Excellent work! Very courteous with kind customer service. They had ordered the parts the minute they received the estimate and my car was repaired and ready to go when they said it would be! It was like the accident never happened.

Merrina Johnson was my contact at Russ Darrow. She oversaw the repair of my car. Merrina had the patience of a Saint with all of my questions. She managed to get my car done today so I didn't need to keep the horrible loaner from Enterprise all weekend. She is definitely a magnificent asset to Russ Darrow. I would recommend her to anyone that needs to have their vehicle repaired. She even handled reimbursement from the insurance company for damage that was not included in the original estimate. She is very professional, personable and got my car repaired in a very timely manner. My car looks and drives just like it did before it was hit when it was parked.

Took them a month to do work on my car was suppose to send to body shop and supposedly forgot to do that body shop had for almost 3 weeks because they weren't sure what was paid for or what they were suppose to do . They refused to give me a loaner after telling me that would have my van for close to 8 weeks . They offered to rent a car to me at 30.00 a day. Wont go to a dealership again very disappointed

Communication is poor. I was initially told it would be a 4 day repair.. On Day five ( last Friday) I was told it would be ready Monday or Tuesday.. It's not Wednesday and I was told hopefully Friday. I'm actually got sent a link to review service before my car is finished... This seems in line with my experience so far.

I recently visited Russ Darrow Bodyshop, and I must say it was a pleasure. Bethany Herrman, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service. She kept me updated throughout the process with regular phone calls and emails, ensuring I was well-informed.The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel at ease when asking questions. The communication was seamless throughout the entire repair process.The quality of their work was impressive, as they skillfully handled the replacement of various parts, including my bumper, sensors, brackets, chrome, and paint.The cherry on top was that they thoroughly cleaned my vehicle, which was a wonderful surprise.Although I hope not to require their services again, RussDarrow Bodyshop has undoubtedly earned my trust and would be my go-to choice.

It feels like I was conned into paying for repairs. I asked for a phone call and documentation before repairs were done on my vehicle. I was unable to give them a Google on the repairs they just wanna head repaired everything so now I owe them $4700 to go get my car back I don t feel like the process, lol was communicated properly and when speaking with manager, they didn t even care about anything I was upset about. The manager actually got mad and a bit hostile on the phone. He kept saying the paperwork was signed and that the work was already done and I can come pick up my vehicle. The paperwork that I had signed when dropping off the vehicle was not filled out at all, and was explain to me by receptionist that I was signing it now so I will have to stop at later when I approve the repairs. not that they could repair whatever they wanted without my verbal permission.They did a great job with getting the work done quickly, but it feels like the system is set up for people that come in with insurance plans they have to pay no matter what.Service: Body & Trim

They had my car for 30 days. Wheel rim and tire replacement. Lack of communication. I still don't know what they fixed. Couldn't get an estimate.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They made every effort to complete the collision repairs on our vehicle as quickly as possible, and they completed the repairs in less than a week. They handled all the insurance claim details, and took very good care of us.

My bumper looks great. The paint job was excellent. They washed the outside and vacuumed and cleaned the inside, which was a great surprise and much appreciated!!

Bad customer service, unprofessional. I asked the customer rep simple questions about my car. She was rude and talking down at me for no reason. I asked for a refund and she said I could get my money back on the phone. But when my family came in person to get my refund, she lied on them and tried to scam us out of our full refund but we suggested an alternative. Thank god we had the detail paper that proved that we we re telling the truth. Bottom line I wouldn t recommend anyone to go there. Waste of time and money! Don t know why there s still in business.

Very disappointed with the communication of my car being serviced. Bethany and Marty do not like to deal with customers they push they responsibility off on the from desk assistant diamond. I called and left messages while my vehicle was being serviced at the collision center no call backs. I had to drive to the collision center just to get a update on my vehicle which I purchased in November from them also. I spoken with Marty who assured my vehicle will be ready on a Monday I received no phone call or no communication on that Monday that my vehicle was not ready I called and left messages I heard nothing stopped In on Tuesday for Bethany to tell me my car will be done by end of day. Not true, get a call from diamond at 410 to tell me my car is not ready and won't be ready until tomorrow and can't be washed. Overall I will not recommend and use this collision center ever again....

Marty was very rude when I first arrived for warranty claim my appt. Claimed I didn t have an appointment. Was not welcoming. I felt like I wasn t welcome there. Was told it would take several weeks to get approval and took 5 months and a lot of run around to finally get my vehicle in for repairs. Good looks good, but the mirror was replaced and door was not buffed out as promised.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Russ Darrow metro told us to take our Pacifica over to Russ Darrow Collision on Brown deer road to get our hood fixed that has rust on it, the car is a 2019. So still under warranty. The collision center told us they need to get approval on this. This was over 4 months ago. I kept calling and they just gave me a run around saying it was out of their control. I finally called Chrysler corporate and they told me my van is still under warranty and the collision center didn t need to get approval. They should of just done it. I went to another dealership and they are going to take care of my van. Horrible service from Russ Darrow Collision center on Brown deer rd. They should be accounted for such terrible service Why are they even open. They don t help anyone

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience with a body shop that I have ever had. I was involved in a hit and run and had to get my car repaired on the driver's side. When I first dropped off the car they told me it would be ready in a month. After one month I called the body shop and asked what the status of my vehicle was, they told me that it was going to take longer because they were having other issues (that they did not clarify on). I had to constantly call them to get updates on my car, not once did they call me to tell me about any delays. TWO MONTHS LATER I finally called back and they said my car was ready. They said that they called my phone and left a message but I never received any calls or messages. When I got the car back all my seats were stained. I would like to add that my car is only 6 months old and I put custom seat covers on the seats when I got it. I told the people at the body shop about the stains and they had some worker use a dirty cloth to try and clean them off. When I explained that I had somewhere to be and I would like to have my car detailed they said they would have their manager call me about a possible detail. I never got a call from the manager and had to call them multiple times about the detail. They finally had me drop my car off for a detail. They kept the car for 6 HOURS and when it was returned the stains were still on the seat and all they did was wash my car. When I asked about the stains they said that they couldn't get it off with a cloth and there was nothing they could do. This is the WORST BODY SHOP EVER. I WILL NEVER COME BACK and I suggest whoever is reading this review pick somewhere else to get your body work done. The customer service was terrible and I got multiple eye rolls when voicing my complaints. We went here because our insurance company told us to come here. If that happens to you, I suggest you insist on going to a different body shop.

I took my car in to have my driver side door replaced and part of the quarter panel needed to be repaired. When I got my car back it looked brand new and they detailed the inside and outside.

I was very impressed with this location. Received excellent customer service. Received an estimate for body work.within 15 minutes. I received a phone call as soon as part was ready. This place was recommended to me by the dealership I purchased my car from. They ve been giving me the run around for a month. I got fed up and had to end up finding the part myself at a different dealership. Bethany is a horrible, passive aggressive parrot who says whatever the manager or body shop mechanics tell her to say to buy them some time to BS around. Why did I as the car owner have to buy the part? THATS RIDICULOUS! Don t waste your time with them! At all!Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience with this place, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I purchased a piece of equipment from another Russ Darrow and the Collision place Manager Marty, installed it for me. He saved me at least a couple of hundred dollars. I will definitely do business with them again if necessary.

They were very unprofessional and i felt like their communication was bad. I ask a question about my vehicle that was in their care and was told to ask the insurance company. It s wasn t an insurance question and the lady i talked to was very rude.

I love the entire Russ Darrow Honda Brand, but this review is specifically to commend the Collision Repair Body Shop located at 9301 W Brown Deer Road and it s entire staff Two weeks ago I pulled up too close to a snow bank and ruined my front bumper. Immediately I became distraught because I know how expensive today s cars are to fix. To my surprise, I was taken care of from the time I scheduled the estimate appointment through the time I exited the building following the repair at #NOEXPENSE! These are really honest and caring individuals at this location. Apparently all of the clips and casings were still good and the bumper just needed reattaching. They could have railroaded me and charged me for work that wasn t needed. I feel blessed to have gone to this location. I only drive Honda, and this location is now my go to place for any future repair needs that may arise! This was by FAR the worse customer service I've ever endured with a body shop. Adjuster gave them 9 days at 4 working hours per day. Russ Darrow Collision was paid on the 9th day. It's been 11 working days since they've been paid and I still don't have my vehicle. Mind you...I'm in a rental car this entire time. What should've cost me about $75 for a rental car is up to $450 now. They've never returned my messages. When I do get a hold of the service department, I get the same response...It's going into paint and it'll be done in a couple days. It's been 3 straight weeks of this answer to me. I'll NEVER return here...I'll NEVER recommend Russ Darrow Collision either.

They did a nice job on the actual work, but the customer service was awful. It took a week longer than they estimated, which would have been ok if they had communicated with me. I called every few days just to see what was going on. There was no proactive communication on their part. Even the pickup was a terrible experience. I'm not looking for much, but a simple "thank you for choosing RD" would have been nice. Will not be using RD collision again.
