My Honda Accord is now giving me transmission issues and I sadly have to let it go. PLEASE BE CAREFUL if and when you decide to purchase a vehicle from here. Honda Accords are supposed to be reliable and good cars. For the price I paid, this was not worth it at all. I get a business needs to make money, but being honest with your customers about the issues cars have goes a LONG way especially if you would like to run a good business.

Fast, easy process for buying a car. I took my car of choice to a garage for a pre-purchase inspection, and when the garage found over $800 worth of repairs that needed to be done, Reo Motors agreed to do the repairs before I took the car home. They also agreed to hold the car at their place for 2 weeks when l unexpectedly had jury duty and couldn t pick it up. 4 stars because the repairs could have been done before I took a look at the car, and I would have gone home with badly worn rear brakes if I hadn t taken the car for an inspection. Other than that, great experience.

I went to the 2777 S 27th st location to look at a Jeep. They told me that it was at the other store. When I got there, they had called ahead and the Jeep was waiting, warming up! The transaction was very fair and fast! Killer deal in my book! Do not overlook this dealership! Friendly, helpful and super easy to deal with! Thanks REO!

I worked with Victor who was very accommodating by taking my new vehicle to get checked out by my mechanic before purchase and he also made sure I was able to get to and from where I needed to go during the process. My mechanic says car in very good shape and I am pleased with the smooth and comfortable drive of my 2012 Toyota Avalon. Victor was clear in his communications with me in all steps of purchasing process.

My husband and I visited real motors Milwaukee looking for a new truck and we left with two! The customer service was outstanding and they work with us with the cash that we had for the two trucks. I appreciate the great customer service!!!

Such a bad experience at the dealer. Not once has the service shop helped properly. USB module from my car was not working when I got it and I was told that it ll be repaired within a week before buying. Trusting them I got the car but now it s been more than 4 months and they are still saying they don t have the part. On top of this, I had to replace my brakes within 2 months of buying. In addition to this, I ve been having lot of battery problems as well. Please don t get a car from here and make mistake like me. Zero Service

I m pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to finance my first car with them! I wasn t pressured at all and was able to drive off the lot the same day! It s been about a week with my new car and of course there are some minor details that could be improved but overall they sold me a used car in great condition.

This palace is not good at all to buy any car cuz I buy car for here after a month I have to change ball joint, alternators, starter and now car electric is not good, in 6 month i have to change all of those, trust me this Reo Motors will make you broke!!!!!!!!!!

They do not inspect their cars before selling them to you and do not service the vehicles well at all. Within the first week of buying my car the brakes started grinding and needed to be replaced, and they did that for free. Less than a year later I had more brake issues.A few days after I got my car back I was experiencing times sporadically where my car wouldn t start. After taking my car to a few places without it being solved I called a roadside mechanic when my car wouldn t start for the x time. Turns out it was a corroded and loose clamp on the battery and, according to him, was completely obvious to notice for any mechanic.About a week or two later my catalytic converter needed to be replaced - which means my car would not pass emissions like it said in writing. It was only after raising my voice and stating consumer law with someone that they agreed to replace it for free. They gave me a loaner that did a lot of shaking when going over 30 mph. When I picked my car up I found some beer bottle caps in my car.When a mechanic diagnosed the converter, my air conditioner compressor was also in need of being replaced. I took my car somewhere else for this job.These are just the big issues and don t include the smaller fixes I ve had to do as well. It s silly to not expect things to go wrong with a used car but all of those issues within a month of the purchase is too much to accept and makes it clear that they do not have any quality service technicians and don t fully inspect their vehicles.Service and the state of the car aside, they use Kelley blue book to designate value and price their cars as if they were in mint condition (they re not). I know this because the manager told me this and showed me exactly what he was looking at. Thankfully beforehand I had researched the car I was seeing and was able to call them out and save some money, though I ended up paying more for repairs since.This place is the epitome of your stereotypical sleazy used car dealership, please go somewhere else. Or if you do go here you would be wise to spend the time and few hundred dollars to get the vehicle inspected by a trustworthy mechanic, and have them repair everything that the other mechanic points out. To their credit, they did repair the issues within the 30 days from purchase per their guarantee, which earned them two stars instead of one.

This is a bad business. My friend and I bought a car here, a Toyota! Toyotas are very good cars that last forever. It's only been 3 months and the car has been dead twice already. We are from out of state and we're told we would have to bring the dead car back to them for their mechanics to take a look at it. Still trying to figure out how to drive a dead car.

RUN DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! I would give it 0 stars if I could.We told the dealer that the car was leaking something (power steering) and they told us to bring it in that they would fix it. They fixed it and when we took it in again because it still was leaking OUR guy said it was the box and needed to be replaced. They refused to replace it and stated they fixed it already. We also told them we needed a second key and they said they would get that for us. Never got it. Same w the vehicle bookIf you buy a car from here don t cry when you find out it s a complete lemon.

I bought a car for work and for college a couple months ago with Cris. He made all the financing and little service I needed a fast and easy experience. The service I did need for my Rogue was done right away and now my car drives perfect! I definitely recommend buying a car from here!

Very happy with my experience at Reo motors, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Rodrigo, the salesman I worked with, was so helpful and patient as this was my first time purchasing from a lot. Because of him, the process was stress free.

Had a vehicle for sale, photos sent via text and description does NOT match!!!! This dealer will hide flaws with their vehicles!!! Did NOT mention vehicle being repainted. Wasted 2 hrs to come n look to realize the whole truck was reapinted. Its fresh new paint and never mentioned bout it and the frame they tried to paint some spots of rust so you DONT notice as much rust. It was obviously repainted bc over spray painted in wheel well. Doesnt not communicate well. Hiw do these guys still in business? Beware folks!!!!!

Just purchased my 3rd used vehicle from there, if you re looking for no hassle closing Chris and victor are your sales guys! They helped with all of our questions and made sure all of vehicle requirements were met, my wife loves her new Toyota, Thank you Reo and staff !
