Online appointment creation was quick and easy. I arrived 4 minutes before my scheduled time and was leaving less than 5 minutes later. The gentleman that assisted me was helpful/polite and everything went as smoothly as possible. I've been to other stations/service centers that do state emission checks and felt like my presence was a great inconvenience to the person handling the test. That was not the case here at all. Will keep them at the top of my list if I need any vehicle repairs.

Went for emission testing. You can schedule an appointment online. It was quick and easy. Can get your sticker there for a $10 fee plus your registration fee. Otherwise the inspection is free. Just pay online as normal and have the sticker mailed to you if you want to save the $10. Great experience.

My 80 year old grandfather went in today to get an emissions test. The staff behind the counter was short at onset but provided direction to go to Door 1 for testing. Unable to locate Door 1, grandfather returned to the office for further direction and was met with the WORST customer service.The staff was condescendingly yelling, Didn t I tell you Door 1 already?! Get out of my shop! and proceeded to throw papers as my grandfather excited and yelled back his displeasure with the way he was being treated. While my grandfather s back was turned and was exciting, the staff came from behind the counter and grabbed an object and waved it in a threatening manner as if he was going to hit him.It is absolutely unbelievable how a simple request for help could be met with such disrespect. This experience was beyond disheartening and unacceptable.While I appreciate the response & invite to me. Foul language in RESPONSE to disrespect initiated by staff does not warrant staff throwing things, picking up an object, and threatening a person s physical safety. Might I add, based on the poor tone and communication, which INITIATED, the back and forth prior to things escalating, no service was desired to be refused. It was clear the service would be fulfilled elsewhere.I think we can agree respect should be maintained between all and that also in business professionalism should be expected and maintained by staff at all times. Please take this experience as an invitation to practice differently - sensitivity to customers with language and aging challenges- patience & grace goes a long way.

I was referred for emission testing by DMV. Made an online appointment but went ahead of appointment time. When I arrived, I was greeted with pleasantness at the door and seen right away no waiting. The service was fast, I d say less than 10 minutes and emission test was complete. I recommend this shop.Thanks Mr. Eric & Team for the quick service.

This place has amazing customer service. The owner and one of his employees Eric had exceptional professionalism and made you feel welcome while you re being service. I actually got in at my appointment time. No wait! Best mechanic shop experience hands down!

Went in today for emissions test. I made an appointment prior to coming in. They got me in right away during my appointment time. It was extremely fast, it took about 10 minutes to do. What surprised me is they also are able to renew my registration on the spot as well. originally I was going to renew online or go to a kiosk. I got it all done in one place which was extremely convenient. I wasn t charged anything more than what I had to pay for my registration. Left with my emission test complete and the new sticker on my plate! Wonderful shop!

Went in for an emissions test. Made an appointment online. I got there a but early but the man behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman that did the test was also super friendly and helpful. Was in and out in a very short amount of time. Great place!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I made an online reservation at this shop for emissions testing, which was incredibly easy. Upon arrival, the friendly gentleman at the front desk had filled me in on the next steps, and I completed it with no issues. Every person I came in contact with who works here was so amicable and approachable, and I felt happy to be there. Taking care of car responsibilities, of all things. Thanks, Dudes!

Fantastic experience from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to have new tires installed. While I called to schedule an appointment, you can make one via their website too. Anthony was extremely helpful.When I entered the shop, Anthony got me on my way very quickly -- no need for 5 minutes of paperwork -- handed him my keys; saw the tires stacked and ready to go with my name on them -- perfect!Picking up the car was the same great experience. This shop is phenomenal. I had an emergency on my way into work and would have lost my mufflerhad they not worked me in for a same day repair. Their prices are very competitive. I also appreciate their honesty and empathy for people needing help. I will be a customer for life. Great people to work with.

Made an online appointment for 2:10p , actually got there early and checked in. Was told to pull around to door 6. Eric the emissions guy was polite and courtesy, got me in and out in about 5 mins. Very fast and efficient, since testing is done inside they honor all appointments. Although the place isn't much to look at, they seem to do well.

Came here for emissions testing. One of the best things here is that they have 10 minute appointment slots on there website. So, you dont have to worry about any lines like with walk-ins (as long as you're there on time).Really fast and efficient service!

I went in for an emissions test today. It was very easy to make the appointment online the day before, and even though I arrived a few minutes early, I was greeted and the emissions test was done right away. The testing only took a few minutes and I highly recommend Muffler Magic Complete Car Care for emissions testing.

Anthony was amazing, showed empathy and compassion after my catalytic converter was stolen overnight (see picture). Recommended a warrantied covered replacement that saved my hundreds of dollars. I came here for a second opinion after another shop quoted me $500 for an exhaust leak. Muffler Magic fixed the issue for a fraction of the cost and did it quickly. They also did an emissions test while I was there. I'm very satisfied with this place.

I scheduled an emissions test late Friday afternoon, almost to closing time. They had availability and were pretty fast with service. Very nice staff and both greeted me. I felt very welcomed there. Thank you again for the fast service!

I made an appt online same day to get my emission testing done. Everyone was professional and welcoming. I got there early they got me right in and out. Got my registration sticker there as well.. I will go back!!

Very disappointed. I have worked with Anthony even though he can come off a bit rude and unprofessional at times as long as I got the repairs done I over looked a lot of his comments. My latest is I took my Buick in for diagnostic needs a catalytic converter. He found one on eBay for a nice price but when I was able to get it fixed it was sold out and he couldn't find another available then told me I could find on on my own and they can install it. I found the part and appointment is set. He even called me to confirm the appointment today 03/18/2024. Then less than 5mins later Anthony cancelled my appointment via text stating now it against ins policy to except the parts because I purchased them myself but he told me i could in the first place & the one he offered was from eBay as well. So I didn't see the difference from him ordering from eBay or me It wasn't against there insurance policy then. Only up to the point I actually found and had the parts delivered. Not purchased through them at a higher price I even went into the shop March 14th 2024 to see if the one I was getting was correct to which he told me" its not his job to go the searching for me" ok fine ill confirm it on my own. and when i did now they cant except outside parts. Really Anthony i find it hard to believe your insurance policy changed within literally 5mins I'm not sure if Anthony is the owner or manager but his ego and rudeness needs to be stopped. If you want to see the real reviews check out their Facebook page I wish I had first. Ill add the screen shots of our conversation with the other real reviews.. Well lesson learned hope this helps someone else before your time and money is wasted.

Totally satisfied! The online appointment booking system works well...the technician did my test quickly...then he helped me with the plate renewal. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

These ppl are honest and so personal! It s really hard to find a good honest mechanic. I was so happy when I found them. Anthony is so sweet and honest, I highly recommend muffler magic for your vehicle needs.

Anthony was great from the customer service to them fixing my car all the way to me paying . Prices very affordable. They did a timing chain on my Buick regal 2012 and when I got my car back it ran better than before ! This is my new car shop from now on . Thank you guys so much for getting me back on the road ..yall my dawgs now lol

Got my emissions test in and out in 20 min. Make an appointment though. Two issues you have to get out the car and go inside. They don't answer the phone that often.

I have been here before for emissions testing but took a chance and brought my Jeep in to be serviced by them recently since they are close to my job and I am glad I did! The actual Jeep dealership (where I purchased my vehicle from) quoted me $1,400 for a repair and Muffler Magic did the repair for 40% less than what the dealership was trying to charge me. Quality work and I will definitely recommend them to family/friends in the future!Service: Engine repair

Quick and professional, which is really hard to find these days! I was thrilled that I could make an appointment online too, and they reminded me about my appointment - which helps with my busy schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone!
