Worst service I have ever experienced. I had my daughter s car brought in for regular service. When I picked up the car later in the day I noticed that the check engine light was on. I took it back to the service department and asked why no one contacted me about the check engine light. The service technician said we told him to ignore it. That was a flat out lie. So much for their multiple point check during regular service. I have been a customer for many years. I will not be again.

Almost $300 for an oil change, to lubricate a squeaky steering line, and to reprogram a key fob which should have already been programmed! Also, we chose to leave our car overnight for convenience. It would have been great if car wash had been done before our pick-up arrival rather than making us wait while that was done.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and answered all of my questions. They even fixed my key fob after I broke it trying to replace my battery. I thought the prices were incredibly reasonable. I would definitely recommend taking your Nissan to Russ Darrow Nissan. I ll definitely be back.

They scratched my car and said it s not much they can do but order paint. They broke the button on my door and said it was like that once before. Also the changed my Cadillac converter and I will still have an issue and they told me they even replaced another one free of charge which is a $1200 part. No one told me that it had to be changed so they made it error and corrected it on their own. my car was gone for about five days, and they gave me a rental

I didn t always have a great time when I would go there for car questions and auto care. I did however get a 2017 Sentra which I like , but I thought with what I put down and also turned in a car I would get something a little more advanced. I took it in because I get 3 free oil changes and tire rotations. I dealt with Terry in service and he will be the only one I ll be asking for from now on. He was great to talk to and had a good attitude.

Shaun greeted me by name before I exited my vehicle, I was impressed, He serviced my car before my appointment time, He gave me an estimate of how long it would take, afterwards He went over the inspection with me. To top it off I received a video of the inspection by Dan oh and a free car wash, Kudos to you guys.

I had a great experience this last time. I was bringing my vehicle to the Russ Darrow Jeep location and there was always an issue. The last time at that location I was supposed to get a call from a customer service supervisor about my concerns but nothing. At the nissan location they found out why my car was having issues fixed it and accommodated my rental situation. Specifically thank you Erin for being understanding and the team who helped me when she was on vacation.

I took my car in with several issues. Terry was very respectful of my hearing issues and explained everything clearly and professionally. Also came out several times to tell me what was going on and to get permission before starting any work. This was truly a great experience for me and will definitely be bringing my car here for any additional service if needed. Erin was very helpful she helped me get my side mirror replaced same day. Car was finished within 45 mins. I was able to get picked up by there shuttle to get my car. Over all great experience. Great customer service the shuttle driver was nice as well.

Caution! I would not advise utilizing Russ Darrow Nissan of Milwaukee for your vehicle needs.I myself trusted them in helping me acquire a vehicle and am currently paying the price.. Quite literally! The dealership sold me a defective Nissan Altima SR 2020 with under 10,000 miles. They stated that the vehicle was only ever used for company rental purposes, with no accident history and in excellent condition.I started to have issues with the car less than 5 days after purchasing it. Went to them with my concerns and they refused to listen or help. They also refused to take the car back. Stating that is not how things work. Even though I was well within my 14 to 30 day return window.Almost a year later and I am still fighting to with Russ Darrow Nissan even after they found several defects with the car. Only after I opened a case with Consumer Affairs.So, again beware! Proceed with caution if and when you do utilize this company's services. Or you can end up like me and many others I have come to find out have experienced or are currently going through similar situations.My referral would be to go to any other dealership available and save yourself the hardship and headache.

Today I went to Russ Darrow Nissan at Metro Mall in Milwaukee for an oil change and a wheel alignment. I had the best customer experience ever thank you to Latrell, He was very thorough in explaining the results of my vehicle. The most important piece that really shined for me was he walked me out to show me where my vehicle was not many associates do that they just say it s park out the door to the right. But I truly appreciate the customer service that I received from Latrell. Thank you and keep up the great service.

Had accessory net replaced & there s a notice the difference in how car runs & sounds. And with new belt & radiator topped off, the heater & defrosters works better as well! Important since last trip back from Michigan was rainy & cold.Also loved the video. Nice to get a look at general condition of parts that are hidden behind shields or not visible because car sits too close to the ground.Prompt and efficient service was greatly appreciated!

I had a simple electrical repair done on my car that tech visually found. I was charged a $40 environmental fee, when fluids like oils or coolant were not disposed. I told that General Manager it was not fair to assess an environmental fee, when hazardous waste is not disposed. I told General Manager is it the business's discretion to assign fees. Therefore, charging for an environmental fee in this transaction is not honest because the tech didn't handle or dispose of hazardous waste. The General Manager lamented that I agreed to the price before the work started, which is true. I was given a price without an itemized cost that disclosing an environmental fee. The Service Manager said in decades he has worked at the dealership it has always been an environmental services fee, which today was 12%. Being that this is a standard business practice which GM denied. The environmental fee is blindly assigned for all work. The GM wanted to give me a $8 refund because I refused to have them install a new battery. I refused the recommended work, which charged the work order.

Very good and fast service. They did an inspection on my brakes and let me know within 15 minutes what needed to be done. Front brakes and rotors changed 1 hr total. Shaun was great and kept me informed the whole process.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

The dealership reported wrong information to the warranty company, causing them not to cover the complete repairs due to inaccurate information. The rate I was quoted doubled by the time I picked my car up. Additionally, They kept my car for nearly 2 weeks for repairs without offering the included rental. Two hours After picking the car up the problem still exist. Additionally, the service technicians were digging through my car in places they shouldn t of been. I m incredibly dissatisfied.

Arrive for an oil change, reported no issues with my vehicle. I was told my vehicle was over due for full maintenance that totaled almost $800. After completed the rep brought me to the cashier and said everything looked great but rear brake will be needed about 2 oil changes. I get in my truck to leave and my engine light is on. I pull back in and the service guy who is away on lunch and the technician said the light was on when I came in which was a absolute lie!!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Russ Darrow Nissan always takes care of my 2016 Murano. They have great customer service and they're very thorough when examining your vehicle. I've been going there for over 6 years and I have absolutely no complaints concerning the care they have shown towards me and my vehicle.

Great customer service. Brought my car in for an oil change and a check on my tires and brakes. Added some past due maintenance to my oil change and received suggestions for service to get done soon. I appreciated the video I got of the underside of my car, pointing out what they looked at and I'm grateful for maintenance suggestions without being pushy or guilted for not getting everything done.

Overall experience was a positive one. First used car I bought had an engine issue immediately. The sales team did a good job to offer me other cars and spent a lot of time with me and my wife to reassure us that we would get a good car. We ended up getting a good deal and felt satisfied in the end.

I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, with decent mileage and price. However, I had reported hearing suspension noises within the first week, and was told to "come in." I expressed how I didn't want to make the drive out unless Russ Darrow would cover this issue. I was once again told to "come in." After the service department investigated the issue it turns out that the vehicle needs new front struts, totaling $1,345.69. The car also had "inspection documents" but yet the struts are clearly bad on the day of the vehicle purchase. It just wasn't felt until a few days in. Needless to say, they were not willing to cover this. Even after I waited for 4 hours, informed them of the issue on week 1, and spent $19,500.00 on the car 3 weeks ago.

I ll never be back. I had a vibration at highway speeds and noticed when I got home that there was severe uneven tire wear on my front tires. I took my car in for two new tires and an alignment. The tires were double the cost as the same exact ones listed online for Walmart. They told me that the car pulled right when under power and wanted an additional $159 to troubleshoot that issue even though an alignment was already paid for. I declined the troubleshooting with the intention of taking the vehicle to another service location. Upon pick up I noticed that the complimentary car wash was not accomplished as well as a valve stem cover missing on the brand new tire. These are small items but are a testament to this locations lack of attention to detail. Less than 50 miles of driving the vehicle later, my lower ball joint snapped and the control arm damaged the CV axle. I m lucky it was at low speeds and not on the freeway. I also noticed that the boot was cracked on the other side ball joint. How is this overlooked when a vehicle was taken in for an alignment?? As I was taking my tire off to replace the other control arm with ball joint I also noticed they installed my lug nuts backwards on one tire. Even my 5 year old knows how to put lug nuts on correctly. This place is complete trash, take your business elsewhere.
