I wish I could give them zero stars. I went there to get my winter wheel and tire setup swapped with my all season tires that were already mounted on another set of wheels. They literally just had to take the old wheels off and put the new already mounted set on. This was in preparation for me driving across the country to the west coast the next day. I make it to Phoenix and notice that one of my lugs are missing. They didn t even torque the lugs on my wheels correctly. There were several lugs that weren t even tight. This could ve gotten me or someone else killed over the 2000 miles I drove before I noticed this. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR OR YOUR FAMILY S SAFETY!

OZONE was Great. I went to another place on 76, jus to check out the Price of Install of 4 Brand New Tires (I bought.) The Man said it Will be a 2 hr Wait and the Price if Install was Higher. I went Home, I called OZONE, the Man told me a Cheaper Price, and told me to Come On In. I was In & Out Within 20 Minutes. OZONE, is Quick & Efficient. I'd Recommend anyone to go there, OZONE!!

*DO NOT BUY USED TIRES HERE* I stopped here for two used front tires. I didn't find out until I was on the freeway and my steering wheel and front end started to shake really bad at 60 mph. This never happened before I went to this dumpster fire of a tire shop. I later found out that the tires weren't balanced properly nor were they both the same size. Go to Ray Tann at 980 W. Oklahoma Ave. Their tires cost less and you can trust that their tires and service are excellent quality!

Man I won t go anywhere else. He has very reasonable prices and he helped me out whenever I needed air for free. He s so good I wish I could leave two reviews. Highly recommended and great customer service.

My tire had a huge nut head screw in it, they fixed my tire for $20 and had me on the road within 15 minutes, all while working on two other customers. They fix your tire while you are sitting in your car.

I'm stranded on the highway now as I'm typing an hour after purchasing two used tires. One exploded on the driver's side, now the towing is 125.00 for one tire& I have to use my spare!

This place used to be A1, maybe due to the corvid it has regressed, do not know for sure... arrived no one there, after 9.ocock in morning. No schedule of hours no where on building, no nothing. Called on phone to business, no response, tried calling three times total, no nothing. Left. Went back hour later, nothing, gave up .. so I would give two stars, from where it was 5 before....

Good, hard working people providing fast service and very reasonable prices. I am glad we have this shop in the neighborhood. They fixed my tire right away and did not charge an arm and a leg. I recommend them.

Quality used tired for a reasonable price. The service was quick fast and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. There is a $2 fee per tire that you have them keep.

I love this tire shop i would drive on a flat tire to get to them what everyone else said they couldnt do to fix my tire he did i trust this shop with all my cars they professional and ill refer them to anybody definitely 5 stars they get me together every time!!!!!!!

I go to this place for tire's, and if not plugs for tire's. Plugs are only $10.00 and pretty good to new tires are only ,$40.00, and they are very fast in service..

Sold me a used tire with a plug in it...and it had a hole in the side wall.....gave me my money back with no problem
