Take 5 has seriously made me a regular oil change customer. Wait times have always been reasonable, staff are professional and friendly, and I don't have to make an appointment!! Shout out to Will and GG who helped me today at this location.

Employee explained that they will no longer honor my military discount. My tire was flat when I got home because they broke the stem on one of my tires. I highly recommend you get your oil change somewhere else.

Steer clear! My ex wife went in for a routine oil change for her 2022 Honda CR-V. When showing her the menu options she was informed that they only had a copy written in Spanish clearly trying to take advantage of her. After her oil change, her car is now making strange noises. Honda s with 30k miles on them don t start making noises after an oil change.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! 60 minutes to get an oil change, with only one car in front of me. The lady changed my air filter without asking me or showing me the old one !! Then she didn t put the air box back together correctly so my van ran rough til I figured it out . Also the used fully synthetic oil even though that s not what I got last time and now there s no going back .And a set of wiper blades $63 is outlandish !!Called this location 3 times and still waiting on a manager to call me back , called cooperate office 4 times they never called back either. Keep it classy Take5, keep it classy !!

Went for my 3000 mile oil change today. It was a super nice day for Wisconsin, so Take 5 was busy. The line went pretty fast, and the guys here are always so nice. A smile and hello, and thank you go a long way

Hours long wait.Worst part was I was quoted 80$ (with coupon from corporate) - manager told me no, it's 110$, but only after the oil change.Maybe "take 5" means takes 5 hours.I will never go here again.Buyer beware.

I ve been getting my oil changed at this location for over 2 years and the service keeps getting worse. I usually come here for the fast oil change this time it took over an hour I got there at 1:36 a left at 2:45. The last oil change I replace my intake filter and now they sold me a new one. They didn t top off my windshield wiper fluid, nor did they reset my oil life on my car and they over filled my tire pressure the left side is over 50psi and the right side is 38psi They tried to up sell me on overpriced windshield wipers which were replaced at their location two months ago. Needless to say, I will never go back to this location ever again. I d rather take a 30 minute drive go to the dealership and have them change it for less $$$ oh almost forgot they wanted to charge me $158 for this when I said that was why over priced they scanned a barcode for a discount so I paid exactly $112.05Service: Oil change

Quick and efficient. Shout out to Luis, caught something i didn t notice. Last visit the previous worker charged me for High mileage package which is over $100. I have 70k miles on my car. Why would you offer me that and I paid it, not paying attention because who would do that? That day they did me wrong, but like I said shout out to Luis who kinda brought it to my attention on my next oil change. Not cool. DO NOT GO HERE....DO NOT GO HERE..had 90 dollar oil change here on June 2nd at 830am. Drove home, went to work, home at 830pm to find puddle of oil. Called customer service. Said they said SERVICES would call me back and MAKE IT RIGHT. Me 4 calls 4 messages and ZERO call backs. FRAUD FRAUD. Had WATERFORD LUBE fix, they did great............Clearly you dont actually read reviews. I did call all your # s NO RESPONSE EVER....Service: Oil change

This location came up as an option for getting an emissions test done. I came early on a Saturday morning to be told they don t do them. The two workers stood there looking at me like they didn t even want to help me to begin with mind you I was the only customer.

Refuse to honor my Uber/Lyft 15 percent off although I had the sticker, I inform them that I was changing the oil for my dad and I didn t have his Uber app. If the coupon doesn t mention the Uber app I don t know why they care.

Being going to the one on 27th and bolivar in Mke. They are efficient and super hospitable. A newer person that goes by GG was professional, made me feel comfortable and changed my info in their system.

I went to have an oil change because my car was suggesting it and when I got there the service guy was honest and told me that I did not need one because I only had driven 1200 miles so they checked my other fluids and my tires and I was well on my way I like honest people and I will be back when my car is really due for an oil change.Services: Tires, Oil change

A+!! I LOVE the fact that they vacuum out the front driver and passenger side of the car as part of the service! Saved me an extra trip elsewhere! Also I appreciated while I was waiting in line that the staff kept me abreast as to what was going on.I ll be utilizing their other car services (besides the oil change I got) in the future. I judge all businesses by whether or not I would want to own a franchise..... this is definitely a yes!

I had just gotten my new registration from dmv and had to get emissions test. The person that took care of me was SUPER nice and was willing to change out the license plates while I was at it! He willingly took the time to go the extra step and I am so grateful. Thank you guys!
