I had the most wonderful experience today while at Russ Darrow Honda at the Metro Mall. I was initially impressed with the reader that read my tire tread and searched for other potential issues. Super cool to see that technology! But I was most impressed by the service department s customer service (Adriana was amazing!) and even the sales people. I know many people are annoyed by sales reps approaching them but I thought that it was beautiful to see reps initiating contact with customers in the showroom and even in the waiting room where I was waiting for service. Additionally, I was impressed with how all of the service reps came out to follow up or check in with us waiting. They made sure we knew there were free snacks and coffee, and it was just overall an easy space to wait in. Even the cleanliness of the bathrooms impressed me! :) Great work by management and by all who were there that contributed to my positive experience, and I was just there for a FREE oil change!

I was impressed with the whole experience. I explained my situation; she heard me clearly; and the job was done perfectly!! The time given to complete the job was concise and accurate. The part that blew my mind the most was that the service was done free of charge with a bonus of a free car wash included. Thank you Russ Darrow Honda for extending an helping hand.

Nobody looks forward to taking their car in for service but Justin was amazing! I spoke to him on the phone to set my appointment and was able to be seen the next day. He also made my experience very easygoing and they moved quickly and efficiently with getting my vehicle in and out. I will definitely be coming back.

Chris customer service has been exceptional in the Honda Service center! He really went above and beyond with taking care of everything that needed to be done to my car. Will absolutely be returning back to this Honda service center and highly recommend working with Chris!

Tiffany was outstanding! Best part of my experience! Friendly, helpful exceptional!Didn t need the video it was a turn off possibly keeping me from returning took extra time just tell me what I need!! Place was exceptionally clean. With the exception of Tiffany only one other member of your team acknowledged me with a smile and hello!

After 2.5 hours for an oil change, filter replacement and tire rotation, I finally had to ask about the status of my vehicle. It was done. Not sure for how long. Very frustrating. Of course the part I was supposed to have placed was sent back to the supplier as I didn t come in quick enough. Not the first time that has happened.

On Sunday afternoon, April 14, 2024. my car decided not to Start.I called AAA Roadside Assistance had the vehicle diagnosed and determined it needed to be towed for service. Battery checked out good, determined it could be starter.I chose to have my vehicle towed to Russ Darrow Honda dealership in Menomonee Falls, WI. because I wanted service for my Honda Accord at a location that was near my husband s workplace, so I could utilize his vehicle during time of service.Monday morning, I arrived at dealership at 7:30 AM to sign paperwork to have diagnosis/inspection of my vehicle, which was stated to take 60 to 90 minutes.(approximately 9 AM)At 10:00 AM I called the dealership to see if they had determined what needed to be done. They stated they needed a little more time finally called me back at 10:27 AM. (Unacceptable time frame)At that time, they gave me the estimate of installing a remanufactured starter in my vehicle versus a brand new one at a cost savings around $300. Over the phone, I gave them permission to complete the install of the starter, they stated this would take about two hours (Approximately 12:30 PM). At 1:00 PM I called the dealership AGAIN asking for a status on my vehicle. It was not quite done, so I decided to drive to the dealership arrived around 1:30 PM and was told that my vehicle was done and they were waiting for the keys. I returned to my husband s work with his vehicle and proceeded to wait for a Lyft driver to pick me up and take me back to the Honda dealership to retrieve my vehicle.When I asked if there could be some type of discount for the amount of time, having waited for my vehicle and the fact that I wanted to pay cash, I was told they had no other discounts available at this time. I was quite disappointed to hear that to the fact I was paying cash for, the service of over $900 (to avoid the service charge for using a card) and they weren t even willing to budge 5% or even 10% on my billing.As I stated earlier, I made the choice to have my vehicle towed to this dealership by my AAA roadside assistance. If I had chosen to take this to a AAA sponsored auto shop, they stated I would ve been given me a 10% discount on service.Next time, I will NOT have my vehicle towed to this Russ Darrow Honda dealership, I will choose to have it taken to a AAA sponsored location.The amount of time taken for this service I feel was unreasonable, this service should have been taken care of out the door by noon that would ve been 4 1/2 hours of time. I left the dealership at 3 PM with everything said and done that was, an unjust amount of time to have this taken care of.Oh, by the way, the second time I started my vehicle after leaving the dealership my check engine light came on. I will follow up with my local mechanic to determine why that check engine light is now on.I am grateful for the service having been done and taken care of.Regards, Jeannette Schwartz

We had an issue with our oil change and had to return the next day. Jon Stein, the assistant service manager, took care of us the second day to our complete satisfaction. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He is the reason that we will continue to get our car serviced at Russ Darrow.

Anthony G. and another service employee (can t remember her name) was super helpful with checking me in and getting everything set up since I had a free oil change that came with a tire rotation service as well! It was my first time getting my car service done in general and these two Russ Darrow employees did amazing for my first time! I mean, other than Anthony emailing me as Diana , everything went smoothly and quickly <3 will hopefully be going back in the future.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Justin was able to get me in right away when my appointment didn t go right with Mazda! Keep up the positive attitude Justin!

I recently had my 2018 Honda CRV serviced at Russ Darrow. Everything went very well and Tiffany did a great job with getting us discounts and figuring out what my car needed. The service was good as far as I know. My car is running well. They even sent a video of the work done and what my car might need in the future. I just need Honda to now make the parts available for my recalled fuel pump.

Brutal service appointment. Went in an oil change. It took an hour and a half to complete...Went with my 4 yr old son so we could look at some cars and bro out, only to be shamed into the child room by an employee because there was another kid in the showroom running around going crazy. I later found out that the other kids was one of the employees kids who presumably was there at "darrow daycare" all day. (I felt horrible for the poor little guy actually)There was coffee all over the floor in the waiting room.My service advisor turned into a ghost three times during my visit. And to cap it all off I told them not to give my car a car wash (because it always scratches our vehicle), but they did a car wash anyways.0/10.I will use Take 5 moving forward.

Ashley was great. I usually go to someone else in service. But this time Ashley helped me out & I'm so glad she did. She was very sweet, kind and explained everything that I needed to know. I was there for a oil change, she told me they would check everything else also & I would get a car wash as usual. I appreciate the great service.

I spent 2 days at Russ darrow looking to buy a car and got to know a few of the people a little bit, and it was super refreshing to see a place full of such good people! They litterly made me feel like the spot light was on me! I've been in a few dealerships in my time but this place was amazing, there was no pressure, I was put first, they knew the answer to every question I had! And I'm not use to a sales man knowing anything about the cars drive train like Mike did! Features and specs yes, but not details about the drive train like he did! He knew everything about my 2008 Civic EX-L also! Everyone there I met drives Honda too, so they believe in what they sell even! The team that worked with me was so awesome I've even been thinking about stopping back up there at some point to give them a update on how much I like my car, they made me feel like they care that much. I'm probably not going to make a special trip there but when I take the car in for it's first oil change I'm definitely going to go find them and give them an update! If anyone is looking for a new or used Honda you have to go see Mike Tuller! That man will make sure you have a good car buying experience!

I believe Russ Darrow Honda is trying to rip me off. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on Sunday and turned off on Tuesday. They told me it was the transmission and it would cost $8000 for a remanufactured transmission!!! The agent could not tell me how my transmission went out when I have been bringing my car to them for the last five years but they can quote $8000! Yeah right. I will not pay that.

I had such excellent service! I was concerned about the tread on my tires and because of the snowstorm, it wasn't able to be read by the drive-in equipment. Maddie W made sure that the video inspection included the information. I really appreciated that!

Started with Justin who greeted me as I drove my car in for service. He was friendly and efficient. He explained the process well and kept me informed as I was waiting. When repair necessitated keeping my car till the next day, Justin made the loaner process smooth. Picking up my car the next day, everything was ready and there was no tell -take evidence of work having taken place except for a well functioning car!

Sales person Micheal was not pushy, let me take my time drive different cars. Called me to let me know that the car I thought I wanted came in. I was able to test drive it and then decided on a different car. He was very helpful

I had my vehicle serviced for general maintenance and a new battery. I picked my vehicle up and it an inch thick of ice on my windshield. The wipers were frozen underneath. My radio had been changed. I would expect the vehicle to be ready to go when I attired. Service was good though.
