They staff are always so friendly and willing to help. I've had excellent service every time I've been there and I've even recommended a friend. He too has had a great experience and excellent service.

Went to Tries Plus on 12/8/23 at 2pm to buy tires and waited for over 12 minutes for someone to come to front desk. Then was told after I knocked on service door for help that someone would be with me shortly, which did not happen. Then I asked a staff person a woman w/purple hair, eyeglasses & not easy on the eye for help. She said very abrasively WHAT IS IT YOU WANT ? I told the purple hair not easy on the eye woman who looks like a man FORGET you just loss $$$ cuz I came in here to buy tires but, YOU will not speak to me like this b/c I am 66 yrs old and will not tolerate your rude, sloppy, sour customer service behavior. I got new tires at Good Year today 12/11/23 in Glendale $650.00 that is the $$$ Tire Plus did not get. What a JERK this purple hair not easy on the eye staff woman person was to me and most likely have treated people like this before. She needs an in-service on better customer service!!! Also, will tell other people not to go to Tires Plus store in Brown Deer!

So I bought tires from this location for my 2012 GMC Acadia I also bought tires for my 2015 Chevy Cruz Which both came with warranties and free tire rotations I made appointment twice to get tires rotated both times I was rescheduled or told I had to reschedule when I asked the guy when is his best time to reschedule me is always days later When I asked the guy Eric, they called me to reschedule for the number to corporate office. He told me that s not calls for and would not give me the number but told me to call other locations.Service: Tires

Only go here if you don't need your car for the day. The people are friendly, but they are short handed and have done nothing to accommodate it...including communicate to their customers. I had an appointment at 9 am for what historically at other Tires Plus locations has taken 20-30 minutes. I had to leave by 9:45. At 9:45, my car had still not moved from where I parked. I stated that I had another appointment and needed my car. I said I could be back before 11 to try again, but needed my car before noon to make another obligation. When I arrived back, they confirmed that I needed to leave at Noon. At 12:10 I had to flag somebody down for help and explain that I needed my keys. They had not even started working on my car yet again and I would be late for my second appointment of the day as a result of waiting for this service. The manager is very kind as was one of the other employees, but the customer service and lack of acknowledgement of appointment times here is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I understand only one mechanic is on staff, but if that is the case, appointments should not be accepted beyond what they can service. In addition, if you have an appointment, walk in appointments should not be be prioritized. I purchased tires here which comes with a lifetime tire rotation - this is a useless selling point when you can't even receive the service you need.

Went in just looking to buy some windshield wiper fluid. They filled it for me for free...not with purchase. 100% free. The next customer was an older woman. They filled her tires 100% for free as well. Awesome customer service that they didn't have to do.

recheck my car's alignment but didn't really fix the red values that need to be corrected. I paid for the lifetime alignment. they just think because the values didn't change that much that it's okay I guess???

This place stood me up for two appointments within months apart. First time they locked their door and said due to covid they didn't have any mechanics instead of calling me before me and my ride left home, then the last time a woman yelled at me using profanity and lied and saidci didn't have an appointment, and that she was down mechanics as if it were my fault. She also failed to call and ask me to reschedule before me and my ride got there. I will never go to this Tires Plus again or recommend anyone to.

You know, most of the service industry is short-handed. I totally get it. But if I call on Thursday and make an appointment for Sunday at 3:00, what time should they be calling me to let me know they have to reschedule? I bet 2:45 on Sunday was not your answer. I was just about to pull into the lot when I received the call. I should ve received a call this morning instead of sending my kids to a babysitter and be told last minute. So now I m paying for a babysitter, but my headlight is still burnt out.Terrible customer service. I won t be back.

The out the door price off of the website is not what I paid. Of course there was additional fees. Disappointing to say the least. Took longer than expected but the job was done well.

I was assisted by a guy named Claudio and not only was he very professional but also very helpful! He got me in and out in no time and made my experience at tires plus a for sure great experience! These guys are dangerously incompetent. Filled one of the tires in my car to a pressure of 43.5 psi versus the recommended value of 33 psi. Couldn't believe it, so I checked with two separate gauges and they BOTH showed over inflation. Had I not thought to check what these guys had done, I would have had a situation where the car could have lost control due to a blowout. Avoid at all costs.Service: Tires

They couldn't get me in as soon as possible. Customer service was decent. I wanted to know if my tire was okay to drive on until the appointment in at the end of the week but since there was only one person working in the garage they couldn't help me out, so I went elsewhere for immediate service.

Horrible service. Not only did I schedule an appointment 2 days ahead, when I got to my appointment they told me we will have to push it to the end of the day - I understood but then no call back, and when I called, no answer, so I Ubered back there only for the lady to tell me oh I didn t even notice the work order was there you can reschedule Smh if you need any work done I highly recommend you start elsewhere, this location is horrible

Service and quality of work has steadily decreased, especially after Rick and Jason left. It is always hard getting somebody on the phone without a long wait or disconnect. I no longer take my vehicle here for any service.

I stopped there today after my tire pressure was low because of the cold weather. They were more than happy to fill my tires up to the correct amount at no charge. This was much appreciated.Keep up the good work and Thank you.Service: TiresService: Tires

I am a nurse traveling to Wisconsin with no family or friends here. My car needed 4 new tires and an alignment urgently. Although, there were no available appointments, the store manager, Eric, listened to my needs and was able to service me. He went above and beyond to make sure I was going to be able to travel back and forth to work safely. Not only did he take care of my car, he asked one of the mechanics to give me a ride home, so that I wasn t stranded. Kudos to the management and team at this location! 1000 stars!!!

I went here to look for tires and rims for my vehicle. I end up going here physically instead of speaking to an associate over the phone only because their phones do not seem to be working as no one is answering.I go there 5pm and there are 4ppl standing in line with no one at the service desk to help and the phone is off the hook sitting on the service desk. One Lady in line complained to me that she was there this morning,dropped her car off for a tire change but no one called her all day to give her an update. She gets there and they told her that they had issues because her caf was a rental. She asked why didnt someone call me? She said shes been trying to call for updates all day and no one has been answering.This place is a disaster and needs to be under new management. I was really dissapointed and just walked out. Ill get what i need from anither supplier!

This is what I didn't understand. I went in for 2 new tires for $300. I was told that "they" recommended 4 tires. I then asked how much for 4 new tires, "they" said $950. How did they come to this price? I have always done business with Tires Plus and had no problems. This is scandalous. I gave them 2 stars because they got me out in a reasonable time.
