Last week I bought a 2013 Mazda CX 5 The whole bottom of the car in the Engine was going out a very Jenkee car dealership they don t want to deal with you after you give them your money I don t recommend buying a car from them I have pictures as proof

This is the first time I have ever wrote a review, and the only problem I have is with their name- It should be OUTSTANDING Service and Sales! As a 3 time customer, Joe and Company are straight shooters and will do their very best to work with you to get the best deal,for you, and stand by the vehicles that they sell!

Forbid I didn t get the warranty on the car I purchased from these people. But for the bearings to be shot and needing a new engine within 2 months is ridiculous.I called Joe and he said yes those cars always have problems but I didnt know that car had problems which was bs. Please refrain from shopping with these people.

BUYER BEWARE: In February 2022, we purchased a Jeep Commander from Super Service. All the paperwork looked good, no major issues were documented although the muffler was loud, and the Jeep looked nice. A month later, the check engine light came on and no dealerships could diagnose the problem because the car s computer was bad but the dealerships were able to tell us that the Jeep was junk, not worth fixing. We contacted Super Service and they stated that there was nothing they could do. We paid $$$thousands$$$ cash to purchase the vehicle and was between a rock and a hard place, so we decided to get it fixed. How much could it be? Here we are in September and the car has been in the shop more than out. We have paid triple what we purchased it for. DO NOT TRUST Super Service friendly demeanor. Take a mechanic with you and check that car from bumper to bumper before you put down one dime. Quality is how they describe their cars but we describe them as good looking JUNK!!!

This place is not even worth a one star. My son purchased a Kia there for $6000 and two weeks later had to replace both back brake lines at $400. Two weeks later he was at a gas station and the car just would not start. After checking the battery, it is 6 years old. This dealership has no regrets for screwing people that are in a need of a reliable car. I wish my son would have read these reviews before he bought this car. This dealership is playing the sold as is law in Wisconsin and getting rich off it. Stay far away from this place

Never buy a car from them I brought a dodge dart went up there four times and they said the clunk was fixed and there was a lot of new parts and new clutch and new fly wheel. Drove it home and i was off for couple days went to go start in pushed clutch in and started, it started to make funny noise from the engine bay,don t buy they will not fix

If you live out of state DO NOT try to get a car from this dealership. They are very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing.At first I liked these guys but as soon as the paper work was filed it was nothing but problems.I ve waited a month to get a title just so I could register the car I got from them and I still don't have the title.I went back and forth with Trish (who is the finance person there) for 3 weeks and every time I thought she had it handled something else came up. She has no idea what she s doing and has caused more problems then solutions, if she says she ll take care of something she won t.I would ve recommended these guys at first but now there s no way I would want anyone to get a car from a place that has no idea what they are doing.

I bought a vehicle from here two weeks ago. Nothing but service issues since I had the car. The engine was smoking and The left front end was loose. They fix that then when I drove the car home it clunked out on me. I understand used cars are not gonna be perfect. But I ve had better used car experiences than purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you buy a vehicle from here please test drive it and do a thorough inspection Before spending your money or you will be very disappointed. They want to do the bare minimum to make a quick dollar . Like I said I owned The car only 2 weeks and the car has been in the shop longer than I ve driven it. I m glad I got the extended warranty. I highly recommend do not purchase from this dealership.

If you're looking for an affordable, very good quality used vehicle. Then this is where you should buy. I have had such a great experience with Super Service. This is the 2nd car I have gotten from them. They were so understanding of my situation with the bank. Tom, Joe, and Trish are the absolute best. Amazing people!

If I could give them negative stars I would!!! I bought a car the beginning of September this was my first car ever ! I m only 19 ! I was very excited and grateful! In one week I had a flat tire and my twilight was out. By the middle of the second week my brakes and muffler were out and I couldn t accelerate at all. I was so irritated because these are all problems that happened so quickly that I wasn t ready for. I didn t even want the car anymore! at this point I tried to return it but they were not cooperating. All these problems they helped me fix! I was very grateful and they told me after this any problems I would have to take care of or my warranty might cover it. By the third week my axel is completely out and every light in the car is on!!!! my windows wont roll down and my lights won t even work!!!!! My heat wasn t working and I had went to a shop and there was no thermostat in the car!!!!!!! I am crying writing this!!! I m so irritated I wish I did my research more about this place and checked the car out more. The heat still isn t working right now !!!!!! The mechanic told me the thermostat was took out so the car wouldn t overheat !!!! They scammed me !!!! I haven t even made a first car payment I barely had this car a long time to have this many problems!!!!!! I pray no one has to go through this !!!!

Bought a car from there 3 weeks later check engine light came on they fixed the problem. Well at least I thought they fixed it 3 months later whole transmission blew. $12,000 on the car. I would not recommend buying a car from this place I've bought cars for lesser prices and they lasted longer

Simple comfortable and very professional.Dodge NITRO R/T. This is a SUV I have always loved the look. Driving??? Well test drove it and guess what, it's a used car people. And I had no problems explaining what I felt. They were very quick to take it out a drive as I did. And played pawn stars and we got a rocking ride with all to be a week later. These people rock. Just one more thing. These complaints are weak and u should have just went and bought a new car. Since we have been here in Milwaukee these are without a doubt the best BANG FOR YOUR DOLLAR.

Sold my friend a car that had a blown head gasket, transmission problem, and brake issues. Its a 2012 Hyundai Genesis...nice car but they were aware of the problems and said nothing. Warranty will not cover what's wrong...i put down almost 4000.00 as a down payment and the repairs are almost 2x's that amount. I haven't had the car 4mos. yet not even driven 3000 miles and now the car is basically garbage!!!!

***Please Advise: Choose another Dealership***2013 Mitsubishi OutlanderPurchased 01/12/2019Today: 03/29/2019- Car starter, alternator, and fuse box are dead now.- Oil change wasn t done by dealership, when it clearly stated on the sticker it needed one in less than 100 miles.- Nails found in tires, reimbursed $420 for cheapest tires but ended up not even covering all fees.Paid $200 out of pocket for all seasonal tires instead.- Was promised a remote key upon arrival and it was shown on the website that it comes with one. Never received it. Called and they offered me a discount that I could find in the newspaper.- Missing screws in the engine- All fluids filled to the minimum$1200+ Spent on this car in about a month

Love this place! I've had my car from them for 5 yrs and at 250,000 miles and still going strong.Remember, they're used cars. They can't be perfect. Test drive a few and see if any feel right for you.

They did an awesome job, and were very up front with their pricing. Sean (the owner) told me he couldn't offer me more for my trade in but he gave me advice on how and where I could get more for it. They allowed me to bring their vehicle to an outside mechanic, no questions asked and when I returned with a list of mechanical issues that needed to be fixed they fixed them within a day, prior to me purchasing their vehicle! Having recently purchased a vehicle from Boucher, (one of WI largest dealers) I much rather preferred working with them... I would recommend them to anyone.

Although Joe (owner) appeared nice and all, he is still the typical "used car salesman," after buying an XC 90 Volvo, 2 mos later it needed a catalyst converter, he sent bill of to credit union w/o my seeing it and changed price of car.. gave me $1220 for my Volvo and sold it for $6500!!! NONE OF THIS IS GOOD BUSINESS PRACTISE ..BAIT SWITCHING, LIES ETC. I PROBALLY WILL HIRE AN ATTORNEY...

Bought a car back in October. Soon after (about a month) I got vibration while stopping. I called the dearlership about the brakes and asked them to check the paperwork on what work had been done and if it needed new brakes or if there was any wear to the rotors noted. They said it looked fine when they checked. At that point I assumed the vibration was from my tires as there was abnormal wear on them (I had requested to transfer tires from my old car when I bought it). Today I took the car in for new tires and explained to them about the vibration, and they told me it needed new pads and rotors. The pads had a lot of life left but were ruined by the rotors in which they noted had damage that was years old. Additionally the car is unable to keep oil as it burns it. About a month of driving, the car was completely out of oil. I could have ruined the car not having the knowledge. I paid to have it looked over for a leak, no leak. I was willing to take the financial responsibility for the oil consumption; but it has now come to my attention that there are many issues that they did not disclose.The car also had a broken radio in which they had promised to replace. I have been waiting 6 months for a phone call. I finally called and demanded the radio be fixed and asked them to also attend to the rotors. I was hung up on multiple times and they refused to let me talk. I record all my phone calls and they are on record saying they checked the rotors by "driving it" and that they were fine. So they did not physically look at the rotors and said there was no damage to the rotors when they sold the car, and that I must have ruined the rotors in 30 days after buying the car. They also verified a month after I bought the car that the brakes were great when issues started. The damage done to the rotors are verified as years old by a different shop. While the rotors are a small issue compared to the oil consumption, it's the principle that this dealership has lied.I would avoid this dealership at all costs- even if they have a car you want, chances are it's a pig with lipstick as they do not care about the condition of the cars they sell and will be deceitful in disclosing issues.I will be looking into any legal recourse, as they also put the loan in my mother's name without her permission. We were told that they needed her information as my father was a co-signer. They put the loan in her name as well, when we asked them not to. This was disclosed months later when my mother looked at her credit report.

Bought a vehicle July 2020 and 1 week after purchase, it was shutting off while driving. They fixed that issue but after that repair all types of issues started coming up despite me doing proper maintenance and now January 2021 complete engine failure of the vehicle. I would be cautious.

Ill give them 6 stars. Everyone!! there has excellent customer service and they make u feel welcomed. My sales man Joe went above and beyond to make sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted. Ill tell anyone looking for a good car to go to Super Service!

Don t buy no car from here, you better off riding the bus!!!! Was friendly and helpful until i drove off the lot I brought a Chevy from them and I had the car around 9 days and it was in the shop for 2weeks they did something to reset everything (computer wise) and now I can t get to the root of the problem!!!! They scam and hide things do what you please but I would advise you to stay away from this lot seriously they need to close that lot and put a outpost or something right there they getting over

Got taken for a ride on an Escalade. Check engine light came on a week after we bought it, and were told sorry you bought a used car not our problem. We can t get it to pass emissions so we can t even drive it. We pay for a truck and insurance we can t use. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

Joe is the man to see if you need a solid ride. They take care of their customers and will bend over backwards to help you out, even though they don't have to because you're buying a USED car with no warranty.

Dan is a real cool guy. Many different vehicles. only downside is most of the vehicles have high mileage. I know that doesn't dictate whether a vehicle drives good but, it matters to me when it comes to the price of the vehicle. Never actually bought a vehicle from there because of this but, nice place.

Car was nothing but problems since day one literally. Soon as I pulled off the lot the car was having transmission issues. DONT BUY FROM HERE!! They sell nothing but lemons, cars with transmission and timing belt issues. & the warranty doesn't even cover it. I was stuck with a car note for a car that never was even drivable! Lesson learned.

Went in, saw a car, they told me about the features and said it would be no problem getting it so I filled out the application. Called in the next day to see how everything was going and they said they sold it. Not only that, but I went in and they still had it available. If you guys want to miss out on money and not sell it to someone, then you shouldn't have it on the lot. Lying about the whole situation is pretty low.

I told them I was working with my bank. My credit was run after Shawn told me it would not be. Now my bank will not approve my loan because they think I was trying to do multiple loans at one time. When I called to get a document I could take to my bank to explain that there must ve been a mistake, I was hollered at by Trish in Finance and then she hung up on me when I asked to hold for someone else. I will NEVER buy from here because they lie and refuse to take accountability for it. Now I m sitting without a car because of them.
