Towards the end of day and I had to call 3Times before Someone answered the phone and then I was placed on hold for a lengthy amount of time before the employee was about to look up something I needed to tell me they don t carry the part. The whole process took about 33 mins which is very frustrating because my car was down and so needed the part I was looking for asap.

Needed a power steering pump so I could finish a portion of my project and zip up the left front engine compartment before moving on. Arrived a 4:15p and suddenly had to leave as the doors were locked preventing anyone coming in. Clearly the hours of operation stated open til 5p on two different signs on the glass and website, and I'm pretty sure I reset the clocks on time when spring ahead came but they were closed earlier then expected.

Ask for Paul. He gets a 5 star rating in my book and is the only useful parts guy there. The rest of the kids there are absolutely useless. Either Don t have it or can t get it when the computer shows it in stock, and Paul can somehow always find it.Sad because I used to love this store.

Manager wad flexible with offering a sale price on item even though my purchase fell slightly shy of the mandated $50.00 must spend to qualify for the sale price of desired additional item.Much appreciated and quite good customer service (29th & Loomis location- Milwaukee).

I needed to purchase a fuse for my output source as I do not have an AC on my CD deck. The employee working was very helpful even after coming back in 2 other times with questions

I love Napa. Very helpful staff and quality parts. Pay the few extra dollars for parts that are going to fit and work instead of cheap junk the other guys sell. You'll thank me later.

This NAPA when I go then I ask someone help me to find the power steering fluid. they don't check the car and make sure which one is right or wrong.he said go to conner and get.

Didn't have the size part I needed, everything around it tho which was frustrating. The clerk did write down the size bolt I needed so I could find it elsewhere which was VERY appreciated!
