As a mechanic myself, this is the only place I'll take my vehicles to. They tried not charging me multiple times for issues I had that they solved so I was morally obligated to stock the fridge for them. I refer anyone asking for a good place to take their car to when they have issues that need diagnosis. They are honest on knowing or not if they can help and won't just throw money at a problem to see if it works.

Had car issues on 12/21/16 after work. Called them up around 6 pm and someone actually answered. He told me I was able to take my car in the next morning at 8 am when they open. So the next day, right at 8 am, I was able to bring my car in. He was already there ready to get started on it.Very friendly people, the mechanic looked at my car right away. Quoted me the price before any work was done. Very reasonable pricing.Was able to fix my car and have it up in running before noon the same day. Also, kept the old parts to show me what the issues were before he scrapped them. Love that, so I know I'm not getting ripped off.I would recommend them to anyone in need of car repairs done RIGHT and done FAST.

I brought in a pair of snow tires form an on-line vendor to be mounted and balanced for my daughters car. She was in town and heading back to school. I wanted to have it done before she left so I had the wheels off the car and was going to pick them up the next day. When she got back to school, both she and her friend said the car felt "funny". The next day one of the tires that were mounted was flat.Luckily I'm a firm believer in being able to change your own tires and taught her.When I tried to have the tire fixed there was no way to repair it. The damage was done to bead. The steel cord that wraps around the rim had been cut from the rubber upon installation. I talked to the online vendor that I bought the tires from and took pics as well. They said noway would they have shipped them like that. I also inspected the tires after they were delivered to my house, no damage. Rich's automotion absolutely refused to help me even tho it was obviously their fault.I will never go there again.They lost a repeating customer.

I have been going here 10+ years! Rich's has kept my cars running until they are so rusted together and falling apart at the same time! My cars were 19 and 17 years old before they were retired. He is great at keeping me updated on wear and tear, maintence needed, and estimated cost to keep my ladies running smoothly. I apprieciate how they show me the parts they took off and repaired. They also expain the how's and why's the parts worked/did'nt and the havac the disfunction caused.
