I'm just a guy who swaps out bulbs, filters, wiper blades, and car batteries. But what I need is always in stock. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always wants to help. I'm in and out. Store is clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

Absolute trash and embarrassment to the O Reillys name. 7 hours to fulfill an online order of 5 items that 3 of you can see from the counter all while employees are standing around joking while one hangs out in a yellow jeep outside blasting extremely vulgar music. I ve been all over the country to quite a few O Reillys. This was the worst experience. What was supposed to be a day of simple automotive maintenance turned in to a ruined weekend. Will not be returning to O Reillys.

Went to auto zone and they said they couldn t replace my battery because of corrosion. Geo fixed it in minutes, and my car doesn t stutter anymore. 10/10 recommend coming here instead!

I love this place. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and it is my go-to auto parts store. From buying spare fuses to getting a new lightbulb to buying power steering fluid, these folks know how to direct me so I always buy what I need! 10/10, I m a dedicated O Reilly s customer!

They're were attentive and hospitable when costumers came in. Honest and helpful and knowledgeable about my car problem. I learned a lot from them. They know what they're doing.

Great place to get auto parts including new car batteries. Bring your old one in when purchasing a new one for 10 dollars back. They will be able to quickly identify which battery your car needs. I have heard they do battery installs on cars too, not sure if this location does that.

Went here to get a battery checked and the staff was friendly and helpful, and even had some good battery maintenance tips to share. I'll be back!Update: As it turns out, I had to go back with my other car later for a new battery. It was completely dead after a fender bender and possibly the alternator too. Even though they were short staffed and really didn't have the time, Geo helped me put in the new battery. Even though he's a little new there, he hung in there and got it done, and I really appreciated it. Thanks Geo!!!

I went to AutoZone first right next door, and the lady just seemed sooo annoyed to help me. And made me feel like a bother. So I went next door to O Reilly s on 5/23/23, and this sweet lady (with a name I can t remember but it started with Q.) Answered ALL my questions with the best smile on her face! I appreciate you so much! Thank you!!!

This store gives us the wrong parts half the time, a couple workers are helpful, the others are not helpful at all, they're on their phones and act like we're annoying them, there is plenty of free parking in the lot tho

We call this location more often than not for price quotes on parts. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful! We purchase so often from O'Reilly's that we went into the store to open a business account today. The application process is quick and easy, the store manager even helped do it right there at the counter! Thank you to all the fantastic staff at O'Reilly's on N. Capitol, keep up the great work!!

If I could I would rate this place 0 stars! Me and my boyfriend went in to get some stuff for a car light that wouldn t work, him not knowing how to speak English properly he asked one of the employee there if he spoke Spanish which he rudely answered back nope he later than asked another employee if he could come out and check the truck out to see if he had the right one and he rudely said no to go and take a picture, my boyfriend then said that he would just return the item if it wasn t the right one which he was told that he couldn t do that there. And on top of that he bought the wrong things even after asking both employees for help. Disgusting place disgusting employees definitely will never recommend this clown show to anyone! This was on 11/21/22.

They really helped me find what I needed and ask questions to see if I needed anything else.They were very very helpful and enthusiastic about giving me customer service. One of the workers even came out and installed what I bought into my car so that I could do it correctly.It was a great experience with such helpful employees! Thank you O'Reilly's you guys are fantastic!

Steve at the commercial desk runs the entire store practically.hes insanly knowledgeable and always always finds what I need and hes never skipped a beat as far as helping me with my business and my parts needs. Most of the other employees dont get paid enough or have enough help from managent around for them to care what happens what so ever. Commercial desk is good but I often see most customers struggle with common questions they ask employees. Customer service has been lost in the corporate brand.

Went to this store last week and was helped by an employee name Tiffany, she was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, gave me the solution to my problem and even came out to put my plate covers on my car for me & checked my fluids!! It s good to see women working in this field, because it makes other women feel more comfortable in coming inside these part stores! This will be the store I ALWAYS go too! 10 STARS ... I ll be contacting corporate as well THANKS

I have gone to this store on 222 East Capital Dr for a couple years. Whoever is hiring the staff should be commended. Every time I go in I get such great customer service. I have been served with kindness, patience and knowledgeable assistance. The staff always makes my experience in the store enjoyable.

My husband and I were headed home to North of gb when our water pump blew!! We ended up walking a few blocks to here. The guys behind the counter where every nice and informative. Made the stressful situation easier to deal with. The tools and part we bought were perfect!

I've been here a few times and the experience is always the same. Just now I went in for new wiper blades and there were 5ish employees discussing personal stuff behind the counter, I asked the same question 3 times before the guy ringing me up finally acknowledged it/answered me. I had to go back because the packs they sold me were missing pieces and that time a helpful employee swapped them out for me.Basically it's a store that sells the stuff you need for your car but don't expect any courtesy or help from the staff.EDIT 1 YEAR LATER: I'm changing this to a 1 star review because it turns out the wiper blades they swapped out were the wrong size for my car which helps explain why they were so terrible despite being new.

Do not call this location and ask for parts. I literally witnessed the employee answer the phone and tell the caller to hold while they find the part. Then the employee stood by the phone and complained that they were not about to look for a part and "why does everyone gotta come to this store." Then got back on the phone after not looking for the part and telling the customer they didn't have it.Also if you happen to go to this store Kayto is amazing and provides THE BEST customer service I have experienced any where in this city! What an asset to this company!

Justin was very prompt in getting the asst manager Myron who really went above and beyond with his customer service & tightened my battery in the snow so me and my baby didn't keep getting stuck. But Justin & especially Myron were amazing and went above and beyond exellent customer service. I called customer service as well hope they receive the recognition they deserve for OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE

Helpful staff. Always a quick in and out for whatever I need... Even when I'm not exactly sure what I need. Manager at this location is a very nice young man. I can also order online and pickup in store which makes things super easy. Get an O'REILLY Green card. Save yourself 5 or 10 bucks here and there. It adds up!

My first time ever receiving service from this location and when I say from the phone call for price inquiry for one bulb to coming in purchasing two head light bulbs for my Nissan he even installed the bulbs for me which he didn t have to and I will say they can have my business anytime.Thanks a lot Juan I appreciate your help

Elijah helped me test my battery, alternator & starter.. and then removed my dead battery and replaced it with a new one. I was on my way in a half hour! He was kind and professional and did a great job.

Well..... As a Auto Parts Store it is surprisingly well stocked and clean....Some of the employees are very knowledgeable, as if they had some educational or automotive experience...... other employees are just checkers, but they are courteous and if they dont have an answer to the questions I ask, they will get the answer from another employee who knows. I have been purchasing automotive components there for 20 years, even before it was an O'Reillys. The work crew who are presently employed at this particular location are AWESOME.!!! .

Wasn't sure if I needed new battery or alternator, but I went here today, ps. Happems to be my bday with broke down car....this man Myron was very helpful. I didn't purchase anything yet but I will in future. He went above and beyond what he really needed to. Thank you sir.

The staff never seems willing to help anyone in the store. The come off as very unfriendly. One time when I was trying to check out the guy was just sitting at the counter looking at his phone and didn't even bother to look up and help me. I've been here twice and the experience was the same both times.

Patrick was awesome. He helped out a lot and really demonstrated that he had a breadth knowledge regarding auto parts, amongst many other topics I am sure.I came in on a busy day to get a new car battery. What I needed was the last in stock, but the store had many available for other (domestic) vehicles.Sadly, as Wisconsin weather is so, many of my friends and colleagues seek auto parts/service quite frequently. The upside is that this location exists and can provide excellent service.
