I got excellent service from here. My car died in the single digit January weather and needed to get towed. They gave me a detailed report of what should be fixed and what needed to be fixed. Sent me pictures in their report so I could understand it better. Some shops just like to tell you what needs to be fixed and you have to believe what you're being told without seeing for yourself.I got it towed there Wednesday night and got it looked at by the next afternoon. They talked to me about what I would like fixed and we went on from there. They thought it might take up to a week to finish because of the other cars ahead of mine, the extent of the work, and possible delays for getting parts because of the cold weather, but I got my car back by the following Tuesday.Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs help getting their car fixed. They were friendly, thorough, clear in communication, have great customer service, and fast. I went to them because I had such a positive time doing emission testing almost 2 years ago. The great customer care is what brought me back for repairs and any future work I might need done.

We had a major and difficult repair that needed to be done, and their work was great. It was highly appreciated how much they worked with us to get the job done within the price as estimated. The ONLY criticism I would have is the lot and business is too small. Please grow. I know I will be back for future work with our vehicles. I'm glad to have trusted them.

Reis Auto is great! I just had my car repaired and I m so happy with their service. This was my first time using them. I m always a little apprehensive when it comes to car repairs. They were very thorough and the repairs were done at a very fair price. I m so happy to have a trustworthy and convenient place to take my car for repairs.

I got my car in for a oil change. The gentleman took my keys said it would be about a hour or a hour and a half. They would also do a tier rotation and check the levels of all my fluids. They called me before the time window. Got me in and out with check out. Very happy!!

The guys at Reis really take care of their customers. We've had both of our cars in there for various issues and have absolutely no complaints at all. They take video and pics & explain everything thoroughly. If you're looking for a trustworthy place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Reis on Forest Home

I am very pleased with Reis Auto. I had been a customer of Dave's Auto service for many years. When Reis took over Dave's ownership, they have continued with the same high quality service. Their dedicated mechanics do a good job to maintain my Honda CRV. I appreciate that they let me know when future maintenance will be needed to maintain the integrity of my vehicle. Their customer service is outstanding.

Best car repair experience I have ever had. I had a belt deteriorate on I94 after departing KMKE and I pulled off on the Loomis Rd exit so as not to ne stranded. This autobody shop happened t o be right there. I expected to be told that I would need to leave the car there but they offered to look at it, diagnosed a bad pulley on my alternator (which was why it ate the self replaced belt the weekend prior) and got the part in to fix it and have me back on the road in less than 3 hours, knowing that I lived an hour away. Great service and spent the time to show me video of the bad pulley. I would HIGHLY recommend these friendly professionals for their customer service and attention to technical detail.

On the way back from IL to drop off my daughter to college in Milwaukee at about 2pm and less than 20 miles from the campus, I ran over something hard on the highway. Don't know what that something hard was, but My tire pressure indicator came on about 5 mins later. I needed to get off the expressway, and fast. We needed use exit 8A to turn around, but I ended up taking exit 8B by mistake.Best mistake I ever made.After making a U-turn on Loomis, I knew we needed to find a car repair shop. Immediately after the U-turn was REIS Automotive. My daughter and I both sighed a huge sigh of relief. We'd found a hospital for my ailing car, without having to drive on the saggy tire.The person at the counter, Anthony, was polite and very helpful. He said he could squeeze us in and check and see if the tire seal had broken or if it was something more. He told us about a Starbucks a few minutes' walk down the road, and my daughter I took a lunch break there.Anthony gave us a call and told us that the rear tire had a slash on the inside sidewall, which we couldn't see from looking at the tire from the outside sidewall view. He said since all the parts runs were done for the day, the earliest he could have a tire delivered was the next morning. He offered to drive 20 minutes to and from the tire place to get us a tire and have it installed by end of the day, or a little after.He asked if I would like him to drive to get the tire, and I said absolutely and that I'd be willing to pay extra for that option, since he was going out of his way.What he said next was mind blowing. He said he was happy to do it and it wouldn't be any extra. He then quoted me the price for the tire replacement, including disposal of the old tire.At the time of the writing of this review, I'm awaiting the call that my car is ready soon-- but I'm writing this review *now* because the service at this shop is not only courteous and professional, but they also know how to literally go the extra mile for their customers.If you ever need work done, this shop has kind staff in Anthony. He truly deserves a raise for his excellent work.Way to go REIS Automotive on Loomis in Greenfield!

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I drive my vehicle for a living, if anything breaks, it is imperative that it be fixed immediately. Tswj Yang was the Service Writer, he was genuinely concerned with my situation. It was late, on a snowy night and I simply drove to the nearest service station. I told him that I had a job lined up for early the next morning. After running a diagnostic test on my car, he clearly, with great communication skills, explained to me my options and gave me a very fair estimate. Being from out of town, I was at the mercy of a businessman. Tswj is a great example of integrity and professionalism. 5 stars is not enough for his commitment to excellence and customer service. Always great service at Reis Auto. Very trustworthy and I like how they send you videos/photos of what is broken versus just telling you over the phone. If I have any future problems with my car I know where to go!

Very nice experience for an oil change. I liked the fact that they explain to me (and provide a print out) what my car may be needing and the urgency. With NO pressure sales! I appreciate their professionalism as well as their very clean waiting room.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Reis Auto. After purchasing a used car, they conducted a thorough inspection and diligently pointed out all the issues. They went above and beyond, taking the time to explain the complexities of each problem with the passion of a dedicated teacher. I asked an exhaustive amount of questions and they made sure I understood how they relate to my cars performance etc. Whenever we returned for further check-ups, they treated us with care, patiently teaching and addressing our concerns. I ve never written a review until now! If I could rate them 6 starts I would! This place got me in when every other mechanic had weeks of a waiting list, and fixed what I needed right away the same day! Great pricing and amazing customer service. I usually don t trust people but they definitely earned my trust and I will be coming back with all my vehicles! I worked with Tswj and he was amazing and super attentive.

I accidentally dropped a penny inside my car lighter charging port. It sparked and instantly stopped working, in addition to my USB charger area. For my 2018 Honda CRV, Honda quoted me $300 for the repair and made it clear it could cost more. Over the years in general, family and friends have felt I ve been taken advantage of by Honda (both Kenosha and Greenfield locations) and have been overpaying for unnecessary add-on s during regular oil changes. My last oil change with Honda, they were especially pushy and rude when I decided to decline.I first talked with REIS - Greenfield over the phone. I spoke with Steve Y. and he promised to take a look and give me a good quote to repair the charging ports before I had to commit and got me in within 2 days of my calling. Within a few hours of drop off, Steve told me it was a simple fix and would only charge me the $7 for the part replacement cost. What an amazing price and incredibly kind thing to do even though they did have time invested in the repair. Steve sent an email breakdown with pictures and a detailed explanation for the few other items they noticed and recommended I repair. Steve even offered tips and advice on how I could do some of it myself if I wanted to save money but to repair EVERYTHING they recommended (air filter, cabin filter, battery clean and the charging repair)- it was only $123 total. They also topped off my coolant at no charge. I also noticed Steve didn t point out the several issues Honda rudely insisted I needed to get done.REIS - Greenfield was amazing and Steve Y. in particular was awesome to work with. This is my new autoshop for all my maintenance and repair needs. Went for emission test today and served with a friendly smile and excellent customer service! Owners like me don t enjoy going for emission tests because there s always an issue: no staff, come back another day, etc. I was so impressed and grateful that I called them and booked my next maintenance appointment with them! Your customer service is above par! Thank you. I look forward to being your customer.
