From my initial interaction with the team, it was clear that this was a first class dealership. Not only do they have the best prices, but they also provide great service. I was an out-of-town buyer, and they made the process seamless. Everything that we discussed over the phone was exactly how it was written in the purchase agreement. There was no bait-and-switch, no aggressive sales tactics and no ridiculous fees. I highly recommend this dealership. I look forward to doing business with Kyle, Chad and John in the future, as I build my stable of bikes.

About a month ago I had a great pleasure to deal with them on a new 2022 Kawasaki Z900RS. Kyle was very professional and respectful. No "games" played, got O.T.D price with nice savings and Kawi Cash accepted with no problems. They also had to wait for me to close on my own financing, no problems there either. Great service, nice environment, well worth of the travel from Chicagoland! Keep up great job guys!

I purchased my 24 Z900se yesterday and it's an experience I hope everybody gets to have. From the moment you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Chad and Kyle were very knowledgeable on giving me a run down on my brand new bike. Financing and paperwork felt like I was doing it from home. I will be recommending all services in the future! I wish I could buy everything I own from these guys! John was fantastic to work with. He and his team were very responsive and went above and beyond to get me the exact ride I wanted. Extremely knowledgeable and they do not mess around and are very upfront. I showed up early and they are out wiping the machine down for loading! Fantastic dealership and service. Highly recommend!!!

This company is really the only Kawasaki dealer,-Ok well the one I chose over and over. lol! Not only do they have the most competitively priced products! The staff is great!! The no hassle pricing, with an excellent service department . Let them show you what a great company they are, and I promise you will not be disappointed!!I will continue to promote this company, It truly is the best motorcycle shop!

Originally purchased a Honda 50 for my son here and it was a great experience. Went back and got a Kawasaki 110 to putt around with him. They are easy to deal with and very friendly would highly suggest you go here

Very much recommend coming to this dealership for anyone wanting to purchase any power sport equipment. Very friendly sales team and overall experience was 11/10. Pricing is very fair and if you re worried about a dealer giving you a run for your money, it s not these guys.

Two boys and two bikes- twice the great experience! John's reputation and commitment to cycling is obvious. Really appreciate the extra investment John made for us. Definitely hooked us up with these 2023 KX250F bikes. A quick email set everything in motion to pick up that second bike. Contacted them through their website. Kyle got ahold of me in a very timely manner. I made the 12 hour round trip to buy a Kawasaki zx14r. Was in and out in probably half an hour. Having the bike delivered 6 hours away isn t costing me that much either. Kyle is definitely a good dude.Edit 9/17/23Everything went good until they got their money. Highly recommend AVOIDING this dealership at all costs. It s been almost a month since I bought the bike and still don t have it. When I was in the dealership they called the shipping company they use and confirmed delivery would be 21 days later and I would be contacted. 20 days in and I hadn t heard anything. I called the dealership and they said they d contact the shipping company and give me a call back. Didn t hear back all day. I called the dealership the next day. Claimed they d get ahold of the shipping company and call me right back. Didn t hear anything for 6 hours. Told me the shipping company would contact me the day after that. It s been 2 days and nothing. I m about to make my first payment on my loan and don t even have the bike. This has got to be borderline fraud. Like does my bike really even exist. Im contemplating calling my bank and getting them involved. Definitely gonna file a report with the BBB. This is redonkulous. Don t give these people your money.

Drove over 350 miles to purchase a bike advertised on line. Got there the bike was dirty and not detailed for selling Engine was making bad noise in valve Train and I was told that it was normal for a Goldwing with 50k miles to make this noise. Then they tried to get me to purchase a new extended 4 year warranty for 2k to cover it instead of trying to determine where the problem was. They NEVER CALLED ME BACK wirh an answer on what was causing the valve noise. Drove over 750 miles and got nothing but a nothing but a con job to sell a bike when it was obvious the engine has a poroblem .They must think bike buyers are stupid.Nice sales associates but bad tech department and management. It's about selling the bikes don't think the customer is important.

Don t hesitate to work with Southeast Sales- anyone can sell you a product and send you on your way. These guys are a Milwaukee gem- they take the time to educate you on how to use and maintain your purchase and provide outstanding and friendly service even years later. I really appreciate the same day help with my snowblower, and thanks for not making me feel stupid, Joe!

Top quality service, the attention to detail is above and beyond what I expected. Any questions and concerns I had were met with the answers and guidance needed to have a smooth transaction. The machine is everything I expected and more. I couldn't be more satisfied with every aspect of the sale and delivery of the bike, which only took 3 days to arrive. Thank you to all involved for such a wonderful experience buying a cycle.
