I gave 5 stars because Dontario is always so nice and respectful when I ve gone to get my car serviced and encountered him. This time I was there due to a light for needing to service the start/stop system. He mentioned it could be that it needs an update or a battery issue. When he said a possible battery issue I mentioned I had just paid $1200 for two different batteries my car needed only a year ago. He assured me that if it was a battery issue that it should be covered under the warranty. When I got the call he told me that one of the batteries had to be replaced but it was covered under the warranty so I did not have to pay the diagnostic fee I was quoted either. He didn t push any other issues like I ve dealt with in the past. I don t feel like he tries to get you for every penny like is common when going to the dealership to get your vehicle serviced. I appreciate how he is with customers and a very respectful guy.

The person over the phone in the service department(I believe her name was Megan) was phenomenal with her excitement and exceptional customer service. She was efficient, informative, and knowledgeable & it was helpful to be able to depend upon a company to fulfill my vehicle needs while I was out is state.

I went for a oil change and the service was excellent. The service guy made me feel like I was somebody. He treated me very kindly he was the first guy in the service department l believe his name was Mike what excellent service l mean excellent if I decide to buy another car it will be from Mike.

Excellent service! Helped me out immensely when other dealerships told me it would be a week or two before car could be seen. Very helpful, straight forward and responsive to my questions and requests. Dontario Palmer service adviser provided great care respectfully.

I am truly disappointed with my experience. I go to this location simply based off of the experience with Chris although there is a closer location to me. I choose to go out of the way. He is simply a delight to work with. When scheduled this time I had the chance to work with Dan. Our interaction started off fine. He asked a few questions and I was able to provide him with a scope of the work needed. I stated their was an issue w/ my brake lights, a check engine light, and muffler noise. I was able to get the scope of work pertaining to the check engine and the muffler done correctly. I was told to pick up my vehicle unknowingly that my turn signals were disconnected by a tech. I then reached out to Dan whom was aware this was done and he did not notify me. When I asked Dan if he'd be willing to rectify the issue he stated I would have to wait several hours to get them fixed two days later. When I stated to Dan how it was not only an inconvenience for me to be without a car after waiting three days for the original problems to be fixed but that it was dangerous to drive with no turn signals. Dan then stated " well at least your brake lights work". I spent over a thousand dollars for my vehicle to be fixed just to be sent home with a hazard. Going forward I will be going to a different location.

We were out of town and our car wouldn t start. They were the only dealership willing to get us in that day and work on our car. They solved the problem so we could get home safe. We appreciate them and would definitely recommend!

I ve had my vehicle for almost 8 years but has only been to this dealership twice. Never knew it existed. BUT I would have to say they are very personal, professional, and friendly. I will for sure go back and recommend them to others!!

I got turn down for service when my check light first came on months ago because it came and went. The person who assisted me today happend to be same individual, who had turned me away. He returned my vehicle and my seat would not move foward (I'm shirt), so I stated it to him. He wanted to keep my car, another day, stating something was stuck and kept repeating how I have many items in my car. Which I replied, "I know its my car!" (Side note my life is complicated and my kids necessities are in my car...). Then he got a manager who got a technician to unlodge the stuck penny. The work actually done to my car seems to be done correctly which is why I gave 3 stars, but that worker should not be doing customer service.

Walked out of dealership without a car because the sales manager wouldn't honor the website price. Frustrated a dear friend of the family. I do not have anything good to say about this dealership or ownership group. I wouldn't buy there and cannot recommend anyone else.

Ever since I owned my vehicle, I have brought it here. Spent a lot of money with this great dealership and company. I have not been disappointed once. Mike and Joel are my number one go to gentlemen. Went in for an oil change. Was quick and the team communicated with me while I waited.I had a snack and cup of fresh coffee. They also washed my car and advised me that my air filter needed replacement.Dan is our service advised. He is a great resource.Thank you for great service.

The service department is the best. Great people that are willing to try and make it happen for you. Whoever they have picking up front desk phones is terrible though. Was hung up on twice, then sent to voicemail twice. All while being told they don't do emissions testing and told they do it. Finally I got a good enough "yes we do that and can do it today." To bring me in.Just please train your front desk people, they are unfriendly, uninformed and lazy. They laughed at me when they could hear I was frustrated with two hang ups and two voicemails.

I booked my appt for oil change expecting to be baby free but plans changed last minute I was kind of worried how my baby would act. When I arrived the gentlemen was extremely friendly not only was I satisfied with my service he went above and beyond. It was raining he kept my car in garage knowing I had a baby.
