Sent my car there 2 weeks ago, my car didn t get touched for a whole week because they lost the key. Now mind you they waited 3 days to tell me they couldn t find my keys and when i asked was my car unlocked they said yes . My car wouldn t lock itself if the keys are still in the car, key in or not as long as the key fob is in the car my car wont lock. I asked them to look im my car and they said they didn t see them in there. For a week they had me thinking MKE towing misplaced my keys when the whole time they were in my car so they didn t start on my car till a werk of it sitting. They dont have rentals not that i could get one because im underage of state rental laws but a whole week of ubering to work was hurting the bank so it wouldnt come as a shock to find out this whole time nothing has been done to my car. After the whole key thing they assured me my car would be first priority. Im starting to believe that that claim was a lie. I call everyday to check on my car because now we are going on 2 weeks and my car isnt om the stage of where they would work to fix it. Yesterday and today ive called and no answer the las time they answered it it had been 3 days since keys and they said my car was still in the process of the so called tear down . And send my insurance company the details. I have already been paid out by my insurance company but I ll say if the damage is quoted more than what they gave out then cool i can get more to fix it. Im not trying to seem like i am impatient customer but you guys severely lack in communication it took 3 days to pass to say yall lost my keys then a whole week to find out you guys had them the whole time. Was i offered anything such as a discount ect? No i wasn t i was given a congrats you re first in line and no answer to my calls even when i leave a voicemail with my name and number its still nothing. I urge anyone reading this to go somewhere else if you want your car fixed in a timely manner and want good communication to any problems that might arrive. Sincerely a very unhappy customer

As a LYFT driver that faced an unfortunate hit and run accident, I had to learn some hard lessons about rideshare and auto repair. Mike and his staff helped ease my pain in this process. They actually helped to save me some of the extreme blow of a hefty deductible due to my circumstance. The work was more than quality and very well done! Thanks

Been waiting since 12/27/23 for ONE single part. Regularly called (at minimum once a week). Told every time to call back in an hour or they'd call me. NOT ONCE did I get a call back. They happily took my money for a part I'm still waiting on. Asked for refund. Told supervisor would contact me back. It's been 8 days.Do NOT use this buisness. I'm a patient person. They cannot give me an ETA on part. No explanation on where it is or when I can expect an ETA. "It's ordered." "It's shipped. "Other repair companies in my experience have fixed a nearly totalled car on a newer car in half the time I'm waiting for a part to even show up.I repeat- do not get scammed by them. I've haf to dispute charge with credit card at this point. God help a person that pays cash.

I had went through my insurance company and had my car towed here after mister car wash refused to take responsibility of the damages. I got a rental easy. My car was fixed fast, went and got it went to speedway and my hubcap had a chunk missing, no it wasn't like that b4 tender car towed my car so I go back and the guy said he's going to talk to the owner, it's only been 2 days, I'm going to call back tomorrow and check up on it cause somehow from them towing it and them fixing my car my hubcap is brokeWell is been 10 months I haven t got my Nissan dealership hudcap replaced, that cost 190$ not 2$. I also failed to say they store old dirty tires in customers cars. As they forgot to get it from my car, and the response from the owner of this business is very unprofessional. I should take that to the head quarters of this business name. As I m sure this is just a franchise.

This is by far the worst auto repair shop ever! I chose this shop due to all the advertising and the deductible that would be paid. This shop has had my vehicle for over 1 month and a half. There has been absolutely no communication. I have been contacting them every other day to hear lies about when my car would be ready. I spoke with Moe, Ryan, and Mike but none of them were helpful. I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on August 3, 2023, but that changed to August 16th, now no one knows when it will be ready. I have run out of car rental coverage through my insurance as this company chooses to not communicate, is unprofessional, rude when I called, and just truly does not care about a customer. The advertising is fake, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO TENDER CAR unless you want to get screwed over. I even asked if I could speak with the owner of Tender Car John Petrie, there have been representatives that have lied and stated he would call me back, and just the latest today 8/18, I was told he's on vacation with his wife. Do you think I care when your company has had my car, no communication unless I contact them every other day, and still there are no answers? This is the worst place ever, I wish I would have read the reviews as there are many listed stating the same experience I am having in addition to receiving their car back and it drives horribly and they didn't fix everything that they should have fixed on the car. Saving on your deductible is not worth it! Please go somewhere else unless you don't care about being screwed over. Everyone Tender Car is a fake, they lie, are unprofessional, DO NOT COMMUNICATE whatsoever, and will have your car for months without you knowing what's going on. By the way, they have lied to my insurance company as well, and continue to receive supplemental checks stating additional things are wrong with the vehicle. This is 2022, a bang in the front bumper and they are making it seem like the entire vehicle was crashed up. Again, read reviews because the truth truly lies in those reviews. I am frustrated about this situation, however, I do not want anyone else to experience what I am experiencing and still don't have my vehicle. Go to Caliber Collision, they are professional and will get your car back on the road.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is my second time utilizing this company when it came to car repairs. I knew the instant that my car broke down that I only wanted to take it here. Not only because they offered to pay a portion of my deductible but they treat me with the respect and dignity which I'm looking for out of a repair company. Unfortunately that was the only side of it which was good because my insurance company completely dropped the ball. Thank you so much employees at Tender Car for giving me an added peace of mind. And for the quick repairs to my car! I cannot boost this enough!

I like using Tender Car because they help pay some of my deductible. The whole process was very easy for me, which I really appreciated. I could tell that they were very busy, but they always took time to explain things and they always pick up the phone on the first ring! I hope I don t need to visit them soon, but I will definitely be back if my car needs body work in the future. I worked mostly with Moses, who was very friendly and helpful.Service: Body & Trim

I came to TenderCar to get my car repaired. Ryan the District Manager was very pleasant and helpful. My car was fixed in a timely manner and they even helped with my deductible! THEY HAD THE BEST GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY PAID MY DEDUCTIBLE IN FULL WITCH WAS WONDERFUL. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER PLACE TO FIX MY CAR. OVER ALL I GIVE THEM A 100 OUT OF 10. THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE MY GO TO CAR PLACE FORM NOW ON.

I really appreciate the kind service from everyone but my car took way too long for me to get it back half way put back together!!! I have a 2018 Chevy Malibu that I m still paying on n it got hit n I trusted them n they let me down n I still had to pay $1000 after them playing my insurance outta wayyyyy too much money and the material use to put the car back together not even the same..! My trunk fully exposed didn t put material back to hide speakers driver door they fixed coming apart n it wasn t like that after car got hit back seat coming apart had nothing to do with the crash it s like this place used my car for parts to another car honestly parts were gone that shouldn t have been. The worst business ever. Less than a year after they fixed my car rust was coming through. They fixed it but rust came through again and they have been giving me the run around for about 3 years now. Would not recommend this place to anyone. When you read reviews, please believe that most are true reviews. They lost a part to my mirror and stated it was probably missing when I brought my car there. After over a month and a half and about 10 phone calls, I finally got it replaced. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere with less stress.

Spoke to staff regularly and they all gave me transparency on all things in regards to my repairs ..Also their help with my insurance deductible was right on time .Would definitely recommend them and definitely be using their service first if needed in the future.

Been recommending this body shop to friends, as it seems a sweet deal. No longer recommending. They've had my sons car over a month now, given him 3 different dates the car would be done and failed to meet the dates they set. As of now, the insurance rental cap has been met, and my son has no car to drive because, oops heres something else we missed on the initial quote, one more week.

Went here for last minute work due to a postal truck backing into me. These people lied about fixing my car, stated nothing was wrong but here is 2 months later and I m still having problems. tricked me into signing a paper saying I was dropping the car off to them for estimate but I was signing a do the work paper which they later went back and filled in, out of my presence. They are frauds. when I picked my car up my side quarter panel was hanging off. Which by the way wasn t even off when I dropped it off. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUDS!!!! I took my car there to get a control alarm fixed, they told me the job should take no more than two hours, it s two cars ahead of me so it should be done by the end of the day Tuesday or on Wednesday. I called them Wednesday afternoon and they told me they were still waiting on the part. So I called Thursday afternoon they tell me the part just came in 20 minutes ago and it should be done Friday afternoon. So I called Friday afternoon they tell me that the part just came in (even though they told me the part came in yesterday 20 minutes ago). Now they re telling me it should be done Saturday or Monday.So I called Monday morning and ask about my car they tell me that my car is next on the rack, so it should be done by the end of the day. So I called at 4 PM to ask for the status of my car now they re telling me they don t have any mechanics to look at it and they don t have a ETA.My car was sitting in the parking lot for a full week. A 2 hour job turned into a week without a car. They didn t even have a rental available for me while I waited. I ended up getting a refund and having my car towed somewhere else.I would ve been okay if they told me from the start that they didn t have any openings. Don t lie and tell me my car is next just to keep me waiting for a week.

Do not take your car here they will drag out repairs tell you 2 weeks and it will take months they won't answer the phone just take money from insurance and let your car sit they don't care if you can make it to work pick up your kids or anything else your car just sits waiting to be fixed

When calling for an estimate on doing some small detailing .. bottom edge of two doors (remove rust and repair), was informed that they only collision work.Too bad .. it's the little things that make a difference.

Loved the customer service. Extending my rental was easy. Car was repaired with quality parts. Always was informed of what was happening with repair. Car ride smooth. Thanks for the detailing job done on interior. Shareef was a big help. Will return.

My car was hit while parked and we went with tender car for repairs we dropped our car off on N.76th Street the service here was a bit better here than Kinnickinnic but still far from the best. It is because some of the work was done on Kinnickinnic our experience was much worse. They did not provide valid updates and it took over a month to fix the car. Lastly the car was returned to us without the front license plate holder which was in the estimate. We regret using tender car. We sent emails to voice our concerns and to date have not heard a word!Update: *Jon the owner of Tender Car took time to respond to my husbands BBB complaint and kindly explained he was not available to take care of this matter due to other issues which are understood and respected. Jon Please have a talk with your receptionists at the Kinnickinnic location about empathy; Thank you Jon.
