Thai place is great. No complaints at all. I have my 2006 BMW 750i there now getting a new transmission. I think they do work on all makes and models. But also I believe they specialize in foreign make n models.. like I say they do great work

Payed for a exhaust installed on my classic car, these motherfuckas got my exhaust pushing up against my crankshaft and frame. Went back to show them and they said they don't workbon old classic any more. Now i have to pay out of pocket to fix. Horrible service.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I was visiting friends over the weekend and my SUV started acting up on a Friday night. I live around 3 hours away so I desperately needed to find a shop open on a Saturday that could complete the job. Lucky for me Tran's Auto was open, close by and they were able to complete the job prior to closing. They even went the extra mile to stay open a few minutes longer when I realized my wife had ordered a Lyft to the other Tran's location, which is about 15 minutes away and we wouldn't have arrived by the time they closed otherwise. I would recommend this shop to anyone because they went the extra mile to get me back on the road so I wasn't stuck renting a vehicle and returning during the week to pick up my SUV. 5 stars all day

I showed up without an appointment at about 10 am on a Saturday morning. Within three hours, I had all brakes and rotors replaced, a spare tire replaced, and the rim put on. The cost was very reasonable for the services provided and the quality of work. This is my third time having work done at Tran s Auto Service, and each time the quality of work and reasonable prices help to restore my faith in auto mechanics. I would highly recommend coming here to have your automotive needs met.Services: Tires, Brakes

I use to take my jeep to the dealership.. I took a chance on trans auto and I'm glad I did.. they do great work for a lot less than the dealership

I got nothing but kudos for these guys. Excellent job done, especially when I took my Toyota Tundra to 2 other places who tried to charge me three times what they did. The fault in my vehicle finally stopped after three years of taking it around different auto shops including Firestone. These guys are not just technicians who just replace parts, they know what they're doing. Yes, in every business you'll find people unsatisfied for different reasons and circumstances, but take a look to the majority of satisfied customers giving the 5 stars rates. I'm recommending a lot of coworkers and friends for the simple fact I trust these guys.

Trans Auto is awesome! The staff has always been honest with me concerning my auto issues and always treat me with respect. I tell everyone I know who need auto work about them. It's hard to find a good, honest mechanic; I m glad I found these guys. Keep up the good work!

I highly recommend this place. They service my Cadillac Escalade truck for all it's maintenance needs. They are fair w/their pricing. Plus I have found them to be honest, which unfortunately is a rare commodity amount this profession. I just had some work done to which another shop quoted the work at the high end of $800. Trans did it for under $500. PLUS they really do aim to please their customers.

I came in on a day when the mechanic was sick, and I still got a little of the help I needed! My bumper came off the frame and it was popped back on, all while refusing a tip! This place has charm and is worth visiting at least once to meet the kind staff.

Listen to those one star reviews. They kept my car for three days and couldn t do the work. Instead of saying they couldn t do the work they want to charge for work they didn t do. Pay attention to crooks like these they only come in areas where they can mistreat people. Your customer is your biggest asset and when you treat people unfairly you lose standards.My problem is they did the work on my vehicle and sent me on my way. When I left my vehicle still had an engine light on and no fuel gauge working. They told me I had no gas to make sure I immediately put gas in. When I put the gas in my engine light came back on, as well as the fuel gauge was still not showing how much gas I had. I called them they said bring it in they would contact me with the details for another part in the morning because there is a sensor that had blown out during installation. They called me saying fuel pump was defective and it would be another two/three days to get it back. I questioned that and he refused to fix the work they did and offered a refund minus fee for looking at the vehicle. Question? When has someone been recharged for work they haven't done? If there was a manufacturer default and they couldn't fix it why not just refund all my money. This was the first and last time I will ever take my vehicle to a place like this. The transaction was done when they couldn't fix the problem. I should have just been refunded my money and sent on my way.

I ve always had good experiences at Tran s Auto. I used to take my car here when I lived in Milwaukee and always found good and honest service. As girl, I ve never felt like they were condescending or trying to take advantage of me like I ve experienced at other places (in fact, I found them after O Reilly s Motor downtown had taken me for a fool for the third time). This year, I was home for the holidays and took my car here once again and received the same great service I had in the past.

Kevin and crew went out of their way for me after my car lost all of it's oil last night. Their graciousness and service was exceptional! I cannot say thank you enough! I will definitely spread the word about your integrity and workmanship.

Don't trust your vehicle with these ppl. Especially women. Just being honest. I went and got an oil change..first time $31, last time it was $35. They did not change my filter! And STRIPPED my oil plug bolt/nut. Had to have the shop across the street (Manyo five star service) they gave me peace of mind.

Dropped in without a specific appointment to repair a short section of exhaust pipe that had disconnected due to rust. They were able to weld a repair for me at a fair price and I was on my way in just 40 minutes! Thanks!

As with all relationships some people get along and some don't. Being a long haul trucker with 4.5 million miles of driving experience and a mechanical background I've never had a problem with these guys from brake jobs to transmission work. But you CANNOT show up at a business and expect anything to be done for FREE, it doesn't happen in the USA. If they can service a Beamer, Benz and Chevy in the same shop they aren't stupid or cheap. But if you're someone with no mechanical knowledge everytime you take a car in for service you're going to feel people are ripping you off. Car ownership is NOT cheap and if you buy an old, cheap car expect big repair bills.

Excellent service. I'm fairly new to the Milwaukee area and had a cracked rim. I needed my new rim mounted and balanced and was turned away from several other places (or told to come back tomorrow) for just one rim. These guys took care of me the same day with no issues.

I was on my way to a first date, my car started making a terrible sound. I called ahead to ask if they could take me because it was getting close to closing time. They fixed the car no problem- I was even able to make the date. So thankful!

Kind and TRUSTWORTHY employees....I got what I needed done in a very timely and professional manner. This is a great shop for speedy and reliable repairs! I have and will continue you come to Trans Auto on MLK Dr over and over, thanks so much for the help guys

Fixed my car with a timely matter, gave me phone calls to update me on what was done and needed. the place had professional feel once you walk through the door the walk door. My car rides great, now all I have to do is get my body work done and it will b e as good as new....Thank you guys for all the work

I would rate zero stars if I could. Stay away from these crooks. My niece took her vehicle there to have her tranny looked over just as a general inspection. There was a discrepancy on the cost of diagnostics which wasnt performed to the tune of 40 dollars which wasn't previously agreed upon prior to her leaving the vehicle only when she decided she didn't want a full diagnostic or to work on the vehicle further did this price come about. These guys couldn't produce paperwork verifying the codes they claimed to have scanned, or come up with a problem with the trans other than saying they checked the fluid to see if it was empty. Long story short she had to call the cops because they were holding her vehicle until the 40 was paid. Once the cops got involved they released it immediately. This type of shady business (if I dare call it that) should be limited a back alley. I wouldn't recommend this place if your car broke down right in front of it.

Because they couldn't help me they waved me diagnostic fee. They've been working on my vehicle for years. Great work! Far better than Dunhams.

They ruined my engine. I kept coming back for things they were supposed to have fixed in the past and they kept charging me to fix the same problems. they also take advantage of females and will laugh in your face. Save yourself some time

THESE BASTAEBA SAID THEY COULD CLEAR MY CAR TO PASS EMISSIONS CHARGE ME 500$ THE LIGHT COMES BACK ON SAME DAY I GET CAR BACK TO HIM IM UNDER WARRANTY IT SIT ALL DAY NO CALL GRANT IT I GOT TO WORK BRING IN TODAY WANT TO CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSIS AGAIN I CHECKED HIM BECAUSE THE LIL SHORT ARROGANT CHINESE DUDE BEHIND THE COUNTER JUMP DISRESPECTFUL I CHECK HIM BEFORE I CAN MAKE IT HOME I GET A PRIVATE PHONE CALL FROM THE COPS WHY CAUSE IM BLACK I GUESS I LOOK LIKE A THUG BUT TALK TO MY LAWYER I DON'T TALK TO THUG POLICE OVER THE PHONE .I HAVE A WARRANTY BUT GOT TO PAY FOR ANOTHER DIOGNOGSIS REALLY STOP BULLYING PEOPLE FOR LOW LIFE BUSINESSES OWNERS THAT ROBS THE BLACK COMMUNITY GO BACK TO THE SOUTH SIDE ..
