Paul came recommended by a trusted friend and he is the most honest car guy there is! We've had several issues with our 2 older cars and he's always been truthful and upfront when he's told us what fixes are worth the money and which ones aren't. His prices are really reasonable when he does the work and he's just a nice, good down-to-earth guy! THANK YOU!

I can always trust Paul to give an honest assessment of repairs. When service is needed, his prices are the best around. Paul knows his stuff. Paul is a great mechanic, and honest . My Dad used Paul to work on our vehicles when he lived in Milwaukee, and my uncle Greg and his wife Kelly Have used Paul's services for over 20 years! If your car needs automotive service, I highly recommend Paul's.

Paul is pretty honest about whether its worth it to fix something on my car. Another mechanic told me to fix my sway bar but Paul said it wasnt broken yet, just loud. Advised the car may not be worth repairing when it does indeed break. I appreciate his advice and helping me save money. Plus he does a nice job of fixing my car when there is something wrong.

The service here is fast and honest - everything you could ask for in a mechanic. My car was making a weird noise while braking, and I have very limited knowledge about cars; so, they could have easily taken advantage of that and told me that I needed my brakes replaced or some other expensive service. Turns out, it was just a bolt that fell out which needed to be replaced. They looked at my car within an hour of dropping it off, replaced the bolt, and I was good to go! Highly recommend!!!

This is by far the fairest and most decent shop I've been too. Paul is a good guy not out to get a quick dollar just GOOD work done on your automobile at a FAIR PRICE! Highly recommend!

5 stars is not enough!! Paul s goes above and beyond when servicing your vehicle and doesn t charge a small fortune.I took my Honda Civic in to replace a belt and a check engine light. I am new to Milwaukee and was nervous about being lied to or sold unnecessary repairs. Paul was honest and forthright. He said all I needed was a new gas cap and not to worry about replacing it unless I really wanted to. He also told me my belts were fairly new and did not need to be replaced but just tightened.This is the kind of honesty one rarely sees anymore. And he ask a fair price!

Awesome service. I would suggest all women to take your vehicle to Paul. He treats the women as if you were his wife or daughter. This is what we look for to make sure we are not being taken advantage of.

My daughter's car broke down on the road by Paul's Automotive and received the following fantastic service:-Was able to calm her down and reassure her that it will be ok-walked with her to her car on the street to give a quick look-agreed to work on the car even though its a Volkswagon and he doesn't usually work on them-was able to figure out what's wrong quickly-was able to get the part in quickly over a holiday weekend-NOT EXPENSIVE-filled up coolant for free, gave advise on what to expect over the coming years-Very nice, patient, clear communication-Hilarious signs in his officeI'd recommend him to anyone.

I haven't actually had any auto work done here (yet), but I felt compelled to write a review nonetheless. I called asking about some exhaust work on our '98 Civic. He let me know that he could do it, but it would be far cheaper for me to go somewhere else (he referred me to another shop). This guy is HONEST, which is something you don't find very often in this industry. I will definitely be looking to come here in the future.
