Came in for a oil change , but also needed a wheel alignment they checked it out fast and got the oil change done. The problem was I needed to replace the tires the tire rod and a wheel alignment I returned 2 weeks later in an out in about 2hrs even removed a big black scratch for nothing. If you stay in Wisconsin COME HERE!! Affordable!! Fast and HONEST..!

Manny is extremely rude!!! Claims to be the manager, but with how he deals with customers, I would not suggest him having in this role. After I tried to address, some concerns, I had on their shop having no guidelines of how they do any service. When you call the shop he will hang up on you on purpose when your car is having an issue right after a so-called inspection and a bad battery after the battery was diagnosed by them a week earlier. They will not give you any sort of money back when they did not perform their services.

Honest work at a fair price! I was hit by a car and it messed up what I thought would be a couple thousand in internal damage to my Jeep. A light came on after the crash saying my stability control was disabled so I thought some sensors or something would need to be replaced. Turns out it just needed an alignment and the light hasn t come back on since. They could have charged me way more and done plenty of unnecessary work but they are honest! I have been coming here since moving to Bayview and I ve never been disappointed. They are willing to try and help with any of your car needs and if they can t they have recommendations for you! I believe the owner is always around and helping out. I ve been going to toor for over 5 years and they are always quick, professional and affordable. They will even check in on you a few days later and make sure everything is still working good. Love it here !

I am so glad I found this place! Honest, reasonable prices and truly nice guys. They don't try to upsell you and have even done small things with no charge! Unbelievable in this day and age.

Grate job like always. I had brought all the automotive I had ever owned to this shop . Never had issues with them. I had been always treated with respect by the owners and they staff.

Toor Auto offered a pleasant experience, decent prices and a good turn time. Brought my car in for other reasons and they found a burnt rear bulb and just replaced it, no charge. Very nice of them.

Great service at a reasonable cost. The technician won't ask you to change a part unless it's absolutely necessary. Unlike the named service centers, these guys will advice you on your car condition without ripping your wallet.

Immediately after purchasing a used vehicle I began to have trouble with the car over heating. I relied on a retired mechanic to troubleshoot the problem. A new radiator, lots of money, and no car for a week the problem still not fixed. I took the car down the road to Toor Auto and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem in three daysIt was the head casket. I had Googled the cost for the work and Toor Auto quoted me a price a few hundred dollars bellow the price I had found on Google. The service technicians were professional and friendly. Needless to say I found a trust worthy place to have my vehicle serviced. Thanks guys!

Excellent & Honest communication, great service, Timely repairs, reasonable pricing, No problems, No additional unnecessary estimates for work that you don t believe is required. Not a pushing or intimidating type of sales/Operation. Feel safe and don t ever feel you have been taken advantage of. Friendly and very informative. I have been going to Tour Auto for several years. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have a garage to keep my cars ln. So when trouble comes I take it to Sanu and he takes care of it. Not to mention there prices are very reasonable.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

The offer a good price compare to other places. I regularly go this place even tho the worker isn t nice at all except one of this guy I believe he is one of the owner. Recently I went to change oil again on Tuesday and the guys was like he doesn t have his guy who do the oil change and told me to come back on Wednesday so go back on Wednesday around 9am and a different guy was like I only have 2 people working and there is no space for your car so he told me to come back at 1 something so I went back around 2pm and a different guy I believe one of the owner told me he can t do the oil change so I told him that I was there this morning and the worker told me to come back at 1 something he was like I don t know why he told you that and he start to be so rude and told me to come back tomorrow and I was like don t tell me to come back tomorrow because they normally don t do oil change on Thursday and he was so rude and told me get out from here don t come here anymore it was so rude and disappointed. Will never go again anyway.Service: Oil change

I cannot recommend this business enough! Sonu is always honest with pricing and anything wrong with you're vehicle. If you need an oil change, they will usually get the job done in a timely manner. They will never rip you off here, which is amazing especially if you are a woman. I have brought my car here several times for repairs and oil changes, and will not go anywhere else! This place is amazing and does a great job. I have referred tons of people. They are honest and probably the best priced in town. They get the vehicle done in a timely manner. I recommend if your doing more than an oil change to drop it off to them. This gives them time to do the job thoroughly and maybe see things that may need fixing later.

I had my car stolen. The entire engine was ruined. And my insurance company was trying everything they could to get out of paying for anything. Sonu dealt with them perfectly and ultimately got an entirely new engine (3 years newer than the car itself actually) and the car is better than it was before. I even took it back to have some minor body work done. I practically have a new car! This shop is great to work with. High quality work and great value for money. Can't recommend them enough. I hope I don't need their services anytime in the near future but if I do, I know where I'm going!Services: Body & Trim, Engine repair

My local mechanic was charging ridiculous prices just for a tire change, so I came to Toor at the suggestion of a friend. Not only were the prices good but they were efficient and extremely kind. My alternator went last week and I happened to be right up the street from Toor when it broke down(after hours). I came the next morning, they had my car done by that afternoon.... again, with a very affordable price.

I ve been using Toor for years now. Their work and service is professional and top notch! There s been multiple occasions with my work truck where they easily could ve raked me over the coals pricewise but found ways to do it more economically for me and have always been extremely honest and upfront with trying to save as much money as possible while still addressing the vehicles issues safely and professionally. They are by far the best mechanic I ve ever had and I have been going to them for years. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The level of care start to finish is second to none in the Milwaukee area. I especially appreciated how clearly my vehicle's problem was explained to me and estimated on the front end. Clear coordination of a drop-off time that worked with my schedule. Then, the staff followed up and contacted me personally 4 days after the repair to make sure everything was running smoothly. The shop stayed open late on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend to finish working on the car. In a prior visit, I noted, I am very satisfied with this shop. Prices are fair. The customer service is excellent. They have serviced the car 4 or 5 times. The car is running much better since the tune up. We have had snow tires taken on/off. They repaired a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir. It is convenient. We are a one car household and I can drop off the car and walk home.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change
