Cars are plenty but the prices just keep rising. Fees upon fees when you check out. This used to be my spot to go and got several people to come. With all the fees you can get the same part elsewhere without having to take it off yourself. I now tell everyone to go to Franklin if they want a fair price on a used part.Would not recommend

This business values profit over customer satisfaction. They add 90 day warranties to every part you buy without asking you if you want a warranty. Spent $70 for a 13" rim and tire to use as a spare that came with a $15 dollar 90 day warranty that I'll never use. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

My first time being at LKQ has been a Great experience and good customer service at the front desk where you come to pay a 3$ admission, prices may be a little to high but very reasonable but I have one complaint. I recently tried to sell my car, to a young lady and at first everything seemed ok until she approached me in a inappropriate way, after I told her I was happily married and after I politely declined she started to have a nasty attitude so I decided to leave, I will never sell a car there ever again but I will be coming back to buy new parts.

in terms of a junk yard, it is big, and they have newer cars too. In terms of management and prices they are awful. Staff is really bad, and they don't go through any training or screening. Customer service is terrible. They treat me always now adays with the assumption that I'm a thief and never with respect. I hope someone from LKQ sees this and if they want, I will give further clarification, I will be happy to do that privately too. I'm not sure about the names but I think "Diamond" and the other girl need to be taught how to interact with CUSTOMERS. I used to like this place but unfortunately, I will not go there again, there are many others around!

LKQ is a very low quality parts yard. The first issue is that when you try to call a specific parts yard the number they give you just leads you to the call center. They don't know which parts are still on the vehicle or not. They tell you to just come in person but if you are located 2 hours away you absolutely need confirmation that the part is there. The other awful thing is why would you ever pay $3 just to enter a yard? That seems so crazy to me considering that they may not have the part you want. Overall, a bad company that doesn't put its customers first.

What happened to this place? $51 for a used upper control arm with a joint on it that has little life left, I have to pull myself, and I can get an aftermarket one online for $40.... yea don't go here if your looking to save money cause you won't, also ask for prices before you waste your time taking it off and the $3 to go do it lol. No thanks, wrench and go is still what a junkyard should be price wise.

I do repair a lot of my car using used parts from this junkyard, the people working there were changing a lot in the past but looks that the new management is keeping the people by rewarding them. I was there yesterday Monday, November 6, 2023 and I bought some parts and used tires. Today I found out the the parts do not match my car, so returned them but kept the tires. At the beginning the staff was confused while returning the parts, but after clarification they issued the refund.

Was great be4 now it's way to over priced and with all there extra fees that bring it up even higher in price, your better off going down the block to the other junk yard were they remove the parts for you at a cheaper price. Buying new car parts is cheaper then this place

I love the girls behind the counter Tina, Antwansia, and Hector were working today the are very knowledgeable and very nice I m always treated with respect as soon as I work in the door. Only time I ever seen a problem there is with people who steal. And if your a THEIF U DESERVE EVERYTHING U GET, When I was there today there was a customer that was swearing at the girls and giving the girls a hard time and this is not the first time I ve seen this happen to the girl either and Tina just looked at them and smiled, that smile never leaves her face and I ve seen some customers call her a few choice words and she always keeps it together..I love the girls and u dummy s it s called an environmental fee u act like they can put it on ur bill or take it off its charged to every customer no matter what

Still a decent and clean pull-it-yourself yard, but prices have skyrocketed in the last year or two. Doesn't make sense to buy used parts when they're only 10-20% less than buying new.

Bad service, too many staff people working on front desk for little service they give you! Prices are ridiculous, window regulator 75 on lkq when at advance auto is 65 brand new!!!!

I bought a battery from them for 75 bucks was told if I have any issue to bring it back and they would exchange it they neglected to mention that even though they marked their batteries and put a sticker on it what you need to have the receipt it would not be nothing for them to exchange my battery for another used one and they keep a customer happy but instead they chose not to exchange my battery so I will be going to the salvage yard next door from now on I will not return to LKQ they do not value their customers

It had been awhile since I had been here and he prices are so bad now it's more cost effective to buy new parts. It's a shame to see

The new owners are way over priced. The price online says 31 bucks they charged me 60. Other yards want way less and u don't even have to pull the parts I use to like this place but I won't be returning I'll go to Illinois

I don't mind paying the $3 to get in....I suppose it prevents a lot of people from just loitering in all the time. I had looked on their website prior to arriving to know the position of the cars I was looking for. I found the part I was looking for and removed it. Staff that checked me in and checked me out were really nice. I would definitely go there again to find a part.

Overpriced and rude employees. $63 for a 99 tahoe passenger mirror. Can buy one on Amazon for 40, and wont have to take one off myself! Online says one price and employees say another. Also, they are not too welcoming for me to even want to spend the 2-3 dollars to walk the lot. Remember you are a junk yard!

Had a very difficult time getting in touch with customer service. Listen to their recordings only to be disconnected every time. Parts listed but no price on the engine assemblys needed. I was able to speak with someone in the buy your car department. What a joke, they offered 250 for a running 2002 town n country with only 1110 miles. I work a car sales and repair business. I will no longer be using LKQ .

Upon entering there were two women, one of which proceeded to ask me questions and give instructions in a sergeant like tone, anyway on my way out her tag team partner went about charging me close to four hundred dollars for a couple taillights and some window molding that came off a thirty year old car, nice.

Staff is good on average, prices are fair. Best to just go there and take a look around. Inventory online is about 78% accurate so don't take it as gospel.Love how cheap some stuff can be, got a BMW muffler that I'll be able to flip for hundreds once it's cleaned up.Otherwise, had some great finds over the years, and my friends 3 mini trucks wouldn't be on the road without this place. Will stop here before any other lame yard that doesn't let you get you own stuff.

Don't sell them your car they are a 1/3 of what other people pay totally unreasonable, wasted all kinds of time with these people on the phone, in general this particular location is also Rude, I got screamed at for standing and looking into the yard from outside the gate "man said don't you see a stop sign". No thank you I do see a stop sign and no I will not give you 1 penny of my business

A friend of mine recommended calling LKQ to junk my car. Honestly, the reviews had me a little apprehensive BUT I trust my friend so I called them. I had a great experience. No hassles, friendly people, the tow truck driver was on time and had the cash in hand and it was the exact amount I was quoted. I could not be happier! Thank you!

I found this location on Google Maps. The first thing I noticed was that you got to pay $3 to get in. I was a bit irritated by that but shrug it off. Once I got to the yard it look like a a typical yard. I saw lots of people getting what they wanted. I actually found my part but it was already broken. Even though I couldn't get my part I went around looking at other cars as well. Overall, it's not too shabby and they have lots of vehicles to choose from. I didn't like the idea of charging people that's all. The line entering is long and checkout beware. I do recommend this location if you are undecided. Thanks for reading my review. Peace

I find it ridiculous they charge you to just walk into the yard to look for a part. It's only $3, but still ridiculous, especially when you don't even know if they have the part you want. Also, the pics on their website are not a good representation of the vehicles. I will say the employees were friendly and helpful.

Really big place, with tons of cars. Well laid out, but it's quite a walk if you need certain cars. Staff is really nice and helpful, and will print out a location list for you if you ask, which is awesome. Definitely will return for other needed parts.Just remember to snag a wheelbarrow on the way in if you need one. Not too many to go around if they're busy.

Went to the LKQ pick apart on 13th Avenue in Milwaukee. My car's brakes are on their last legs, so I was going to get some used parts, And I had brought them into the counter along with one rim. When I came in to the parts counter to pay, I asked if I could have just a little help with the other 3 rims, Or if it was possible at all for them to watch the 2 parts that I had already spent time picking in 85 heat, I was given an absolute rude answer, I understand everybody is short staff.Absolutely no reason to be jerks absolutely non, I'm a 100% disabled veteran I could have waited there all day. Is it so hard to be a decent human being?
