I cannot say enough good things about Scrub A Dub! This store has been my go-to for the past 6 years with my Honda. Today, I was assisted by Stephen, who provided impeccable customer service-as always. His knowledge and attention to detail were exceptional-as always. What truly stood out was how he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I left completely satisfied. I got a oil change today and was informed that I need to have transmission fluid flush. Was given price, time, and to come back when its convenient for me. The level of care and dedication shown by Stephen and the entire team at Scrub A Dub is truly commendable. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for top-notch service, quality products and it's affordable!

I used to go to another place, but was recommended to come here after some issues with that place, and this was my second time back here! First time was great as well and I will continue to come here! Even though it was a wait for my oil change, they make it worth while. They seem to enjoy what they do, and working together, and that communication and upbeat attitude is contagious! They are thorough and let you know what they are doing throughout it all.

So i went to get an oil change and an air filter replaced today. I didn't really need an air filter, but I wanted one. Was told that the front differential fluid needed to be replaced. I just had the front and back fluid replaced in December of 2023. I have taken my vehicle to Gordans and even showed the Techs the receipt. They showed me the back fluid was clear and the front was dirty. I asked to see the front diff fluid again, but they showed me the same one from earlier. I think they tried to up charge me for something I did not need. I am going to take Gordans tomorrow to double-check. Just do not trust these Fools at Scrub A Duds. They got all big eyed when I pulled out the receipt. We will see!

Love getting my oil changed and other minor repairs (fluids) done here. It s a bit of a further drive for me, but I still do it for both of my vehicles because they just have awesome service.

I go almost everyday and I love using the car wash, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and I appreciate how quickly they get people in and out

I've been going here for years, and the folks there are great! You can even go there after your oil changel for top offs, tire checks, etc., for just a few bucks. I say this because I don't drive much, and sometimes I don't require an oil change after the required 3 months or mileage level. So I can get a top off to tide me over until I actually need my oil changed.

I have been going to scrub a dub to get oil changes and transmission flushes. Both vehicles that I own always get handles properly with care and the service is great, I recommend anyone and everyone to go to Scrub a dub on South 27th st. Oh and Everytime I went it was gentleman named Rudy and Tommy that always handled my vehicles very fast and very friendly with a great sense of humor.

Extremely unprofessional place. I went for oil change and putting the air in tires. After the service even after driving low tire sign didn t go. So I went back and asked them to check tire pressure and then they said they probably forgot to put air in passages side tire. They broke the tire valve and left me with flat tire. Never ever go for service at this rookie place.

Oil light came on right after an oil change and spots in driveway. I called and we took it back in and they said everything was good. Oil light still kept coming on so I took it to my mechanic to check and the oil cap wasn t tightened and most of the oil had leaked out. Blatant incompetency that we took it in a second time to have them check and they didn t even check under the car.When I called and so did my mechanic they offered to give me 20 off my next oil change. I would never go there again. Side note that this had happened there before with a previous cat many years ago so I had never been back till this time to give them a second chance.I will go to a mechanic for my oil changes from now on or go to one of the other quick oil change places that check off as they do the oil change.Service: Oil change

BEST place to go for oil change!!! See Tommie.. YES with "ie"..Don't get it twisted... ..He will have you rollin...he is DEFINITELYentertainment while you wait!! Straight forward, no nickel and diming .. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!!!

Scam alert !!!. This place is horrible I went in there hoping to get a quick oil change but had to wait more than 2 hours to get a simple oil change. Also they kept upselling filters and other stuff which I clearly dont require. Finally when I said no to all upselling products, the oil change guy removed the tower from my oil hose and said I need a new one because I was missing one. He removed it by himself brought it upto me as if I was missing it. I asked my regular mechnanic and found its just impossible for tower to come out of oil hose on its own. If my comment is not taken seriously, I will take this complaint to Better Business Bureau for further investigation. Horrible service and rude behaviour of employees

After today, I've had it with this place.I was in a rush and got a simple oil change as fast as I could. I look at my receipt later and see that they charged me $72 for a simple oil change. They added at least $15 for a fee that has always been $0.They even tried to up-charge me when I wanted to replace my air filter. I showed them my old receipt with its recommendations and expected prices, and they acted all confused and said that the old receipt price was a hoax.

Wooooow these people are SO disrespectful . And completely dumbfounded when it comes to communication , I literally right now just sat in THEIR line for over 5O minutes !!! They allowed the person from the next line to go in front of me who was there just as long as I was .. Then the guy comes out and say oh they had a ticket COOL , if u would ve communicated that you might ve kept the customer (ME) , I left I ll be damned to spend my hard earned cash to a place that would inconvenience your day like that lol smh . Sure it wasn t intentional BUT COMMUNICATION IS KEY . That was disrespectful bottom line . Go to Valvoline on 27th very quick and professional !!!!

Went in for an oil change and windshield wiper replacement and got that done and more with our exceptional attendant Rudy. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was all set and ready to go. We d highly recommend this particular location because of Rudy alone, but it s always amazing customer service with other team members as well.

I was riding along with my son in the Buick Lucerne that I bought for him a few years ago, we stopped in for an oil change. The guys were awesome, they showed him every dipstick to get his okay on everything they did, they were also very funny and nice. If they treat all of their customers this well they will have lines down the block before long. Professional and fun is rare!

I have lived on this side of town about 4 years and one of the best customer service experiences has been at this Scrubadub. From Jason who keeps the car wash moving and Alejandro and the rest of the maintenance crew, they all totally rock! They are honest and frank, yet kind, respectful and go above and beyond their job to make sure my Bessie (car) and I are happy. Thanks for always greeting me, thanking me and the awesome service!

I loved the car wash membership club. It WAS such a great deal! They recently raised prices to monthly membership without any warning. Found out on my credit card statement . This year, they raised prices again!

My favorite place to get oil changes. They always do it right and the price is right. They always have a chill environment going on and very friendly attitudes. Wish I could name some people but to be honest everyone I've had work on my car there was awesome!

Amazing gentleman always professional and very friendly and clear about what was done and what needs to be done. I have been a customer of scrub a dub s.27th at location for over 6 years and don't plan on going anywhere. GREAT JOB GUYS KEEP IT UPthanks for the lollipops kids loved it

My service representative Mikhail was a very knowledgeable professional who took time to explain the extra service I should add to the oil change since I had not had it changed for a very long time (opps my fault) He took his time to explain the price breakdown and made sure I had all applicable discounts applied to my total cost! Mikhail was very courteous, respectful and kind! Very hard traits to come by in this day and age! I also was able to observe the other service representatives working there and they were all top notch! I Highly recommend this scrub-a-dub location for an oil change!!!Service: Oil change
