha was very attentive, knowledgeable and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. The Macan has a few issues that needed to be solved and since we purchased the car on a Saturday she coordinated all of the scheduling for these issues to be resolved the following week. I enjoy the car buying experience, however my wife does not my wife admitted that this was the first purchase that she found painless in a time when customer service is hard to find, Alisha made this purchase enjoyable.

Avoid at all cost. I purchased two vehicles from them.. they smile in your face to make the sale. But they do not honor their warranties. Less than 5 months after purchasing the vehicle the blower motor went out on the vehicle. Costing me more than $1250... a proper inspection should have shown this issue. They then charged me $110 to "inspect" the vehicle.

Really happy with my experience. I was really discouraged the last couple of weeks until I stumbled upon these guys. As soon as I called a sales representative Gary answered and ran out to the lot to verify the car I wa calling for. From that day they worked patiently and were attentive to my needs to get me what I truly wanted. My recent exp with other dealers has left a sour taste, but I would love to continue business with this location again!

Very poor experience at this dealership. Old school cheap dealership style of misrepresentation and misleading on new car sales. I was presented an accepted contract for VW purchase and when closing sale within 24 hours they quietly changed numbers. No accountability. GM Aaron Vrhovnik was very rude, disrespectful and arrogant! Such dealer practice and negative customer experience in this age is unheard of. These guys also damage brand image(VW in this case) they try to represent. Do not recommend Umansky Motors for sales or service. I will not return to VW either. Hope management(if there is one) takes note of this behavior.

I purchased a used car from them and it was a great experience. I worked with Raja Khan who was friendly, thorough and low pressure. He made sure I was comfortable with the car and had all of my questions answered before buying. He went above and beyond in every part of the process. I dread the car buying process, but Raja made the process transparent and straight forward. Would recommend Raja to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

I recently had a wonderful experience of buying car at the same time getting service at Umansky Motors. I was helped by Lars to purchase a used Porsche Cayman S 2010 with such ease and reasonable price. The whole process was very painless and even enjoyable, unlike my prior car purchasing experience of endless negotiation at other dealers. I got my car in a few hours. After driving the car for a few days, a brake light sensor came on. I took the car back and was greeted by the Porsche Service Manager Brandon. He gave me a new Porsche as a loaner and was instrumental in getting the sale manager to cover the full all around brake service at no cost to honor their pre-owned program. I am extremely impressed with both the integrity and customer service at this dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Absolutely exceptional Dealer! I'm super excited because I not only bought the car that I wanted, but I felt taken care of. It's all the little details that went into making sure I was considered throughout the entire processes. If an issue or potential issue came up, it was met with immediate transparency and a strategy to make sure there was an understanding as well as a means to resolve. My visit at Umansky Motor Cars was nothing short of amazing. This dealership is top-notch! I drove 8+ hours to get my Mercedes C300 from them. From the moment you walk in the doors everyone is very courteous and professional. Mario and Brian were fantastic to work with and upon seeing the vehicle it was everything they had described to me over the phone. My entire experience at the facility was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. The long drive was well worth it and I would easily travel the 8+ hours again for my next vehicle to deal Brian and Mario. Thank you Umansky Motor Cars for an outstanding experience!

Ben was great to work with!I was a bit apprehensive about traveling to Milwaukee from quite a distance away to go car shopping, but once I arrived at Umansky and got inside the dealership, everyone there was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I came to Umansky because there is only one other Mercedes dealer in my general area, and I was unable to find what I was looking for at that dealership.Although I expected a high-pressure sales experience, that did not happen. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me and that they would do what it takes to get me in it.I left the same day with my 2014 Mercedes C-Class and am loving it. The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles. Ben also followed up with me after the sale to be sure I was happy with the vehicle.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

This is a place to buy a used car. We bought a Hyundai with around 154k off the lot as an as is car. I noticed that it was burning a lot of oil - a quart every half a tank. They confirmed this and we found out that there is an issue with the 2.4L engines on Hyundai's. Umansky offered to buy back the car at full price or give full price toward another car on their lot. We bought another car off their lot. They are there to sell cars, but for me they stood behind what they sold me. I could not of been happier for the way they handled my issue. I will recommend them to anyone who is buying a car (new or used). Thank You again Dustin and Umansky Motor Cars.

Our salesman Ben went above and beyond to get us the best price for my trade as well as a great price on our "new to us" car. It was a very quick process to get papers done and get us on our way. When I told Ben my wife might have problems finding the dealership, he offered to come by our house and guide her in. That was truly appreciated. I will definitely be looking at their website when I'm in the market again!! 5 stars!!

I bought a VW for the first time about a year ago. The staff was very attentive to my needs and wants. I have had a excellent experience from both the buying process and repair processes. They have a great service repair shop for VW.I went there to get my oil changed and it took longer than usual and the manager apologized and waved my fee without me having to complain. A+++ for customer service. I m very happy with them!

Honestly, a flawless and extremely quick, easy and enjoyable experience. My salesman, Dirk was extremely polite and informative. He knew the car I wanted and even had it ready sooner as my plans changed of when I could pick the car up. Coming in on his day off even, to make sure everything was ready. Max was the car specialist and knew everything about the car, and honestly loved explaining the details about it. The dealership was super clean and seeing my car (2015 CLA45 AMG) sitting in their garage ready to go was super exciting. Not only is the car amazing but the people were fantastic and I highly recommend this dealer. Could not be happier and just makes me love Mercedes-Benz and the people that work with them even more. Thanks again!

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Looking for a car during this pandemic was truly hectic. I just happened to be looking online and the exact car I was searching for popped up at Umansky. I contacted them and got a response right away. I was assigned a salesmen, Mr. Robert Butler who by the way attended to the minute details. No pushiness, no over the top unnecessary-ness. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander on Saturday, August 24th. While driving the newly purchased car home from the dealership with the car the tire light came on. I called the salesman immediately and he told me to try putting air in the tires. I did, and the light did not turn off. After trying his solution, I called him again and he tried to talk me into just ignoring the light, telling me it really wasn t a big deal. I told him I would bring the car in the next Monday morning (2 days later) so their shop could look at the car and fix the issue.I spoke to a mechanic friend who advised the tire sensor probably needed to be replaced so I brought the car back on Monday to have it checked out by the dealership. When I arrived with the car I was given more of a run around! The salesman spoke to the sales manager and reported back to me that they wouldn t fix the car if it was a big problem , instead of fixing it they would just buy it back. I said I thought it was a sensor that needed to be replaced and was told that they would have to replace all four sensors and that is something they wouldn t do. I also mentioned to the salesman that the back windshield wiper didn t work, but that was lost in the shuffle about the tire sensors.After waiting I finally was advised they couldn t look at the car right now and they would set me up with a loaner. This was disappointing and annoying because the salesman knew I was coming back on Monday to have the car looked at. After being told they couldn t AND wouldn t fix anything anyways, I left.Low and behold, the next time it rained the rear windshield wiper didn t work correctly and after about 3 full swipes it completely stopped working. It is now stuck in the middle of my back window. Finally, the advertisement for my vehicle said it had built-in navigation which it does not (it can connect to Bluetooth, so I can hear my navigation, but I do not consider that as having a navigation system.) Overall I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the purchase. Although the salesman was friendly, I feel that this car was sold to me with issues that they should and could have fixed. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go elsewhere.

I ve leased my last four cars from Mike Bekenshtyn at Umansky and it is always a pleasant experience. He follows up, clarifies the information when asked, is patient and gives me chocolates after each signing. One of the reasons I keep going back is they make the process easy, I don t feel pressured to buy anything I don t want and have not gone back on their word. Thanks Mike see you in 3 years!
