Awesome mechanic! Always makes me feel comfortable paying by explaining exactly what he did. Always impressed with pricing as well! Have recommended him to my family and they go to him now! I will continue to recommend him.

Mike did excellent work on my S2000 as part of post crash rebuild. He also coordinated with the body shop and helped save my favorite car from being taken for parts. I m very picky about who I let work on my car and typically avoid mechanics/dealerships as I m a young adult with a slightly modified BMW. With that being said, I consider myself very lucky to have found Oberghaus Automotive. Mike is a very experienced, professional, and HONEST mechanic who I d trust with any project for my car. I d highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have high quality work done to their vehicle at a fair price. I've been driving imports for 46 years so I've had many auto repair experiences, and my recent experience with taking my daughters Mercedes to Mike Oberg (weird that we almost have the same name) and his assistant rank as 'fantastic'. I trust them completely to be fair and honest, and I've heard the same thing about Oberghaus from others. They REALLY know cars, and are intelligent guys/master mechanics. They have tons of experience and training behind them, and they are nice guys too. I highly recommend them. Thank you Oberghaus!

Three mechanics, former soccer teammates, who had worked at Concours Motors along side Mike Oberg, recommended him to me. They said he was very competent, but above all, extremely honest. This means everything to me, as I know nothing about cars. The first time I went to Mike I needed a new catalytic converter for my Sienna mini van. I had received bids from 2 major dealerships that were similar. I couldn't afford to have the work done. Mike went out of his way to find a practically new converter from a salvage yard. This saved me approximately $800. He is very accommodating as well. He fixed a flat (plugged a nail hole) on the spot, and charged so little that I paid more than he asked. He has filled my tires several times (free), takes the time to check suspicious noises (on the car) when I hear them, and explains all repairs very thoroughly. I could not imagine being in better hands. Thank you Mike.

Quick diagnosis, great service, great mechanic! Mike Oberg is a professional, trustworthy and fair-minded mechanic who cares about his customers and their vehicles. Do not hesitate t make an appointment and you will have a mechanic for life.

I would use this shop with caution. I'm not saying they are all bad because they seem to stay busy so they must be doing something right, but I would advise not going here unless you know for sure what their strengths are. To make a long story short I ended up getting work done and then having to return multiple times because it was'nt taken care of properly. Each time I went back there was something additional that needed to be done. I ended up having to take the car into the dealership to get the problem fixed, where I had to pay a second time for the same problem, both times totaling over $500. The worst part is because the problem was not fixed properly, another major part of my car malfunctioned and I had to replace that part as well. In all, this place ended up costing me an extra $1100. I will say that I dont think he was purposefully trying to lie and scam me. I think he either honestly didnt actually know what the problem was even though he said he did, or he is taking on too much work and not taking the time to properly do repairs. Either was it is not worth the risk. Also a very annoying note is you need an appointment to get in here, but you have to drive there in person because he never answers the phone and does not return messages. :-(

Great guy, excellent mechanic I trust his work I appreciate that he is thorough in explaining repairs he has done I have no idea what he's talking about but he doesn't mind breaking it down so I understand.
