Worked hard to find the right parts. Odd vehicle so did not find them. Much more knowledgeable than other parts places. When you visit make sure they show you Thor's hammer.

If they don't have it in the store they can get it. If the price is to high they can usually match a competitor. Best of all ...they are all smart enough and know enough about their products to deal with an uneducated customer in a professional and timely matter and move on to the next person waiting in line. That is soooooo very much appreciated when the next person waiting in line for a simple 30 second sale is you.

Extremely friendly staff both times I ve been there. They have also went out of their way to give me really good deals both times. I will not go anywhere else for parts. Usually I m not treated very well at other large competitors. Highly recommend!

I have shopped this location for the last two years. The decorum of the people they have here as a Counter Man is without rival. The counter people have an excellent command of language being as articulate as they are knowledgeable about the components they offer. When you ask them a direct question about your equipment will never receive a slang or less than correct answer. You will not get a prolly, probly, that's close enough, or some other less than it is right or not. They will offer you quality options to upgrade your equipment with complete confidence. This crew has decades of experience between them and while they treat you with courtesy and civility they will fit your equipment precisely.

Staff is extremely helpful. I've never had them give the wrong part, which had happened at all the other big brand auto stores. I'm glad I live a few blocks from this place cause I never have to go anywhere else.

Placed an order at 9:38 am which is 22 minutes before they open. The website stated it would be ready for pickup today. I waited until 1:46 pm (1 hour and 14 minutes before close) to call and waited about 10 minutes without the phone being answered. I received an email my order was ready for pickup at 3:03 pm which is 3 minutes after they close. Not sure how this is same day pickup.

This is the most useless automotive parts provider I have ever dealt with. I have experienced just about every parts provider and store in the Milwaukee & Waukesha county area through my 13+ years in the automotive and medium/heavy duty diesel industry and this is the laughing stock. When I say the most useless, I mean these individuals would be reluctant to help their own mothers with an in-store concern, much less an independent automotive repair facility or average retail customer. Absolutely no drive to go above and beyond in any capacity. This store has been floundering since it was taken over on the corporate level many years ago now and should either be completely restaffed or shut down immediately to protect the corporate image of NAPA Auto Parts Genuine Parts Company in general. STAY AWAY! Worth the drive to the Greenfield location on Hwy. 100 & Layton Ave. or the Point Loomis location in Milwaukee.

I used to go to the Napa on state street but now I go to the Napa on Greenfield Avenue because the employees are much more knowledgeable and much more helpful and useful

Online inventory does not reflect stock. They wasted my time. In store associate said it is a regular problem.
