Awesome Bodyshop. Recently had an accident and State Farm was a nightmare to deal with. North Shore Collision fought for me every step of the way to make sure repairs were done correctly. They did a great job with the repairs and care was definitely put into their work. Everyone I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

I took my vehicle to North Shore because of review s I read that gave them an excellent rating.The review s were correct North Shore was outstanding they took care of everything the repairs and dealing with the insurance company of the driver that damaged my vehicle.I would like to give a special thanks to Adam who was the representive of North shore that I dealt with and the rest of the staff I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their vehicle repair needs.

Really fantastic service and helpful staff. Always took the time to any answer questions I had. Honestly, the best automotive repair experience I ve had. Reminded me of going to the Doctor s office and my car was their patient.

This time I was a returning customer. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at north shore. From the front desk to those is back, each section of the repair process is taken care of professionally and done well. Whenever I need work done I know where I ll go.

Quality: NSC did a fantastic job installing, fixing and painting my new side mirror that was damaged.Service: They were timely, transparent and everything ran exactly according to schedule. The front desk manager Adam is top tier when it comes to good customer service.Affordability: The quote provided was very reasonable and they even detailed the car for me as a bonus. I was uncertain which labels to select as this stellar team COMPLETELY disassembled and reassembled my sons truck. The service was impeccable. The group went above and beyond to ensure that the truck was returned to its original shiny state and we couldn t be more thrilled with the results. Best service I have ever had!!! They turned a terrible situation in to a memorable one. Max and Tony saved the day and the shop did an incredible job on the body work. Not only that, they went above and beyond, they detailed the entire car head-to-toe inside and out. My family and I have been doing business here for more than a decade. Always satisfied with work performed.I once overheard a commercial advertising this new company will pay up to $500 of your deductible. I d just had a minor accident and thought if I take my vehicle to this different repair shop instead of North Shore, where I normally do business, I can save on the deductible.It definitely wasn t worth taking my vehicle elsewhere to save money. Twice it wasn t ready for pick up as promised. I believe purposefully had me pick vehicle up at dark so that I would not notice unacceptable outcome. The service was worse than the savings. Vehicle wasn t properly serviced, nor properly painted. Tender Car refused to rectify the incompetence of their work. I wouldn t have experienced this with North Shore.Lesson definitely learned.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

Adam was extremely professional and explained what I needed to do to get my car fixed by a person who hit me. I felt so relieved talking with him about what I needed to do to my car fixed. I highly recommend for your car s well being. Extremely polite and helpful personnel throughout.

There isn t another body shop I would go to! When it felt like nobody was fighting on my behalf with insurance, they made sure I was taken care of. Adam in the office provided top-notch customer service and kept me informed the entire process. The thorough detailing of my car upon completion left me totally impressed. North Shore is a very professional business.They are very thorough and accommodating.The staff is very friendly and efficient in organizing your repairs. This team did an amazing job in helping to repair the front bumper on our SUV. From start to finish they did a great job. Initially, we met with the team to understand the cost and then set up the repair appointment. The team was very open and transparent with costs and what would be done. In the end, we could not have been more pleased with how well they did and found the price to be very reasonable for the work completed.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had a fabulous experience with North Shore Collision and the service they did to my vehicle. I felt informed and comfortable with all the work they did to my car. They also vacuumed and detailed the interior of my car too! Front desk services and communication is very good. We were kept informed. The customer experience in the front office is great. Repair was also amazing. NSC looked beyond what was damaged to identify if there are any interior parts that was compromised/damaged. Upon delivery, the car was cleaned and returned in better condition. Kudos to everyone at NSC and I highly recommend this business.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Replacement of stolen catalytic converter - The people at NSC were great. They offered a temporary solution after finding out the repair parts were on a long backorder. They worked with the insurance company to temporarily get my car operational until the parts became available. Then when the parts came in, they finished the work. I was so happy, both repair visits were completed with minimal downtime. The both Max and Adam were exceptionally courteous and professional. Thanks for making a stressful situation much less stressful.

I have been using North Shore Collision for years now. They get my truck perfect every time. North Shore Collision surpass my expectations with their care, compassion, expertise, professionalism and SUPERIOR work. I was always able to drop my truck off and grab a rental hassle-free! They fixed my vehicle quickly and even washed it! Max and his team had my truck shining like it was freshly purchased off of the dealership lot. I will continue to utilize North Shore Collision and encourage my family and friends to do so as well. My vehicle was towed to the facility. My vehicle was totalled out. My vehicle was taken apart almost same day so it wasnt able to be towed back on the street which left me no choice but to leave my vehicle at the facility. I was charged $800 out of the settlement of my vehicle based on the fees allowed to be paid.I attempted to work out something with the facility but no one returned my calls.Previous to this I used the facility with no major issues.

Overall Experience: Max and his team know what customer service means because he takes his time to understand the people that walk through his door.First Day Impressions: I pulled up to North Shore Collision and Max, the owner of the business, walks up to my car and set expectations with how the next couple weeks will look. His team, within 15 minutes, jacked the car up and gave me an initial assessment of the potential extent of the damage. Adam, at the front desk, crushed it with communication, processed my information quickly, and spoke to me with empathy. I had gone to another shop before committing to North Shore Collision, and the experience felt like buying a car at a dealership, managers hiding in offices, not seeking to understand what I am going through.Just a question to ask yourself, when you/your car is in an accident, where would you want to go? A place that lacks emotion and understanding? Or, a business that shows that they care and understand what you are going through?I prefer the later.

I was referred to by a family friend to go to NSC to get my front and back bumper fixed. She talked very highly of this place. The ladies that worked there were very friendly and welcoming. NSC did a great job fixing my car and getting my insurance company to cover majority of the cost. The only issue I had with them, was the lack of communication when it came to updating me on my vehicle s progress. I gave them my car mid September and didn t receive it until end of November. During those couple of months I received no call, text or email about my car s progress. I had to reach out to them regarding the progress. When I did call, I spoke with a male and he was very short with me on what was going on with my vehicle. His tone with me was irritable. Also, I was given the run around on when my car would be completed. That was concerning to me, because Milwaukee is big on auto theft and break-ins. So I started to become really concerned about my car. That was my only issue with this place. I think if I was given a time line or some sort of communication , I would have given this place a 5 star.

I recommend this place, they go out of their way and go above and beyond with exceptional service. Great service always starts with great professional employees which trickles down to the service provided. Highly recommend North Shore Collision for body work. I got what I expected, which was a perfect repair job -- but I also got something I didn't expect, which was empathy for my situation. Like many vehicles, parts needed for my vehicle were delayed / back-ordered. Max understood the dilemma of being without transportation so worked with me to keep me in my vehicle for as long as possible and then helped me out with a loaner while repairs were being done. The other body shops I had contacted would not do this. Thank you Max and NSC crew!Service: Body & Trim
