After purchasing a part which was incorrect for my vehicle I was denied a return until escalating to several others in the organization. Ultimately I was refunded and the parts team apologized, which I certainly appreciate, but it wasn t the best experience. They did take action to rectify the situation so I m increasing my review from 1 to 3 stars in the end.
