Price is fair if u can't get it new,like car battery or tires. Just have a few minutes to wait if u got people ahead of you. But yeah they ok....

I took my golf cart rims and tires to, one stop today to have the tires changed out The owner told me he can do it and he will give me a call when they are done. no one called me so I showed up and my rims had scratches and deep gouges wanted to speak to the owner, but he was not there, now mine you the owner did this!! The young man working there was very nice. The young lady working behind the counter was very nice, but the owner severely damaged my golf cart rims and disappeared, this is what I get trying to support a black owned business never again

Stole the iron outta our tire, n also won't abide by their customer policy when I got a flat immediatelyThese were separate incidents and not the only time I've had a bad experience here either

Arrived at 6pm, supposedly close at 7pm the guy told me $50 for an tire than an extra $50 because they ve been backed up all day.

Terrible service. I would give a zero stars if I could but the younger gentleman finally came and helped me with my changing my tire. This is after I have already called and made an appointment. I felt as if. Why make an appointment if no one came and assist you. It took me walking out of the building for someone to mention changing my one tire.

Sold me a bad tire i got fixed right before they closed i live right around the corner LITERALLY! I drove home and never left the house again just for me to go outside the next day to a flat tire again i took it back they told me i have a nail in my tire and they would patch it up and now the following day im stuck on the side of the road with yet another flat tire. I feel like this shop is a scam and will sell you a bad tire and then blame you for damaging it yourself. I literally wouldn t buy a tire for my scooter from them again seriously.

So I've been waiting here for nearly 2 hours and I've seen one car come out of the garage. Now they say they're changing a tire. If they're changing a tire it has taken them 2 hours to do one. They are rude. They don't seem to communicate anything. They leave you sit in your car with no indication as to what's going on and people just pull up in front of you and I don't know if those people were actually getting service or if like me they were just being treated like an inconvenience. The lady on the phone was nice though. Don't go here. They have young kids changing tires and they clearly don't know what they're doing.

Rude, unprofessional, it doesn t matter if you were waiting first, if they know the person pulling up behind you, they ll ignore you to service them. People smoking weed right outside the business. I recommend any used tire place beside this one. You wait at least an hour for this type of service here but elsewhere you re in and out.

The worst customer service in the city of Milwaukee so many miscommunication also very very very rude!!!! I ll never go there again and don t recommend their services at all!!!The woman on the phone seem nice until you actually meet her, ghetto, unprofessional and undereducated! They post say they close at 4pm but if you there at 3pm, they closed!! A bunch of children running a business that it s not!!!

Awful never go here!!!!!!If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a dry rotted tire and messed up putting in on the rim. I had this thing less than 3 weeks barely drive the car and have to keep putting air in in and now I get in the car and the tire blows out from the bead where it meets with the rim. Taking it back they tell me they can't get it to hold air after taking it off the rim so I go to another tire shop and they bring to my attention that the rubber on the bead was sliced from the metal bands inside. Asking how this happens I was told that happens only when someone messes up putting it on the rim. Contacted one stop and tried to warranty out the tire within the 30 day warranty and they told me cuz it was a blowout they weren't going to honer the warranty for something they caused. Worst tire shop around!!!!!!!!

Don't ever go to this place ever reporting them through the better Business bureau on top of them being no good rotten thieves, that going through your vehicles when they're working on it. I had a brand new air compressor in my car and they went right through my vehicle the second I turned my back and stole a brand new air compressor immediately and then pretended like everything was completely fine and that gave me great deal when really I paid double then what I should have for a simple tire change don't ever go to these thieves ever again they're robbing piece of s*** people. I even bought them.food and drinks for being grateful for the quick work. Well they were only quick because they needed me out of there before I saw what they stole from my vehicle. The officers and BBB will be aware of the situation. I will also post more on neighbor websites and plaster it.on fb

I waited on a Saturday for a plug, was told 30 mi uses wait. Three customer's in front of me and almost 4 hours later they replaced my good tread tire with a used tire without my permission!! The used tire barely had tread, almost bald!! I purchased my tires from Pep boys on 10/2021!!! I called the Shop because my sensor told me to check tire pressure and I proceeded to get off and check that tire that was supposedly pluggef??? Guess what it was a used tire!! I informed the you g lady that I wanted my tire back since it was warranty u Der pep boys and I was told to go back the following day ! I arrived today, Su day and ow er said he didn't have time to give me back the tire because he was working on other cars and to return at 4pm when the shop closes! Wow, waited for almost 4 hours the previous day, was told to go back today and once I arrive I am being told to return at closing time foe my tire???

Monday July 10. 2023 . I had a slow leak, my front driver side tire was fixed for 20.00 and must have been inflated to much and just popped ! Now on the rim and I m waiting for AAA

I wanted give give them more stars, but... I was there 2 hours and 10 minutes before I could pull in. When i pulled up an employee told me there were 2 cars ahead of me. Within 10 minutes both those cars left. They took 6 cars that got there after me. I was upset but what and how could I get one of the 6 various workers to acknowledge me. Two of the employees just quipped that the others were ahead of me in line. I still was patient and it was worth it, they diagnosed my tire issue and did not charge me but remounted the tire on the rim. I hope they get better organized because I saw 7 cars wait a short time and eventually leave with no service from.them. One of the vehicles that left was a pickup truck with a plow blade on front that had his front tire off the rim. He waited about a half an hour and then slowly pulled away with the tire off the rim flopping off - Yikes! Maybe they need a better check-in service and a number assigned to them to keep it fair and hopefully keep the wait time down? And not lose customers!

Quick service and cheap prices for a tire change...they have used tires for a low price and even new tires which aren't expensive...this is my 3rd year having them change my tire.

Called every tire shop no one had the tire I needed I called One Stop Tire they had it in stock and they were closed and the manager still took care of me fair prices nice staff and not just a tire shop they have a wide variety of things to buy from batteries to sunglasses candy and socks and much more this Business has definitely one my service. Awesome staff Also one last comment for those who are let s say scared of the opposite color I m a 42 year old white woman and I felt very welcomed and at home in this tire shop

This was my second time purchasing tires from them first were gd used and I still have them on my other car as we speak no issue. I purchased a couple front tires in March pull out got half way down the rode and the front end was out of wack. Got home to look at tires and they are bald $80.00 for 2 bald tires and bead is broke in tires. I should have jus rode the original tires until I could find a honest & inspected tire shop. They jus sell junk tires probably from someone who upgraded to new ones. Female worker told me you should of just purchased some new ones. 100.00 each now do you think if I had the money I would of done that...... And it wouldn't been with them. Just rude... If anything she should of said sorry Abt that and let us find you some decent ones. I returned 3xs and called left my number so if my size tire came in they could call me to change them out. No call and when I went up there the 2 tires they did have we're worst then the ones I received from them weeks ago. No refund nor tires I had to take a loss. $80.00 down the drain. Beware!!!!!!!!!!! find someone else to get your tires from. Save the headache. Place is a hit or miss keep it moving ya'll.

Awesome selection of penny candy!!! They have Grandma chews of all flavors separately. 40 chews for only $1. If you don't stop in here you would never know they had all the different things inside here. Great friendly service all around here from the guys who handle the tires and batteries to the kids working the front shop for the summer. Wes the owner is a great honest guy himself!

I called for two tires I get my car towed there it says they only have one. I had to go back and forth with the entire shop almost just to get my other tire and they damaged my sensor and says it froze up smh keep your car away from them unless you got a old car from the 90s

I'm pleased with service overall but the owner and employees should remember they are running a business. There were too many friends hanging around. I had my young daughter with me and it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. There also is a terrible smell, almost like a backed up sewer.

This tire place beats mr p. They always have my tire size and their new tires are better than used though. I recommend just getting new tires when getting a tire. Just need a better way of taking customers because it be a lot going on with checking in through a garage and backing out and drive in. Overall this place never let me down! And they have some good candy! Lol

Going there mostly for used tires and batteries for automotive. always have what I need fast service and very good prices. Not to mention most days they're open till 9 at night which most Tire Battery places are not. I would highly recommend to others.

I bought two used tires for the front of my car. My car started driving weird afterwards. I call and told them that they didn't balance my tires. The lady said I have to ask for that service, which they don't provide. I've bought used tires before from Mr.P's tires and TNT and my tires were balanced. I thought it was a nice place to go, I love to support black businesses but with this experience, I will not go back. Information like that should be given prior to service...... Very unhappy!!

Well we needed a used tire on a Sunday and we gave them a try. A Lot Of Young people milling around ,for the candy and snacks. Everyone seem to be doing their jobs. Give credit to one young man he came from the back too make sure we were getting our tire replaced thank to all. My first visit ,if I need a used tire i will visit again.
