Customer service was out of this world. I couldn t be happier they worked with me on Eliminating my deductible, which I couldn t be more thankful for the repairs were done fast, and I couldn t be happier. Mike was the most awesome customer service representative I ever could ve asked for he cared about my feelings and my concerns and work with me 100% on making sure everything was taken care of. I didn t have to worry about anything I would recommend definitely to anybody could not be happier

I got in a car accident in October and i couldn t get in anywhere for months the i found tender car. I took my car in and Brandon was so nice made sure my car got in and out. He updated me every step of the way made sure i knew what was going on and about how long it would take. The longest part of the entire process was the insurance. Hopefully i dont need any more work on my car for awhile but if i do i will definitely be taking it back to tender car.

I recently had some scratches repaired on my vehicle at Tender Car. The paint work looks good but the customer service experience was awful.Long story short, my car was completed on a Thursday but I did not get it back until the following Wednesday. When I arrived to pick up the car at the location I dropped it off at, I was told it was at another location. No one had told me this when they called me to say it was ready to pick up. It took 6 days of phone calls and visits to the shop to get it transported to my side of town. They promised every day that it would be there "tomorrow" but it took numerous phone calls and visits to the shop to make that happen.They could save themselves a lot of time by returning phone calls and getting cars to customers on time to avoid the unnecessary extra calls and questions. Such a frustrating experience.

I had my car in for repairs. They had my car going on 4 weeks!I was constantly calling them for info and updates on my car. They would never callme back no matter how many times i would call. I never got any of my questions or concerns answered. I would never recemend them to anybody ever!!! I am going to spread word around to the public never use Tender Car!!!!!! Very bad buisness dealings/operrations.

Signed up for there white glove detail service when it was on sell. Dropped my car off at scheduled time and was told it would be couple hours. Went to go pick up my truck just before they closed and was told that they didn't get to my truck. I understood that they had a detailing sell going on so maybe second time will be the charm. I was insured that my truck would be first in line and would be reimbursed for my time if I brought it back next day. So I did, and when I went to pick it up was told again they didn't get to it because of staffing even though they had my truck all day again. Was only offered to come back another day to have them do the detailing. So basically paid for detailing I never got. Would not recommend for there detailing service.

These guys are crooks, they bill your insurance , but don t do the work. This place had my car for a month and it s still not the way it was before the accident, These people are scammers, they don t do good work, When we finally got the car back it was missing fuel cap and paint from another car on the bottom of passenger side door..if you want your car repaired the right way don t go to TENDER CAR ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

Horrible service. They kept my car which had relatively minor damages for 5 weeks, after initially telling me the work would be done within a week. While they had my car I received several gps notifications of my car being driven to Starbucks and target. They blamed delays on insurance but insurance issued payment from initial estimate before the car was brought in for service and issued a supplement payment within 24 hours of receiving documentation. Work performed was mediocre at best. I fully regret using this service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Stop by to see about their detail packages . Wanted a package that would include a polish to the outside of my truck . They DID NOT DISAPPOINT . Scheduled the detail & while having my truck they wrote a curtesy estimate to get some minor body damages fixed on my truck . I can definitely work with the price . Will be coming back to get the minor body damages repaired . Great staff . Awesome service looking forward to brining my truck back .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is the worst ever!! Moses is rude and disrespectful. They have had my daughter s car for 2 months for a side view mirror and a scratched door. They lied about the insurance company and wrong parts and so on and so forth. The told us her car would be done a week ago, claimed they got the wrong part but never called to give an update when the so called wrong part came in after 2 months of waiting. He is very unprofessional and lacks empathy and understanding for his customers. He told us things happen and it s not their fault that the insurance company only gave 30 days for a rental. I would 100% Recommend Tender Car on KK. I believe Armando? took care of me he was very nice and respectful and easy to talk to as well as understanding and experienced. I didn t have to ask any questions because everything he talked about answered them if anyone ever gets into a collision go to Armando at Tender car ! I got into a front bumper collision and Armando/Tender Car did their magic! They PAID ME! Yes me a $250 DED!!! and got me a RENTAL !! while my car was being repaired ! My car was broken into and someone attempted to steal it. As a result, my vehicle was disabled. I went to Tender Car because I ve heard great things about them. The owner, John performed the tow to the shop himself. He didn t introduce himself as the owner and was very polite and kind. He even went out of his way to meet me across town after the tow because I forgot to leave the key to my steering wheel club in the car. Whenever I had a problem, question or concern he would always address them to ensure that I was satisfied with the service that I was receiving. When insurance gave push back on paying for my rental, Tender Car decided to reimburse me for the rental car because at the time, loaners were not available. 3 months later, there was an issue with my vehicle unrelated to the initial repairs that had been made. I called John and he told me to bring my vehicle in right away, no appointment necessary. He got me in and out and I really appreciated that. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have used this location on 76 street of Tender Car a few times with my vehicle been hit from people reckless driving. This place had my car look back knew when I thought that the car will be a total lost by my insurance company. Not only that, Tender Car save you up to $500 on your deductible, and my deductible is $1000. Great customer service great mechanics so I recommend anybody who car been in an accident and have insurance to take your car to Tender Car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I hit a Deer right after Thanksgiving and it's almost May and I'm still waiting for my car. Every time I call to speak to someone they give me the run around and tell me that they'll call me back but never do.

I m very happy and satisfied that I went to Tender Car they did everything they told me and what they promised me even with Maybe being short on parts because it economy they still had it done on time ahead of time like they told me they blend it to paint beautifully the new paint with the old things you cannot tell any damage anywhere I would recommend them to everyone and the manager over on first Street there Mike he was more than helpful super friendly guy he kept me up-to-date on everything

I had a pretty good experience with Tender Car. There were mishaps with parts being on backorder and insurance dragging their feet on a few things which caused my car to be a lot more delayed in getting back than I would ve hoped. However Mike at this location was an immense help in keeping me updated on what was going on. Communication for sure could ve been better in shop, everytime I called the person was unsure of my cars status unless I got through to Mike. I know they re extremely backed up and I know Mike did all he could to get my car back as soon as possible. My car looks flawless, honestly better than before the damage.

I would highly recommend Tender car. The only place that I called that was able to get my car in and be serviced under a 30 day plus wait, I called 5 places and three of those were recommended by the insurance company. They were all booked out 30 days plus. I was quoted it would take 3 weeks to finish, give or take a few days due to shipping and available parts. It took 3 weeks and 2 days. My deductible was completely covered. Give them a call.

I brought my car here after an auto accident. I had body work and mechanical work to be done. I had to call a few times and everybody has been very nice and professional. I wasn't able to get my car right away and they kept my car with no issues at all. The great part is they will pay up to $500 towards your deductible! The staff was very nice and professional. I was afforded a comfortable vehicle to ride as repairs were being made. I was kept in the loop and up to date about what went on with my repairs. I'd definitely patronize them again.UPDATE2nd ACCIDENT!!!!Had an idiot sideswipe me. Of course, with the experience i had before there was no questionwhere I wanted to have my vehicle serviced at- TENDER CAR!!! This incident has been really a ride- having problems with my insurance company, the adjuster, and all kinds of stuff but the staff at tender car were patient and diligent- fighting for me, keeping me informed, communicating with my agent and all the necessary things. When i got frustrated I'd call them and things were smoothed over- crazy youd think that's my AGENT's job. Highly recommended !

I love Tender car! Unfortunately, I was in the right place at the wrong time when my vehicle was damaged. Michael Kubacki, my service representative was a pleasure to work with. He was able to answer any questions or concerns I had in regards to my vehical. The icing on the cake was the magnificent deductible I received. The rest of the staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable. If I get into another car accident, lord forbid I will definitely give these guys and girls a call. My experience with Tender Car was a mixed one. I had a very minor accident in late December and brought my car into this shop early January.The intake was done by the shops' owner, John, who gave me confidence about the work that was to be done.What followed wasn't good. The work took much longer than expected, and the work itself had quality control issues. There was no communication from the company at all, I initiated communication 95% of the time. Between January and June, they've had to have my car back 2 times to fix separate issues that have come up with the work they did.About two weeks ago, I found another issue with the work that was done. At this point, I was furious and had no faith in the company. When I was able to get ahold of the owner, John, he agreed to have an in person meeting with me. As a last ditch effort, I agreed. What happened next changed how I felt about this company. During our meeting, he empathized with my compaints and exceeded my expectations to correct the issues. He was open, honest and apologetic about the quality of work. He went out of his way to fix the problems that I was having. He explained that he had a high turn over rate in the past few months and he wasn't satisfied with the work of his former employees. His current focus was to maintain a quality staff and improve processes.It's clear to me that while Tender Car has had problems with quality control in the past, they appear to be in the past and they are now actively trying to fix mistakes.
