A+++++ HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Called around for multiple quotes, This place immediately was friendly from initial call to leaving the appointment. They treat you like family. Loved the environment and everyone I encountered was this same friendly demeanor. Danny helped with my installation and He was by far amazing!! Friendly, funny and knowledgeable and even went the length to explain certain things that he didn't need to, greatly appreciated. Just don't call here more than once when your cars been vandalized and your searching for the best price and option to get window fixed. Because theyll talk to you like your stupid. Found a place hundred dollars cheaper and great service. Even vacuumed the broken glass, helped me when I was already hurting, understood why I didn't want confrontation. Good people skills

I woke up last Saturday to a terrible surprise: my rear passenger car window got smashed. Brought my car over to Glass Inc through a friend's recommendation and they didn't disappoint: service was amazing, super fast (I barely got the chance to finish my lunch in a nearby restaurant before it was ready) and the staff was extremely friendly. 10/10 and I'll recommend to anyone who needs this kind of service.Services: Auto side window replacement, Glass installation, Window repair

I had a cracked windshield for my Jeep GC and I was referred to two other places that could not find the part and estimated a few months on back order. I found Glass Pro/Nextech through a quick Google search and they were able to locate the windshield I needed - first big win. I brought my car in a few days later and they had in fixed in a few hours, everything was seamless. The last comment I'll make is about the people I interacted with - every single one of them were friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Please give this place a try next time you find yourself needing some glass work done.

This is the second time within the last five years we had a windshield for our vehicle replaced by Glass Pro Inc. Rob and his crew do a really great job when it comes to installing amazing quality windshields, at a really fast rate, with great prices. They are also very friendly and welcoming to customers that come to their shop. Thank you Glass Pro Inc!

I give this company five stars. The representative was very knowledgeable and explained to me the process. Today I got my windshield fixed on my Mercedes-Benz and it was the cheapest in town. Thank you guys for expeditiously fixing my window great job. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently had the pleasure of using Glass Pro Inc for my 2020 Hyundai Sonata and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team at the shop was professional, friendly, and efficient.The process was seamless from start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get in the next day. They also provided me with an accurate quote for the repair over the phone. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner and the quality of the repair was excellent.I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and the care that the team took with my vehicle. I highly recommend Glass Pro Inc! Rob came to my home the same day I called the office, to give me an estimate (fantastic price) for a replacement window in my living room. He was very professional, respectful, and thorough. Our window was just installed, and the installers were very professional, efficient, and friendly. My car was parked in my alley and someone smashed the passenger side window attempting to take god knows what. I called and made an appointment with Glass Pro Inc. and I have to say I am glad I did. As much as it sucked getting my window smashed, it was great to know there is a place that is able to do it quickly. Employees were nice and respectful. Made the overall experience good for what it was. Wouldn t mind if my window got smashed again, I know where I ll be getting it fixed!!!Service: Auto side window replacement

Outstanding service! My passenger side window was shattered and they were able to get me in for a replacement same day - in a snow storm. I was in and out in under an hour and the friendly, knowledgeable staff made the experience painless. I called and asked about a window after hearing about this from a associate. I called and Tina was very helpful and even complement me on how I made this process easy for her. Also I they made me feel like family, I can't count on one hand how many places had good customer service and welcoming. Also I called an hour before my appointment to drop it off early and it came out early. When Tina called she told me to take my time since I was out shopping. Excellent experience! Our windshield cracked and we received multiple estimates, and Glass Pro beat out the price by far AND had the best customer service when we called. The lady who gave the estimate was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest about the price. When I arrived to have the windshield replaced I received a friendly welcome, they started the work right away, their estimate of time was spot on, they gave me updates as I waited in their nice waiting area, and overall provided an excellent experience. I am so glad I found this place! After a long drive home from Minneapolis yesterday, something hit my windshield and I had a huge crack. I was worried that I wouldn t be able to get it fixed in time to drive back and worry about it worsening, but Glass Pro Inc. was able to get me in the same day I called. They were so efficient and had my car done in less than 2 hours. They were even able to transfer the stickers I had on my windshield and the price was fair. I was referred to Glass Pro by a family friend who has a lot of knowledge in the auto industry. He hit this referral out of the park. Glass Pro staff were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entirety of my windshield replacement process. Not only did they complete the job quickly, but the pricing was awesome. Wonderful customer service from first phone call through picking up my car.Estimate beat every other shop handily and there was nothing hidden about the pricing.Best part was they said it would take about an hour and it was ready in 45 min. Tina who works at the front desk was extremely helpful and sincere when I called in to get a quote to replace my side window after someone broke into my vehicle. She was great, able to get the glass I needed and get it installed all within a few hours! Everyone was great, the glass technician and manager even came out and checked in with me while I was waiting. Great company with a great customer experience!Service: Auto side window replacement

Needed to get my windshield replaced after a year of criss crossing the country expediting freight. Had a couple chips, and a big crack... called the usual places and stumbled upon Glass Pro who did it for almost $300 cheaper, got me in next morning and gave me fast an GREAT service.Will use again if I need to

I unfortunately had a small rock hit my windshield while driving on the highway, resulting in a large crack. I called around to 4-5 auto glass specialists, and landed on Glass Pro Inc. They were by far the least expensive option (other companies charging $90-150 more). I was able to make an appointment and the service was convenient, friendly and fast.

Had an amazing experience with this company. My daughter had been driving around with a VERY cracked windshield for a VERY long time. I came home to visit and needed to get it done while I was there. Tina was able to fit me in and it took less time than they quoted us. They were by far the cheapest in the Milwaukee and surrounding area.
