Went for service and it was fantastic! Bruce was great checking my tires when I explained I was having an issue with them. While hopefully the issue is fixed Bruce was kind enough to let me know if it turns out it isn t to contact him so I could get it sorted. He was also great at communicating with me while I waited. My oil change and my tire getting fixed took under an hour! It was a fantastic experience I always go back when I need my service done. I also have had Bruce before and he is always so kind and helpful but even more so this time. Would highly recommend getting your service done here and having Bruce as your advisor.

This was my first time coming to a dealership to look at cars, they were so helpful with picking out what s right for me, and the color options are fantastic! Found a car I love and they were so relaxed and easy to talk to! 10/10

I had a wonderful experience. Easily made my appointment for an oil change online. I was promptly greeted upon arrival, I dealt with Bruce and everything was fantastic. Quick and easy service, a very pleasant service appointment. Upon leaving, however, I drove the few blocks to get onto the freeway to go home and quickly noticed that they did not close the hood of my vehicle. It was down and hooked, and had I not noticed this It could have been quite disastrous after a few miles at speed. I noticed it while still on the on-ramp, so I avoided what could ve been a very costly mistake on their part.

The service department handled my oil change and tire rotation beautifully! They were super helpful and I could tell they truly cared about providing excellent service to my car. I would like to call out Kevin for being especially helpful in the check-in and check-out process. I will definitely continue getting my car serviced here.

My service advisor was super friendly and helpful. They were even honest about the condition of my car. I purchased a platinum package which includes the change of my air and cabin filter and they notified me that they were in great condition still and took that charge off of my package which I appreciate tremendously. Will definitely be continuing to get my vehicle care done at this location.

This rating is primarily because of service manager Kevin Cameron. I was very upset at the dealership and wasn't doing to come back until Kevin intervened. He saved me as a customer thru his great customer service, kindness and empathy. He's the soul reason I didn't jump ship

I visited Russ Darrow Metro Mazda for an oil change on a Monday morning. I was out of there in about 45 minutes and that included a vehicle inspection. The technician also provided a close-up video of the suspension, brakes, steering etc of my car as he did the inspection. Bruce was polite, efficient and offered to have the car washed for me.

Kevin Cameron was super helpful and kept me updated on the services being provided. He explained each thing that was going to be done for my 50,000 mile check up in detail and communicated it effectively and politely. He gave me the small town local repair shop feel at the dealership. 10/10 would recommend!

Avoid Russ Darrow!Long review but I was scammed!Was recommended to choose Russ Darrow for my new vehicle. I looked around online at their inventory and called to come check some vehicles out at their Mazda location.Purchased a car from Alejandro. I was told that the brakes were brand new. They were squeaking which I had asked about and was told, they re brand new so it should go away after a hundred miles or so. Well I was wrong! I waited about 500 miles and took my car back in for the squeaking brakes. It was a free service where I was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes and it should go away. I was skeptical but let it go. I waited about another month and made another appointment. Lo and behold, my brakes were not new and that I would need to purchase 4 new brakes and rotors!! With a quote of $1000! How crazy.They called up a sales manager, Justin, who I explained that I refused to pay that and explained my situation. I was flat out told I wouldn t receive a discount or get new brakes/rotors for free for a wearable part and that I shouldn t have waited so long to bring it in. He made this experience so much worse. He was so unhelpful and rude. He explained it was the service department who lied to me and he was just a sales manager. He was brought up to me, so not sure why I was supposed to talk to a manager who wasn t able to fix anything. Also, if your sales and service department constantly blame one another for lying, maybe it s time for a sit down conversation.Of course, they had no record of me coming in prior to have it looked at and conveniently the service tech didn t remember me either.Spoke with their service manager who was great and she told me I wouldn t be able to get anything for free but was given a discounted price. I wouldn t be able to go anywhere else for cheaper so I was basically forced to have them fix it. Lesson learned to have every detail of the car written down, signed by a higher up, and verified. Save yourself the trouble and don t use Russ Darrow for purchasing or servicing your vehicles.

Everyone is always super friendly. This has been our fourth time buying/leasing a car and I don't want to go anywhere else. Chris Smeilis has always made sure we were taken care of and happy when we left. Russ Darrow Metro Mazda is the Best!!!

Had a great sales person and thought this dealership would be reputable and honest Well that is not the case, they quickly went through paperwork and talked about the fact that Mazda gives you until April to make your first payment. Through the entire process we discussed and confirmed 60 payments and now they stuck in 63 payments in the paperwork. Now I should have caught that when competing the paperwork, but trying to rectify it now and they were supposed to call me today. Haven t heard a word. Very dishonest and will not recommend this dealership if this isn t corrected.

Kevin in service is truly wonderful! I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and he immediately greeted me with a smile. He has a great, positive attitude. We need more people like Kevin in customer service....the world would be a better place!

I'm not sure why I keep trying to come back here. After a 2 hour wait on an oil change the last time I was there, I got a call from Kevin Cameron telling me he will take care of me on my next oil change for free and even pick it up and get it detailed for me. I tried to contact him and he never attempted to reach out to me. Despite this, I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment anyways since I thought it was going to be a free oil change. It was not and I paid full price for a concerning service once again. This time it was only an hour, but my car was returned to me with the glove box and other pieces still laying on the passenger floor. To me, this is unacceptable and leads me to question even further the quality of maintenance and service I am actually receiving. It's a disappointment to the Mazda brand to have a dealership operate this poor. I would feel more confident bringing my 2023 Mazda to a quick change place over this service department.

Have gone to this dealership many times in the past with good experiences, but I won t be going there ever again. Had my car for 10 days for service without any update past the second day. I had to call every single morning to figure out when the car might be done, and half the time they didn t even answer or return a call back. They told me it would be done by 1pm one day, I showed up at 2, and they said it may or may not be done by the end of the day, and then offered a loaner car when I had gone 9 days without being offered one. Finally, was told the cost would be a certain number, and showed up to find out it was $160 more than I was told. Don t go here.

By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in any context. Our transaction is finally complete after nearly two months of getting the run around from numerous employees on getting an issue addressed that was agreed on at the point of sale. Managers became combative and aggressive, attempting to avoid having to do work that was agreed to. At the pickup day, I was told all issues were resolved and the vehicle was just going through the car wash. This was a lie. After 2 hours waiting, I went to the service bay where I found 4 employees scratching their heads trying to bandaid the issues in order to get me out the door. The situation became so tense that my daughter began to cry. What should have been an exciting event for our family, and a gift to my wife, was completely overshadowed by the complete lack of human decency from this group. There is much, much More to this story, and hopefully someone of consequence sees this and contacts me. Avoid at all costs. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Kevin was fantastic from start to finish. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done during my car service. It was my first time at this Mazda location and by far my best experience! He walked me in to show me where to relax while the work was being done and walked me to my car when it was finished. Excellent service!

I was surprised to learn I d be charged. 3% fee for paying by credit card. If I d been told ahead of time, I would have taken my checkbook or cash. In my inspection video, the tech purported to be showing the rack and pinion among my rear suspension components (?)Otherwise, tire rotation went smoothly and quickly.

I was overall Thriller when I purchased my vehicle back in 4/2023. I am just now getting an oil change 8/26/2023 (I don t drive much and work from home) appointment was 7:30 am that morning. Nick Mudd always provides great customer service! However I was a little upset to know that my oil cap was not properly placed on oil compartment. Oil had splatter over engine etc. I noticed when driving a loud smell of oil coming through my air conditioner vents which made me pull over to pop my hood! I took pictures, called back up to Mazda and spoke with Nick who told me to come immediately to fix the issue. I got another free oil which doesn t expire until 8/2024. I stated how I felt to Nick and which I experienced issues like this with Volkswagen which lead me to trade in a truck. I hope I don t have any issue with Mazda. I love my truck. FYI technician needs to pay close attention to things when inspecting or working on vehicles. I am glad this matters did not turn out for the worst.Service: Oil change
