Good prices, super fast shipping. Ordered a fuel pump assembly four our Outback that was as Subaru only part, the item was packed very well and arrived quickly so we were able to get our car back on the road.Quick electronic communication and updates as to order details. We will definitely use Schlossmann Subaru again for our OE parts needs!

Have had excellent service here every time (but not too often either!). Nice waiting area with beverages and fast wifi. Professional and friendly staff. If you own a Subaru, this is the place to go in Milwaukee.

Outstanding service, and he had a great sense of humor...... Can't beat that with a stick. Will go back for all my repairs and my next vehicle. Treated with respect, prompt, courteous and I feel they were honest about everything.Come check them out, looking is free.

Do not order parts from this company. I received an email over 2 weeks ago saying my parts have shipped yet USPS still shows they haven't. Tried emailing them and the emails have been returned undeliverable due to email address not existing. Used online contact form and messaged on FB with no response and no other contact from them. Filed for return on their website again with no response. In the process of filing a fraud claim with my bank. Save yourself the hastle and don't order from them.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. We ordered a few items for our WRX from the website that were listed to fit our specific car. When they showed up and we tried to instal them they were for a different car. We checked the part numbers on our order form with the website to make sure we ordered the right parts and everything checked out so we contacted them, and after 2 weeks they finally responded. They said the website had the wrong info on it and to ship the parts back claiming they would exchange it for the right parts. After we sent back the parts they said they couldn't exchange them because they weren't in the original packaging. These pieces were unused (because they didn't fit) but not in the "original unopened packaging." Of course they weren't in the packaging because we assumed they were right because they were the part numbers we ordered and only upon trying to install them did we discover they didn't fit because their website had incorrect part numbers listed! So now we are battling with these people to get our money back from a mistake they knew, and acknowledged they made. I understand a business makes mistakes, I am fine with that, but they need to rectify those mistakes that they make. They are a terrible business and I would not recommend doing business with them!

I ve been getting my 2015 outback serviced here for 2 years now and regardless if I have say a 7:30am appointment and drop of at 7am with the intent of picking up at 4:30pm my car is NEVER done. This is the 4th time this has happened and have come to the realization to never get my car serviced here again. Get organized, and set the right expectations..period!

...Also, I was introduced to the General Manager, by the name of Bruce. Super great guy. He personally wanted to make sure I was happy with my decision and told me if I needed anything to let him know personally. I'm happy with my choice to do business we these folks.

Ordered Subaru cargo cover for Forester. Price was lower than other Subaru dealers, but it took 8 days before item was shipped UPS Ground and it shipped only after I called them about the order. Now I have to wait another 3-5 days for delivery. I believe they get parts from a central warehouse in Indiana. Suggest you call them before ordering to determine availability and lead times.

I searched for an Aero Cross Bar kit on the Schlossmann Outlet website by my VIN number and the Schlossmann Subaru website advised me to purchase Part# E361SSG000, which I did. However, upon installation (mind you I had to do a real search for installation instructions as the parts do not come with instructions, and the site provided for instruction manuals does not have an installation manual for Part# E361SSG000) I found the rear cross bar is short by about an inch. There is no tool provided to adjust the length of the crossbar so I'm forced to return the items and hope I get a crossbar that fits my 2018 Subaru Forester. You would think by searching by VIN number the parts pulled in the search should match your vehicle type exactly but nay.
