Super helpful.I was on a time crunch and they got me a solution to my problem instantly and I was out the door within 5 minutes.

Been using this place for ages, not that I need extra keys often.They really need a new car key guy. My wife took a new key I got from the internet to get cut, I had removed the fob and battery from the original and new key since they cannot be cut with the battery in them. She comes back with it and the case is different and will not fit the new FOB in it. So we head back. The couple that was behind the counter was very nice, called in the car guy. He right away hits us with a major attitude problem. Says he damaged the original and grabbed a different blank and didn't say anything. Then proceeded with a 2 min diatribe and finally pulls out a cutting tool to remove the extra plastic piece in the corner and tosses it back and say that is the last he wants to here about it and that they don't guarantee car keys bought elsewhere. I understand that things are not guaranteed, he could have just been honest up front and left the attitude out. Likely to never go back even though in the past they have done house keys and others without issues.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the business. It was a very pleasant and informative visit. Plus, the store had many interesting safes and locks that caught my attention. I live about 10 miles away and I will drive that distance because of the service.

The blank that came with my new transmitter did not work once cut. However the guy working at the store took the time to try to get it to work. He was able to find a blank that fit from his stock and made me one that works perfectly. Worth the extra $10.00 Would reccomend this store based on the service.

I needed a somewhat obscure aluminum latch handle and I picked Professional simply because they were closest. John turned out to be extremely knowledgeable about the product he sold me, took the time to explain what likely went wrong with the previous one,and provided an overall experience that was top notch.

This company is SUPER! I called 8 mins. before it closed and they were willing to come to my apartment to make an unusual key at a great price! The owner spent over 12 mins.with me on the phone.The worst words that comes to mind about Professional Safe & Lock Service, Inc is, pay attention and get those digits moving!

I had recently purchased a used Lexus vehicle and was only given a single valet key. At the time, I was not aware that the valet key could not be simply duplicated at my local hardware store due to the security chip. After being told by two Lexus dealers that I would need to get a "new ECU" and that it would be "very expensive" - I searched the internet and discovered that my key could be cloned and a duplicate could be made by a qualified locksmith. I called several locksmiths in Milwaukee and was lucky that one referred me to Professional Safe and Lock. I spoke with PS&L on the phone and they were VERY professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I made an appointment for the next day and within twenty minutes I had two new duplicate keys for my car and my problem was solved for a reasonable price. Most importantly, it was very apparent that they knew what they were doing - they even took the time to explain the chip key technology to me. I would HIGHLY recommend PS&L for all your locksmith needs - they are a business that you can trust to do the job right.

Locksmith (not sure of his name ) was very professional. I was locked out of the house on a frigidly cold day. He tried many approaches to get it unlocked and was even conscientious not to track snow thru the house! I highly recommend them!!

Old school locksmith but they can make your keys and are friendly. Prefer to go to an independent location than take a big-box retailer for copies of keys
