I went for an emission test. The service was great. The technician who helped me was very professional. She was very polite, friendly and efficient.I was in and out in no time. If I need any work done in the future, I will come back for an estimate and diagnostics.

Had been here two times before for emissions testing. Both were great experiences. So I thought why not let them do some actual service and man was I impressed!! I had a small leak on my power steering line on my F-150. Toms was professional in every way. Not only did they take care of my leak but I asked them to give me a ride home (which isnt a service they actually provide) and they got me home without a question. Thanks for the great business and I will definitely be back.

Called about emissions test at 237 and they stop them at 230 but said if I came now they could still do it . This was the quickest , easiest , and friendliest service I have ever received at an auto place . Ever . HIGHLY recommend.

I came here this morning for my vehicle emissions. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and funny. The young lady who performed the emissions inspection was also very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you for your great service!

The owner of this shop is very disrespectful to customer , I want there last week to fix my car break , is good only for a few days and than it happened again so yesterday I went there again , so I have to change a different part again and again . I was very disappointed and also they will fix the car without told the owner . Specially for the price they will tell whatever they want and change the price. , very rude . I let it off because he s elderly person.

I came here for an emissions test in September 2023 and everyone I spoke to was kind and helpful. They got me in immediately. Nicole was the staff member who ran my emissions test and patiently answered my questions - she was awesome!The information I got regarding emissions tests here:Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm.The test is free, but if you choose to complete your registration/plate renewal here - which will get you your renewal sticker immediately - it is $125 cash or $127.50 with card. The extra $10 on the usual $115 renewal fee for cars is a convenience fee.

Went here today for an emissions test and the young lady there doing the testing was so polite and helpful. Took only a few minutes and I received my sticker right away. It was a pleasant experience and she was the perfect person to have doing this job. Many thanks.

I took my wife's car here for an emissions test. The gentleman said that it does not open until 9:00 A.M. for that service. It would have been a 1/2 hour wait. I said I would wait until that time. About a minute or so later, he came to the car and said he would do it now. Very impressive and professional gentlemen. It was completed in about 5 minutes. What great and outstanding service. Great place from emissions, oil changes, tires, and some axel and suspension work. They have taken good care of my family s car repair needs. Tom s prices have been very fair as well. 2nd time: Sunday morning my car was towed to their lot. Monday morning when they opened, they beat me to the punch by contacting me first with an estimate. Communication is key to a great business and everyone here has it. From the very friendly young lady at the desk, to the knowledgeable and personable mechanic to the top notch manager, communication is 100%. They will do whatever it takes to make your experience there a great one. I ll be going back there for sure.1st time: I will be back!! Went in for an emissions test and the staff was amazing! After I got it checked, I was even given the opportunity to renew my license right there! The gentleman in the garage even put the sticker on. I don t see myself going anywhere else for my car issues!10/10Thank you!Service: Auto emissions testing

Came in just to get my emissions test done. I called SO many different places to see if they offer emissions testing on a Friday after 4pm, and this place actually called me back! Hassim was so nice and helpful, he even was staying late to help people who needed their tests done. Awesome customer service, I definitely would consider going next time my car needs any maintenance

I came in today without an appointment for an emission test. The service was exceptional and I was in and out within 3 minutes. Although I did not catch the gentleman s name who was working there, he was very kind, professional/accommodating. I highly recommend this business.

The manager was helpful and explained what needed to be done one the car. The ride was offered both ways for going home and coming from home to pick up the car after it was done with fixing after a couple days! Everyone was helpful! My car is sounding nice and quiet thanks to Tom services! I went there for an emissions test, and was immediately worked on with no significant wait. Courteous and polite the attendant finished all the testing and paperwork in under 15 minutes. Definitely recommend the garage for testing.

I highly recommend Tom's Auto maintenance located 5240 S 27th st. I changed my tires there this past week and the general manager was very nice, dependable, and gave me a great price for the tires and labor. The labor was fast and efficient and they got me out of there in about an hour and ten minutes. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and not to the garages down the street because Tom's Auto Maintenance has the best price and great customer service!

Please do not go here. I walked into the lobby and man in uniform who clearly worked there and had been talking to other men in the garages refused to acknowledge me whatsoever. It was awkward and just rude. Eventually, a male in the garages motioned me to come in and was, at first nice enough. I was there for an emissions test and he gave me directions on what to do. I pulled my car into the garages and while I am pulling in, he asked me to roll down my window so he could help me back in straight. He proceeds to call me sweetie, which I don t really care for but whatever. I get out of my car and he starts asking me what I do for living, how much money I make and I am married with kids? He literally kept throwing out numbers. I don t know who taught him that this line of questioning is appropriate, if it had something to do with his cultural upbringing, who knows. But I would steer clear of this place, particularly if you are a female.

I was very happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I went in to have my air conditioner checked & a flex pipe replaced on my exhaust system. They got my air conditioning running & I have to return in a couple days for them to check for leaks. My exhaust is wonderfully quiet again. I was having a rough day my car got towed that morning and I needed an emissions test. I was having trouble steering cuz of my power steering and the gentleman there was very helpful they helped me with my power steering and emissions test without cost and did not make me feel embarrassed when I scrape the side of my car leaving the building. I will definitely go back and recommend to other people
