I found their customer service to be kind, respectful and understanding. They offered more for my junk car than anyone in the area. The tow driver was extremely efficient and helpful. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience, while Select did not have the specific part I needed Natasha found it for me in two other states and it is very much worth it for me to ship for it as it is an extremely specific and crucial part.

I purchased an engine from them once it got to the auto shop they owner determined it s was a bad engine so we contacted the seller they said it was not eligible for a cash refund and I have to pay a 25% restocking fee!! Contacted bbb and now waiting for them and owner to contact me!!!!Update late but it s owed owner and I come up with a fair agreement we both were comfortable with!!!

Tow truck driver was awesome. I had a bunch of vehicles in the driveway and he just threaded the truck right through. Super nice guy, came and did what he does with no fuss and no extra. People on the phones were super helpful as well. Very good service overall. I very much appreciated all of their ability in this matter. Very happy I called and went through this company to have a vehicle removed from my property. Well done everyone, and thank you for your help.

My mother told me about Select a while ago, but I never got around to following through with contacting them. Yesterday, I saw the sign above the building on my way home, and called them immediately. I spoke with the owner, Natasha, and in less than 24 hours, they bought my car and picked it up. The service was great and with a smile. I highly recommend using Select Auto Parts & Sales!

Was looking for a door mirror to replace the broken one of course. Select Auto Part had the part at an awesome price and could not pass up on it. The customer service on the phone made me feel safe to know I was working with a company that could help me get the right part with no problem. The people at the front counter that assisted me even went out their way to look at my car and ensure it was compatible. I also found out it was a black owned business and not only that a women was running the shop which is hard to find many black owned businesses. Keep up the great work and thank you!

I inquired some tires over their Facebook page. Got a reply within minutes with a great price for 4 used tires. Went to the shop and I was treated fantastically. I was out with my 4 tires installed in a matter of minutes. They even change 4 of my valves that were cracked. Excellent service with such affordable prices. Highly recommended. Thank you!!!

Eric gave me an amazing deal on 2 almost new tires for my car. Tire technicians had them mounted and installed on my car in 20 mins....I call here before I go anywhere else because their prices are always dramatically lower than others! Great place and honest working people.

Get my flat tire swapped there, Key helped me, it takes no time at all. They will help find the right tire and install free for me. It s extremely affordable and come with 30 days warranty. I would recommend everyone go there. In my case, I paid 40 bucks for one tire.

The lady at the desk was very helpful and did all she can to get me the tire I needed GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM YNE BEGINNING TO THE END THANKS THE ONE WHO NEEDED A SIZE 16 and all y all had was a 17 so I got a spare

If y all want real deals, real professional people this is the place to go. I ve been doing business here for over 10 Years and they just keep expanding. When they are out of something they order it right away and it shows they care. Very professional and you don t find business in Milwaukee like this so thank you and Natasha Broxton she is just always sweet and return calls I like when people keep their words. Real talk. I ll be a customer till the end of time.

We ordered a Toyota Avalon steering column and was given a wrong year that didn t fit. We brought in ours to show their mechanic and all was understood that it was their fault. A refund couldn t be issued so we opt for an in-store credit with no time limitation. Their rep upfront said use anytime. Well today we tried to use it and a rude lady said we only had 7 days to use it. Told her how is that when your yard don t have what we needed within 7days? What should we buy? And their was never a time limit. She just said that s that. No use of arguing with some a business that doesn t look out for their customers....we are sadden to report this mishap with select auto and will no longer be using them.

What an amazing place! I got used tires from them two years ago and they're still holding up. I got a great deal on the price and I didn't have to get out of my car. I will definitely be returning.

Always available and super-fast service when I need a tire replacement. I recommend this shop for anyone who is short on time and doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg on tires. My last tire from them was practically brand new!

I was searching for a Grand Caravan steering column, Select quoted me $60 cheaper than most of the salvage yards around Milwaukee. The staff was a great and very willing to work with me. I will gladly purchase parts from them again. Thank you.
