I wish I had taken my Mini here first instead of to my local mechanic. These guys really know their vehicles. They were able to quickly identify various issues which they shared in an understandable way online. The service managers went the extra mile to ensure that things were done right. This is the cleanest, nicest and fastest shop I have ever been to. It has been my go to place ever since going somewhere else and having issues. The communication is amazing. They send you updates and are very descriptive and take the time to explain things and even provide pictures. They time and time again have been saviors. Highly suggest going here!

Average at best. Car was there all day for an uncomplicated oil change and tire rotation. They did offer a loaner. They could not estimate time when work would be finished even though car was already on the rack and it was well into the afternoon. And when it was done, they forgot to reset the warning system, necessitating another visit. They are also great about telling you what services you didn t opt for, except their list is highly inaccurate, including duplication, work already done, and work not recommended by the manufacturer.

O'Reilly motor cars made me feel safe and sound extremely trustworthy company and positive people who obviously love cars and servicing the community of foreign car riders. I knew I could trust them and my instincts were correct they gave me a very detailed diagnostic of my vehicle and I understood the details they followed up and asked if there were questions that I had I found the prices to be fair in the diagnostic to be extremely accurate and conveniently thorough I now have my 2003 Mercedes Benz c320 and my hair is blowing in the breeze I feel comfortable safe and I definitely feel the value of my money every dollar was well spent on the reliability I now have with my vehicle thank you very much to the gentleman at O'Reilly motor cars.

Update -After my initial review, the owner reached out to me directly. They took responsibility and acknowledged the situation, which was very considerate. It s clear that they are taking steps to address such incidents and improve their customer service. I will go back to them for my next service -Initially, my experience with O Reilly Motors Cars seemed promising. Their communication, spearheaded by Steven, was impeccable. I entrusted them with brake work on my GLS 450, and their breakdown of the work and costs was transparent and satisfactory. They even provided a loaner car, which was appreciated.However, my positive experience took a nosedive upon picking up my car. Despite paying upfront and providing positive feedback, I encountered a significant issue. My car had a strong perfume smell, and I discovered that a glass perfume bottle I had placed in my car had broken while it was in their care. What was more concerning was Steven s nonchalant response to this mishap.The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude toward the damage and cleanliness of my car was disappointing. Rather than offering a resolution or showing concern, Steven s response was indifferent and unsatisfactory. His attitude towards addressing the issue was unprofessional and lacking in customer care.While their process and communication were commendable, their handling of this incident reflects poorly on their customer service and care for customers belongings. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider future engagements with O Reilly Motors Cars. I hope this review encourages a shift in attitude and a higher level of customer care in the future

Brought my Tesla in for new snow tires, and was thrilled with the service, the friendly people and the reasonable prices. Really happy to have a new service provider because I ve been looking for one for a while. Highly recommended.

From appointment scheduling, to a comprehensive breakdown with evidence of all findings, to even the dialogue over checkout O Reilly Motor Cars checked off every box for me from a customer experience and quality of work perspective. As far as I m concerned O Reilly will be my go to repair shop for all my German car needs!

Honest amd competent mechanics, always willing to listen and fully understand the mechanical issues I am experiencing. I made comment about having noticed excessive brake dust months after a front brake pad replacement and the service desk did a replacement with a different brand at absolutely zero cost to me. To find a competent service company, willing to drop ego, and resolve customer issues is well worth the hourly rate.

The cleanliness of the shop when I first arrived impressed me. The friendliness and professional staff was impressive as well. They informed me every step of the way and gave a nice loaner vehicle while the work was being done. I have been taking my car to the BMW dealer since I bought it, but I received a flier in the mail for O'Reilly Motors and decided to give them a try.I had been quoted some work by my dealership, and O'Reilly was 30-40% less on almost everything! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and inclusive, and I have been happy with the repairs they made on the vehicle.Recently, I got a screw in my tire, and they got me in and repaired it within a day. Very nice folks and got me in quickly. Great online portal to get a quote and approve or deny services. Did not have service done. Their quote was roughly $1000 - $1500 more than the dealership (over double the price) for all the same services.

Always polite and professional, and quality work that s second to none. I was pleased with the job done and the commitment to communication provided by the staff. I was disappointed that I didn t receive the free carwash on my recent visit. All in all a great shop I trust and recommend.

O'Reilly's checked my new used car with a fine toothed comb - told me what wss needed. Prices a bit above comparable shops, but they had work done when I came.My car wasn't washed & that was disappointing as they usually perform that task.The loaner car is a good trade off for.the.more expensive prices.

I would like to put a big thank you out to rally motors for making an appointment for me to come in and get my car reject due to another mechamistake.Look, and they had no issues on helping me and getting me an appointment. However, it might have taken 2 weeks, but. It was nice that they are trying to get me in. Because they're the only ones trying to help right now

I really can t help but appreciate how nice, open arms and very informative the people were, very explanatory and literally did a WHOLE INSPECTION on my car where as I knew what was good and bad after the inspection, and everything was good just a few mins things that needed to be worked on on my car but other then that I had amazing experience with O Reilly Motor Cars they also offered water and coffee aswell in case if I ever needed anything, definitely will be coming back, thanks again O Reilly Motor Cars!!!!

Hands down the best prompt and most professional shop I ve ever dealt with. Texting me while I m at work letting me know the status of my car, what s better ?! Loaner car was ready for me prompt of drop off in the morning. Nathan was such a big help, most honest genuine person I ve ever dealt with. They will not let you leave without answers, honest answers ! This is how any shop/ dealership should be ran. Nathan thanks again for the big help and answers ! The guys that work here are so helpful, thoughtful, personable, and knowledgeable. They made the entire process as smooth as possible. The extra attention to customer service was as unmatched as the thoroughness to which they inspected my vehicle for any additional issues that other repair shops missed entirely. Mike and the team were great to work with. I brought in my daughter's 2005 Subaru for a second opinion on needing to replace the head gaskets. They came back and gave a quote on the work but more than my daughter could afford. The tech actually said if it was his daughter's car he'd just recommend driving it as the oil leak was so minor and not worry about getting it repaired at this time. I definitely appreciated their honesty and will be bringing my car to them without a doubt, and recommend them to anyone for repairs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection

For the moment I called to schedule a time to bring my car in for diagnostics to the day I picked it up, Mike Olson to be at ease immediately and state in contact with me through the entire process. It was a great experience. I wasn't happy with the cost of the repair (maybe I should own a Land Rover) however I will continue to bring my car back for all of my repairs. The guys are INCREDIBLE! We like supporting our local owned business. These machanics are honest and do quality work far less then the BMW dealership. They give you a list of suggested work that needs to be done with the price and you decide what you want done. And you give them enough notice in scheduling, they will give you a loaner.

I ve always received excellent service at O Reilly Motor Cars. They communicate well and don t try to upsell more than is required. I very much prefer O Reilly service for my Audi (past and present) over the local Audi dealership.
