I am a college student from out of state and I cannot express how thankful I am for Twenty First Century Auto!They happily made me an appointment after hearing what was wrong with my car and got me in next day. Not only that, but they were done that next day which was great considering I brought my car in right before closing time the day before.The woman that is in charge there gave me a ride back and was so kind and sweet and they also gave me money off because my friend had recommended going there.When I picked up my car, it was easy to get into the key box and when I opened my car door there was so many goodies on my drivers seat. They gave me a cute little quote about the moon as well as a moon pie and glasses for the upcoming eclipse. They also gave me a folder with new customer information and a pen and keychain branded with the business. These are not mandatory at all, but it was a pleasant surprise when I opened my door.The service ended up being about $100 more than what was originally estimated, and while that is somewhat annoying, it is understandable because things come up when working on cars.Overall, I highly recommend them. Especially as a young woman in college it was so nice to not be treated like I was an idiot based on my gender and age and actually be treated with kindness and helped.

Well I've been here before, & they took good care of me about my tire. The gentleman was very nice about what they would do to fix my tire. Because they got me in the same I was a happ camper. So I would go back there again. What I really liked was the Gnome they left in my car. It was a nice little Thank you. Have a good day.

This is a great day! I found the best auto repair shop. I was greeted by Sarah and Josh who were helpful and informative. I am excited I discovered this place. They repaired my tire and also offered a courtesy check. I am declaring Twenty First Century Auto as my partners in my auto maintenance! It gives me piece of mind.I went to get my oil changed and I found Santa and a thank you note on my dashboard. That was the best surprise ever.

I has such a great experience! Very trustworthy, submitting photos and initial inspection. They called before they did the work with a quote and didn't try to talk me into any extra work. Sharon was amazing to work with, my car was done very quickly. I am so impressed with this business, I've already told my family to go here. I had to have 4 tires replaced today. I called to make an appointment. You have a choice of tires to purchase. Tires vary in prices. I chose a better quality tire with a very good guarantee. A bit more pricey but worth it. You get higher milage on quality tires. They had the tires ready for mounting and balanced. I even had a wheel alignment. Twenty First Century Auto are very efficient and do their job well. I highly recommend them. I have had different repairs done there from exhaust system to oil change. Always satisfied with their services. Very friendly too.

I needed a bolt removed that was stuck in my front tire. I called and they were able to help me right away. In less than an hour I was out the door with my tire plugged and on my way. Awesome.

My car was jacked up and I was concerned it was something serious. They got me in sooner than I thought and out the same day they said they could take a look at it. Turned out to be a minor fix and the price wasn't too bad. Will be going back.

I was so much grateful for their services especially when I left my phone in my car and they brought it to me in no time. The ride to and from my house was very excellent on their part and I appreciate it a lot. I have been to several auto shops and never had that treat.Look at the file filled with coupons, key holder, pen and other things, so much appreciated.Thank you, and promise to be there again when the need arise and will also recommend to family n friends.10/19/23Thank you so much for ur services rendered when I was stuck at my work place because the car will never start due to battery problem. A towing truck was arranged immediately for me but fortunately the truck driver was able to use a battery jumper to start the engine for me. Your services at the shop was very much appreciated. 11/2/23Thank you fir tge services rendered to me. My car is now working perfectly and hope it continues so.

Loyal customer for 25 years.Always awesome and friendly service, I would highly recommend them. I started going there for convenience and stayed for the service. I moved out of the area but, make the trip there because, I trust their advice and excellent service care! Also, love the fact that if needed they will do drop offs and pick ups, what a awesome family type business, not too many of those around anymore.

I had the best experience! I loved the text message communication with detailed information including photos!! When I picked my car up, the mechanic Josh explained everything that was done to the car, including showing me the bad parts he replaced. He also showed me what to look for on something else. Overall, good work. Just a miscommunication with price as I expected to pay less for new part with labor included. Additionally, vehicle was left close to below E on gas and luckily I was able to make it to the gas station. Just wish I would have received a heads up with gas level to prepare accordingly.

"They explain things. They let you know what is coming due on your car and how urgent. Example: I could put off my struts for awhile, but knew when it was necessary. This allowed me time to save."

Time and time again, Twenty First Century comes through. Even when it's a last minute issue. Their work is impeccable and the front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. They even offer rides while your car is being serviced. They always go above and beyond to help their customers.

I had a flat tire due to apparently driving over a screw. I called the garage and from that first moment, the customer service was stellar. They squeezed me in and even took into consideration that I needed my car back before having to pick up my daughter from school. They plugged the hole and the charge was very reasonable. I especially found the pack of flower seeds in my car as thank you to be such a beautiful touch. I have found a garage that I will continue to use.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection

I arrived at almost closing time to pick up my car, the staff was attentive and welcoming.I was pleasantly surprised to find a packet of sunflower seeds a note, thanking for my business when I got into my car.Although I ve only recently began using 21st Century, after 23 years with another establishment, I am pleased with their service and plan to remain a customer of theirs.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair, Oil change

The staff here are wonderful! The woman I spoke to on the phone and at the desk was so kind and informative. They sent me a link with the results from the inspection, including detailed pictures and their recommendations. Brought car in for squeaky brakes. They found a fault in the back brakes which fixed the sound for like 30 min until it came right back.. and now the brakes barely work and isn't safe to drive at all AND the check engine light came on. I called and they claimed the brake pedal was already soft when they got the car in which simply isn't true, the car is not drivable now and it was fine when I brought it in besides the noise. They did not offer to fix the problem for me that they caused they just said I could bring it back in and have it inspected so that they can charge me for another repair. I will now have to bring it to another shop that is more honest. Terrible experienceEdit: After taking it into another shop they determined that the brakes were adjusted insanely incorrectly and the brakes needed bleeding as well. Crazy how bad the mechanics are at this place

I honestly feel ripped off. I took my car in for brakes 2 months ago and was charged $1000. Took it back because there was a rubbing sound which was not ice. It had not even snowed yet. I got an estimate on a simple head light change for $75. When I picked up my car the price was 4� as much as the estimate and the car wasn't even put back together correctly. Had to take it back again. My car was there for 8 hours. Very disappointed. Inexperienced mechanics. And way overpriced. I ve had work done on 2 different vehicles. Both times I was impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and thorough inspection. I have done my own auto work for most of my life. I had a shop that I would take my cars to, if the work, was extensive. The ease of access to their shop (on forest home) and quality of service was impressive. I will always take our vehicles here.
