Don t ever go here they rebuilt my trans the mf went back and they tried to charge me another 1700 dollars never take it from me don t do it 0 stars nbs

Had a $2K rebuild on a chevy Trans in 22, it went out approximately a year later.. they give you a 90 day warranty. Stay Away!!

I got my 2001 Cheney suburban trans rebuild and it did not last 3 months and they did not want to fix it I gave them 2000 and was out of my money will never use him again I wish I could of sued but I don t think I would of won because the warranty was on 3 monthsServices: Transmission, Transmission repairServices: Transmission, Transmission repair

My experience with Mark at Trans X Press was great! I called in & got a quote on a Transmission install for my 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt. They were one of the only shops that I could find who would work with salvaged parts & they gave me the BEST price. Mark was honest & held true to his word. Tom is a great mechanic. He went above & beyond by completing my transmission install & even fixing a couple other unrelated issue for free.I would HIGHLY recommend Trans X Press for transmission work!Service: Transmission

I ve taken a 04 envoy and well I did warranty at the time when it started going out and paid only a small deductible. The truck only just hit its second only change at the time the newer rebuilt transmission and converter is jumping and skipping gearing the issue now after they repaired it is worse then my first failure when it just didn t hit over 80mph.Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

Just got the vehicle back so an update may be needed in 6months to a year, but the work is quick and affordable. Lowest price in the city and less than a week turnaround for a full transmission rebuild.

Had an AMAZING experience!! This place is the best!!! They were even willing to work with me on the price! Hands down the best car experience i have ever had. They were so nice and helpful... I explained to them that i needed my car back in a hurry because i was paying for a rental. They toom that into consideration and got my car back to me fast! My transmission is working great! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you gentleman so much for helping me!!! I will definitely be back

My name is Daryl and I went to Transxpress transmission to get my car fixed. I didn't know what was wrong with it and they told me it was my transmission line with didn't cost that much. So I really appreciate them being really honest with me. They went over and beyond just to make sure everything worked well with my truck. What a great place to work with. Had an issue with my rebuilt transmission from a year ago. The owner called me personally and worked with me to resolve my problem. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had. Truck is fixed and rides great.

Mark the owner is a charlatan this place should be shut down. I wish that I've never had taken my car here. This company is the defintion of Rip-off. I had my car repaired here, which was very expensive, to be brought back Twice to get fixed. This last time car broke down a week later. He does not honor his own warranty.

Mark the owner was awesome. Took my truck in for a transmission which he did in a timely manner. Then when i was leaving during this past snow storm my 4 wheel drive wasnt engaging. He got on his back in the snow took a look then cleared a rack and put it in the air. He spent the next 2 hours helping me trouble shoot the problem at no cost to me. With service like that he'll get all my business. You rock mark. Hope the light helps.

Had my transmission done at Trans X Transmission a week ago, there price was one of the lowest I could find, so that in itself sold me. So far no problems, car is running good. If your looking to save money on getting your transmission fix, this is the place to go. If anything occurs within the 90 day warranty period I'll keep you posted. But so far so good.

Had nothing but a good experience with amazing prices. Brought my 2002 BMW there and had transmission work done. Never had anymore issues with my car. Highly recommend them to anyone all my friends and family will be going here for transmission work.

VERY HONEST PLACE!!! I was quoted $685 at another transmission shop near 76th street to replace all my motor mounts. My husband told me to go to TransX to get the motor mount replaced.I dropped the car off, about two hours later TRANSX called to tell me they found NOTHING wrong with any of my motor mounts, except a couple were a bit loose. TRANX tighten all of them up for free. I tried to give them a tip because they saved me $685, but they refused to take any money from me. I will definitely tell everyone about this place and take my vehicles here whenever I experience any trouble.Service: Transmission

This has to be the most rip off place ever! I took my car to this shop to get it checked because the check engine light had been on and I was just going to see what needs to be done to get that light off. They ended up telling me that I needed a Cylinoid, Tort Converter and something else. I allowed the company to do the work, thinking that this would solve the check engine light problem and I would pass the emissions testing. I am not an Auto Mechanic so I let them do what they do.I paid over $1300.00 and guess what, I got a 90 day warranty but my car had to be towed back there because it was still under warranty and still would not move. My check engine light is still on. They so called fixed it and it ran another 2 days and back in their shop. Eventually my car got towed to another transmission place and it's being worked on now.I am so displeased with this company especially after the new company got my car. I was able to see the damage that Tran -X-Press did. Most of my bolts were missing. I had a spray painted converter, the case was cut and some other thing that I can't pronounce was taken out. I took pictures and let family and Auto Mechanics look at them and it was horrible. I tried to reach the owner but was denied.My car was running fine before Tran-X-Press got a hold of it. Again, I DID NOT go there because my car would not run, it ran very good. I just wanted the check engine light to go off!Now, this new place wants $1950.00 to do the job but this Tran-X-Press expects to walk away clean without paying anything. I am renting a car now which is costing me so much on top of the tows I had to pay for and the time off work when all this crap started. I am calling the Fox 6 news team so that they can investigate this con job and horrible serviceI should've listened to my sister and went to the other place where she went before all this happen. I figured I would just go to Tran-X-Press because it was close to my home and I was just getting a diagnostic test ran to solve the check engine light, pay for what ever sensor needed and pass the emissions test.I would never recommend this company to anyone ever! 04/01/2013

SCAMMERS! Don't take your car here, unless, you like throwing away your money!NOT RECOMMENDED!They don't even deserve 1 star! Seriously I see they have to sale cars now, because nobody in their right mind will take their car here after reading the reviews! I wish I would have read them firsts! lesson Learned!SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Going to see my family for the holidays and my transmission went out on interstate 94. I called Transxpress and Tom sent a tow truck right away and picked me up. They said a line blew off and my fluid leaked out. It only took him a half hour to fix the line and put fluid back in. Thank you so much Tom!Merry Christmas

Was told they needed to keep my car for a day for a transmission flush today & because I said I can t leave my car I only have one, was told they couldn t help me! Never will I ever go back! Went to good year they were able to get me in and out in a hr!

The gentlemen finished my car within a few hours. Got the shift solenoid done. Works great! A lil unprofessional with lady at front desk smoking cigarettes

They is the worst place I ever went to, they suppose to rebuild my transmission, but they ended up breaking a couple of my parts, plus the rebuild job they did was horrible, my transmission ended up with the same problems after 40days and they wouldnt fix it, unless i pay them $850 , when i just paid $1400 3 months earlier, # bad buisness
