Talked to Bart for a last minute issue with our car. He said to bring it in and he d fit it in his schedule. Waited maybe 10-15 minutes. His crew detected the need for a new battery. They checked other systems & all were good. Minimal fee for his work! Everyone was super nice & accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

No waiting for emission test.Car was in the "not ready" state.I was told exactly what to do.Came back and it passed.Again ...no waiting.I was in an out in a few minutes.The repair bays looked really good.

The fastest, easiest time I have ever had getting an emissions test. The website was clear and accurate, and I was out of there in under 10 minutes. Will be back in two years for another emissions test and if I need any work done in the meantime!

I had taken my car for an oil change to a different shop and was told by that shop that they couldn t get the shield off to get to the oil pan, whatever that meant. I had been to Sanfelippo for an emissions test before and was impressed by the cleanliness and efficiency of the shop. So they came to mind for my oil change problem and they fit me in, were timely, fixed my problem (and told a funny story afterwards) and charged a fair price. I ll be back in future!

I was able to get in last minute for an unexpected tire issue. They were friendly, quick, & as it wasn t a big issue as originally expected, I wasn t charged for their checks. Convenient downtown location & I plan to use them going forward.

I had my emissions test done at Sanfelippo. The process was quick and easy. The facility is immaculate and the service is friendly. Enter off Pierce street and follow directions.

At first it was good, but they took my brand new serpentine belt "stole it" mind you and gave me an old worn out one that is frayed on the edges and now they are avoiding talking to me. So do not go here if you want to keep your new car parts.

I think this is a good spot to go to if you need something in a hurry. Bart is a really good guy and so are some of the mechanics I ve briefly spoken to. I would also like to include that they are very willing to assist in any way. This could be a really good shop if the girl at the front desk was professional when explaining things. Unfortunately, I saw a piece break off of the new windshield wiper they were going to replace. I questioned it because I did not want to receive a product that could cause damage to my blades as I reside in a state that rains frequently. I was concerned like any customer would be. I casually discussed my concern due to my blades being of importance. The girl continued to react with poor behavior, impatience and disrespect; almost like it was her car and not mine. I don t think it s acceptable when a customer raises concern especially if it may mean there may be an additional expense to repair. Randy was kind enough to explain how the parts worked and assured me that everything was okay; I left feeling confident and would return on a later day just to have Bart check it for sure. I proceeded to come in today to have my blades checked, in case, to make sure there was no impact by the new blade piece that broke off. Bart communicated that it might be best to not work on my car moving forward as I have genuine concern for my vehicles and maybe he is not confronted by this often. I am utterly concerned that poor behavior at a place of business is acceptable. I would also like to include the prices here are astronomical for what you receive, based on quality. But like I said, this is the place to go if you need something quickly. Also, the shop hours are not very flexible where they close at 4:30 and are closed on weekends. All in all, they lost my business, but wish them well. Just unfortunate.

Service I received was okay. I went and got my spark plugs replaced on my Camry along with changing my oil cover (whatever he said) and paid 300+. Better than the dealerships but still not great. My car works fine but I m almost 99.9% positive that they broke my hood. My hood was working before I went to San felipo. My hood never came with a stick, it was a hydraulic hood. When I lifted up my hood 2 days later, it wasn t working and wouldn t stay up on its own so that s great. Lastly, the little girl at the front needs an attitude adjustment real bad. Thats all I have for this place . Ps. The owner is cool. Nice guyService: General repairs & maintenance

My car is making some noise and I wanted to know if this place would be able to help me find out what the issue is, I am not familiar with this business at all but since I work across the street I thought that I would ask . I asked how much do they charge to take a look and listen to my car and the person sitting in the office, I think he was the owner replied with " a little over $100.00 I thought he was joking but then I asked are you serious and his reply was "yes I would have to drive it and put it up on my rack so yes a little over $100.00" I just said thank you and left. I am going to send in email to the agency informing them of this and to never go there for any help as it might be convenient since we work right across the street but stay away from this place. I could not believe his response , I don't know if he is prejudice or what the issue was with the way he responded and with the amount he was charging just to look at my car. I will never ever go back there and I will make sure to let all and everyone I speak with personal friends and everyone that I make contact with at work to never ever come here for any help with their vehicle. there was obviously some kind of discrimination going on this morning when I walked into this place of business.

SUPER quick Emissions testing. Had to take multiple fleet vehicles through here & they handled it no problem. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes. (Jan. 2024)

5 stars, professional, quick, and didn't even charge me anything to fix my oil filter leaking. I had my oil changed at Volkswagen of Milwaukee North and my oil filter started leaking everywhere after. Took it here and they fixed it for free. Awesome service!

Trustworthy service, excellent craftsmanship, reasonable pricing, fast turnaround time, and awesome customer service. I'm relieved to finally find my regular auto repair shop! I've brought in 2 different vehicles in for repair within a week and in both instances they totally rocked. I even brought in my own (brand new) auto parts for them to use and they had no issue. They repaired a minor windshield bullseye crack on one vehicle and when I picked the car up, I couldn't even see where it was. It looked like a tiny speck of dirt! Another bonus is that they repair, park, and store all of their customers' vehicles inside a gigantic, enclosed garage for extra safety. Appointments are highly encouraged if they can't work on it the same day. Talk to Mike. Tell him I sent ya. He's a really nice guy who doesn't talk down to you or try to sell you more than you need.

A great experience with this professional, courteous team. What a pleasure to have my car problem diagnosed and fixed quickly and at a reasonable cost. The small things like helping me put my bike on the bike rack made me want to post this review.

Reliable and trustworthy mechanic. Went just for emissions and ended up feeling the vibe and getting work done. They got me in quickly, thought I needed both rear wheel bearing replacement but they told me only 1 side needed it instead of fixing and charging me for both. Very friendly and affordable

Works was done quick and fair pricing but intercooler pipe blew off due to clamp not being tight after repair in 2 separate locations I had to pull off to side of road and fix it twice on freeway all in all great place to have repairs! Just had a silly mistake all is good

They took my car in at my appointment time and immediately went to work on it replacing a cracked oil pan. It was done in one day and was reasonably priced. They also gave me a ride home and picked me up to get my vehicle. I will definitely go back to them in the future.

Came in super last minute for an emissions test. Mike and Maya were so pleasant to chat with for the less than 5 minutes that it took for Maya to do the emissions test and renew my plates. Left with my new sticker and no need to log back on and go through the whole process. I needed an emission s test on my car immediately. Early morning, I found Sanfelippo driving down an alley off of South 1st, pulling into their garage. It was spotless. The immense garage looked like my kitchen, after I clean it. I believe it was the owner who came out to help me. We commiserated about the changes in attitude since we have become distinguished older gentlemen and how our values have changed. He was a nice man, and we also talked about cars we enjoy. I offered to tip him for the emission s test, and he refused. I will bring my car back when it needs maintenance. Sanfelippo is a find in Milwaukee.

Fast, Honest, Nice, and AffordableTook my poor diesel engine jetta in to get the E85 pumped out of it. Told me exactly what needed to be fixed, how much it'd run me and had it back to me good as new 2 days later. Gained my trust and will definitely be going back if need be.

Been super happy with the service here. Mike is super kind and transparent and prices are more than reasonable. Not to mention both times I ve taken cars in I ve gotten them back within the day. Definitely recommend Sanfelippo!

Go here regularly for my oil change and inspection. In and out in about 45 minutes and the main guy running the place is extremely helpful and kind. As well as the receptionist. Would recommend to anyone looking for fast and amazing service!
