Normally when I go here I love they service. Today I was robbed for $160.00 they did work on my vehicle that was not needed and then charged me for it. I recommend going somewhere else. I also work on cars and the rotors was good no scratch marks or nothing and only the brakes needed changing. I get its an inflation but to out right beat someone out of there money isn t right!

They were very professional with the service that I have got from them. And when I brought my car here to get it fix they worked on my car right away. And I am very satisfied with the mechanics and owner of Prime Auto Repair and I do recommend this place. And this place is very clean building and the staff here do respect other customers when they come to Prime Auto Repair. And I will always bring my car here to get it fix because the mechanics do a wonderful great job on my car. And the owner is very kind and generous towards me when I came here when the owner look at my car. And told me that I need a tie rod and wheel alignment and than I told them yes work on my car.Sincerely,Bob J

Be careful. They worked on the alignment of my Chevy Malibu. They charged me for all 4 tire alignment, but they only had the front end. After a couple weeks, the steering well was very loose and I went back to them and they wanted to charge $60.00 just to put the car back on the machine. Months later I had a flat tire because it was wearing off in the inside. Don't go there.

Very happy I am back safely on the road. I hit a curb last night and bent my drivers side control arm. The team here was fantastic and got me in and out the door in less than 2 hours! I had my front suspension and alignment done at prime auto. The price was lower then my previous quote from a different shop, and the parts are better quality. I appreciate their honesty and quality work.

I've been here a couple times and both times owner took extra care of my alignment and didn't get a scratch on my rims when replacing tires, if you got low profile tires this would be #1 place to go, very reasonable price like no other in area. For sure is my favorite place to go definitely recommend. Thank you for your business

My car was making noise and pulling to the right a lot. After i took my car to prime auto, they inspected it and showed me what I needed done in order to have my car go straight and be safe in the road.Once the repairs were done, my car went straight, and the noise is gone.I highly recommend them!

They were honest and had fair pricing. They gave their advice, and then didn t get an attitude at all when I changed my mind a couple times (ultimately going with their recommended services after talking with car repair family members). I d trust them with my car.

I was referred by Ray Tann for front end work. My car was so bad, it was unsafe to drive. I was impressed by the owner, Tim. His professionalism, superb customer service & parts with a warranty make Prime Auto "my place"! This is where you should go for honest, reliable service. Thanks Tim!11-16-23 I was back @ Prime Auto, had my car towed there after it died. It turned out to be my starter. I can't overstate how lucky the Southside is to have an Honest & Fair auto repair owner. I will always come here and recommend him to my family & friends. Had my car towed to this shop after hitting a pothole the highway. Being. A Saturday they needed to order a tire. The vehicle was promised on Monday and was completed as promised. Great Job!!

I had my Mercedes engine rebuild at Prime Auto.They rebuild it from the scratch, now I have a brand new engine and its running perfect.I would strongly advise everyone that needs a quality job to go there.

I've had oil changes done here as well as AC repairs, and both times have been great! All the mechanics are really knowledgable and nice, everything is super reasonably priced and the service is great, they're always able to fit me in and get the job done in a professional and quick manner! Highly recommend them

I had NY fuel pump replaced in early April, 2023. It didn't work right, but was under warranty. Prime Auto replaced it free of charge. The owner & his employees are ALL terrific!! Thay don't overcharge the customer. They're ALWAYS swamped with customers, which tells u that's how GOOD they are at what they do. Everybody goes to Prime Auto!! They're great!

After calling many other alignment shops, this was the only place that was able to do alignment on my lower civic. They have a flash mount rack. I am very happy with the work they did.I highly recommend this place for alignments!

Not professional at all, do not be fooled by the shop!!!If you go there to fix an alternator or whatever they will tell you there is something else to fix , just to charge you more and more! Bad service...Overpriced

I live nearby and have taken my cars a few times for repairs. a 2005 Chrysler and 2013 Town & Country for both small and large issues. I got my four tires and alignment at Prime auto.I called couple of other places and they had the best prices. They are fair and trustworthy. This was very convenient as one stop shop. I had my alignment and balance done at prime auto. My pick up truck was shaking and pulling to the side, after the repair, it was a whole lot better.I highly recommend this guys!
