Probably one of the worst rooms I've had to sleep in in years. I might as well have been on the floor. The bed was terrible! I have bruises from the hard edges of the bed. Pillows were flat. Room was dingy. Hotel has a smell like an old basement. Our toilet wouldn't flush basic toilet paper!! We asked to moves rooms and we're told nothing was available. It was such a a horrible night of sleep that we checked out a day early and switched hotels. The front desk staff was awesome and assured us that we'd be able to get our refund for the second night by talking to HR on Monday. The bar/restaurant had good food, but inattentive and slow service. At one point, all bartenders were out smoking for 10+ minutes together.I wouldn't stay here again for any reason.

If I could give this a zero I would. Room was not clean. Booked through Priceline 7 months ago. The hotel just changed and is not Radisson anymore. They did not honor the $194 price we paid and charged $254 for an out of date dirty room. Floors needed vacuumed, bathtub tube needed cleaned, there was food smashed in furniture and just overall nasty. I can see why Radisson got rid of this place. I inquired with desk staff about why we didn t get notified of the change of price and was essentially told that is not our problem and our rate is $254. Since other hotels were sold out due to an event we were screwed. They also dropped breakfast. Place is a 100% dump for the price. There are much better options.

The Front Desk Staff Has Been Absolutely Amazing, The Young Ladies are always polite and friendly, especially Sondra Thomas, her personalism, and professionalism are top-notch. She goes beyond just being a Front desk clerk, she's concerned about how you're treated while staying here and always asks are we comfortable, and do we need anything.... she's engaging with each guest as if you're the only guest. My husband is a veteran and sadly we were displaced from our home, plus he's recovering from cancer surgery, and while the VA Staff are looking for us a place to live they put us in this Hotel. We're going through something that would have never thought of 40 years of marriage that has broken my husband's heart. Our only complaint is the Housekeeping Staff, we've asked for Housekeeping to tidy up our room numerous times and to replace the towels, vacuum, etc. But have been overlooked numerous times even after the Front desk staff requested for them to come to our room (again we've been here as long-term tenants) all though it's just been a week. Not sure what the problem is with that Rooms: Okay

Heater did not keep room warm, was VERY loud and never shut off, thermostat missing on wall. Staff is EXTREMELY lazy. Cold coffee at 6am in lobby. No T.V. remote in room, took 4hrs and 6 trips to front desk to get one. Attendant says she's "still trying to find time to find me one." Never saw her standing out of her chair. Restaurant food was good but had to get up and go to bar to order and for anything you wanted. Bathroom has no exhaust. No hot tub. Breakfeast refrigerator EMPTY. Would not stay here again for ANY REASON.

Room looked old and dingey , didn t smell like hotel smelt like my grandmas house. Could of been way cleaner. No microwave. Rooms look way bigger than they really are. Service/staff had attitudes. Definitely would of paid a couple extra dollars for the one across the street as it looks way better really not worth 200+ for two nights

Clean rooms, even if a little "Dated!" Staff was professional but the attached restaurant was completely empty on the evening I stayed. Breakfast option appeared to only be a cold box with yogurt and fruit and maybe a Danish for $15?!? Price was not terrible for the room.Rooms: Clean, but dated. Fill lid on coffee maker missing, and only one regular coffee pouch available.Food & drinks: Not even sure the attached restaurant was even open on a Thursday Night... No breakfast except a cold box option on Friday Morning

The first room 412 was ok but the bathroom was not desirable. The floors was dirty and the tub had what looked to be charcoal stains all over. I immediately asked for a different room after showing pictures to the front desk. Second room 712 was even worse. The air conditioner was broke and wouldn t cool down the stuffy dark room. The curtains was hanging down off the hooks. The bathroom doesn t have ventilation and the same black spots in the tub and ceiling. I saw hair in the shower and the shower head is from 1980 with rust and stains all over. Very uncomfortable night but the front desk attendant was extremely nice and tried to make it better with a few free drinks. I will never stay here again.Rooms: Not so great rooms need major updates.

The entrance to this hotel is surrounded by construction and is confusing and hazardous to enter and leave. The hotel reeks of weed and cigarettes and stale old clothes. It is very out dated. My boyfriend and I are a younger couple in our 20s we had a room on the 4th floor and our door was open when we arrived. With the lights on in the room we took our belongings back downstairs to ask for a room change and the night attendant said no we had a handicap room and it was probably housekeeping. We said we didn t feel safe in the room and she said they could send maintenance to secure the room after we had already inspected the room ourself we were concerned someone had key access or would break in. The lady was rude and couldn t accommodate for a serious concern it wasn t like I was complaining about stained sheets or the dirt in the tub! BEWARE STAY AWAY. I m calling the GM until they fix the issueNearby activities: Concert venue

Our room was OK, after they fixed the AC. (The room was 81 all night.) It took them 19 hours to call their maintenance man, who, by the way, was very impressive. Our hotel room is showing its age. It was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable. So, would you expect to pay the full price for a room with a noisy AC that doesn't cool. I'll update my review if they compensate me for a most uncomfortable night.

Conveniently located, friendly reception staff amd very responsive to needs. My first night was cold due to a bad functioning heat/ac unit. When I mentioned it, they had actually replaced the whole unit while I was out at my conference. Thank you!Safety: I felt very safe while here.Food & drinks: Plenty of food choices nearby.Noteworthy details: Near Mt Mary College;Close to interstate and main thoroughfares.

There's just so many better options than this hotel. My experience was not miserable but not good. The front desk gentleman at night was not helpful. We never received room service the two nights we were there? The bathroom is marginally clean. The hall carpet is old and dirty. The ice machine is also old and dirty. Again, it's not terrible, but there are many better options for your next hotel stay.

I don't usually leave reviews but what happened last night was unacceptable. Don't bank on your reservation being fullfilled if you book with them. honestly.... There were 15 rooms overbooked last night that got turned away. This Company chose to bank on people not showing up or cancelling and it backfired on them. Won't stay at a Radisson anytime soon. It was a complete nightmare.

We stayed there 2 nights for the Harley Davidson homecoming concert. The room was really expensive for what it was. The cleaning staff was sleeping on laundry cards in the hallway and playing on their phones blocking the hallway. You could hear everything that was going on in the room next door. They had parties, arguments, and other until 3 am each night. The hotel gave us a flyer that made it seem like breakfast was included so we went and ate but then were presented with a bill for $45 which was way too expensive for what it was and considering I spent $300 a night on the room I was not happy. Wish they would have had a sign or at least told us before we ate the lousy food there was a Dennys a 5-minute walk away that would have had better food and it would have been cheaper. When I Confronted the staff about it they just shrugged and walked away. All in all not a good experience we will not be going back... UPDATE... they replied to this post and said they "would strive to do better"... if they want to do better they can start by refunding the rip-off breakfast....

Not many good points about this hotel. The gentleman on check in asked for my card and took $100 without even telling me he was going to be doing that beforehand. I only realised when I got a phone alert from my bank. Furthermore, it takes over a week for them to return your money. I still haven t received the refund. There isn t even a minibar or anything in the room so it seems unnecessary to take a deposit rather than put a hold on your card.Rooms are not very clean. The bathtub was completely blocked which meant when I was showering I was stood in about a foot of stagnant water. There were also short curly hairs on the shower curtain. Carpets also seem super dirty and there were no slippers.Breakfast was really poor too. One green apple, one yoghurt and one granola bar each. However the beds are comfy!

Don t stay here if you want to sleep in. My husband and I attended a sporting event the night before. Check out is at 11 so we thought we d sleep in till 10/1030 pack up and head out by 11. Well at 830 a housekeeper knocked on the door and before I could even get out of bed to answer started opening the door. She asked me if I was leaving yet which I replied no, isn t check out at 11 and she said yes. I laid back down and and twice more they knocked on the door. We traveled with friends and they had 3 separate rooms. They all got multiple knocks on their doors too one of them had a housekeeper walk in without knocking. If they just walk in when we re here are they walking in when we re not? It was very unsettling and rude. Other than that the room was not very clean, mold in the shower leftover trash from the last guest. The night clerk couldn t accommodate a room change so late in the night so I requested new sheets and changed them myself. Asked for a call back from the Gm but have yet to receive one.

Neat but shabby describes the room. It was really outdated and dark. The bathroom tub and shower curtain weren t the whitest of whites. Surprisingly, the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner in the lobby wasn t working and hadn t for about a year, we were told. The location was OK with some good places to eat nearby.

Found bed bugs on first night. Took pictures and they switched me to a different room. The fact that the sheets weren t cleaned made me feel weird, regardless of where they put me. There s only one person at the desk, so during check out expect to wait in line for 15-20 minutes. The cleanliness was bad, and the service people were nice but they need more bodies, which they can t control.

This place was very nice! We only stayed one night, but I wish we would have stayed another. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The bathroom was also extremely clean. There is also a bar and grill (separate business from the hotel) downstairs that seemed popular for hotel guests.Anytime we come to Milwaukee, we will definitely be staying here!

We booked this hotel months in advance. Looked at the beginning of the week and it was on their website that the pool was closed. Great, fine I get that. But when I went and checked in, I got attitude about how it was posted on the website. I left it alone because, it wasn't worth arguing about. But I was not compensated one bit. We were there for a family wedding, all of our family was in another hotel. If we had known there was even going to be an inkling that the pool was going to be closed, we never would have booked here. It smelled and was gross. Will not be going back.

I am genuine on this review. First off, it's not very clean. We were charged 458.00 for 2 nights, supposedly 100.00 deposit. For 179.00 a night, there really are better options out there. This is definitely no more than 79.00 a night room. Anyone that's quick criticize my statement and says you can not stay anywhere for that, well I could have stayed in my car for free. Surely, I would have been more comfortable for the price. This is definitely my last hotel stay without careful reviews and research. I stay at Fairmount and suites, which to me is not extravagant by any means, but at least they are very clean, well lit.Next, it's a very big thing with two receptionists that you shouldn't have to wait in line for 1 hour, behind 3 guests to check in. The girls at the desk were very nice, Takisha is who helped me. She was great. But what the problem is with checking people in, well, it's a joke. If it wasn't my family's reunion, I would have left for a different hotel, regardless of cost. The irony is we were trying to get a room key reprogrammed, picture this....3 People in line, I'm the 4th, and 5th behind me. It's 11 pm Saturday night. after 20 minutes, I was like forget it we have 1 working key. So we just shared. BUT! I went up to my room, showered, and at 12:30, I went down to the lobby, and guess what? The guy that was behind me in line (5th) He was still behind the 3rd person in line. 1 1/2, still was waiting to talk to the front desk receptionist. These reviews force the hotel to improve or close. I am not being vicious, but this hotel is definitely one of the worst, and more important, I hope this helps other guests make a decision on staying here.

Location of this hotel was great, service was pretty good. The reception staff were all very kind! The room itself was disgusting. Very outdated, when we got to our room there was a burnt hole in our lamp shade, the sink wouldn t drain, the bathtub had a ton of black specks, and it was just very dirty overall. They did get us a room change, but nothing else. The beds were very comfortable but I was paranoid the entire time that they were dirty. I really wouldn t recommend this hotel for the price.

Decent experience for the price point. The lobby has a nice seating area and the front desk folks were all nice and fast. Parking lot out front is small but had plenty of availability (and there's a parking garage on the back). Everything was clean and in good shape. And although it's very busy outside you can't hear it inside. Close road access to many things if driving. Can walk (across many lanes) to a few restaurants. And a decent tiki restaurant is attached to the hotel. That all said, we pre-paid but were charged again. Our first door's battery was dead so we were given a new room. One of the cards wouldn't open the second room. The room looked nice and had decent space, although we found a candy wrapper on the ground. Bed and bathroom were clean, however. Very dark coffee and bottled water provided in the room. Lobby has more coffee and breakfast bags (apple, yogurt, granola bar). Small pool but is open for use.Like all hotels, there's no longer hot breakfast or daily housekeeping (yet prices stayed the same or raised?).

The staff were nice, and check in/out was easy, and we were able to check in a little early. Shower had very good water pressure, and bed was comfortable. Room seemed relatively clean.Although immediately upon entering the room, we could smell a strong odor of cat urine. We could have done without that smell, and the hallway sometimes smelled of marijuana. All in all though, a nice hotel. Everything just fine except the smell in the room really.

The facility looks beautiful walking in but the rooms are fairly outdated. When we got to the room, the room was not clean. Looked like someone just woke up and left. When I called to let front desk know, they acted like I was lying and sent someone else to check because the room should be clean . I m not sure why they would think I would lie. And the front desk reps were very snotty and rolled their eyes at me and other guests. The pool was not the best. It was so cloudy that you couldn t even seen your own feet in the pool. And I m glad we brought our own towels because they did not restock them.Other guests had rented rooms and were denied the amount of rooms reserved and ended up taking the cushions from the front lobby and using those to sleep on in their rooms. It was overall very distasteful.I would definitely reconsider staying here if you can get another local hotel.

READ REVIEWS & DO NOT STAY HERE!!I had the unfortunate experience of attempting to stay at the Radisson West, Milwaukee WI. First room had someone elses socks still occupying the area, the tub was serious grimy and what looked like an old lugi between the sheet/duvet. Second room the refrigerator did not work who knows what else i would have seen if i had not stop looking then! In the 3rd room I was put into had what looked like throwup in the trash can under the can liner. As if they just put a new bag in and moved on! A dirty filmy tub does not happen with one missed or poor cleaning. This place was down right nasty. Even the sink molding was covered in old dust. The staff, although did move me through two other rooms - was rude in their interactions. I have attempted to speak with management who are apparently all unavailable for at least a week.BTW I saw a propped open fire door. Hoping they get an inspection.I was charged for the awful night at the Raddison!I'm happy to say I was able to stay across the street in a wonderful hotel I would recommend.I gave 3 stars for location as it was near mall and food options.
