One of the worst car experiences that I have ever had! Did not balance the NEW tires so I had to go back. When I went for the balancing part of the job (that should have been done when the NEW tires were mounted) they totally ruined the wheels. Scratches and dents. I ve reached out to them several times thinking surely they aren t going to do nothing. Well they will do nothing. See photos. Ladies beware.

When I first pulled in, I thought to myself, "what did I get myself into coming here?" The place looks like a junkyard. Tires (old and new) everywhere- in the parking lot, inside the garage, and in the lobby/customer waiting area! I'm not sure what's going on- lack of storage? Disorganized? Management? The place just did not look professional. That said, I didn't come here to mingle or to enjoy a cup of tea. Despite its unprofessional appearance, they really were professional and they got me in and out of there rather quickly. Even though it didn't bother me all that much (maybe because i was having used tires installed and my wheels were already in not so good shape), one thing I would like to point out is that they didn't put alot of emphasis on detailing of customers' wheels. They didn't bother cleaning up all the grease used during the installation of my tires onto the wheels. (Zoom into picture)This may ot may not be an issue for people with expensive, fancy wheels that just got cleaned. Overall, it wasn't a bad place. I actually would go back. Especially since they install used tires as well as being opened until 4pm central time. Good luck

I was in and out in about 15 mins or less! Very thankful for the guys getting my tire together this morning. Early mornings are the best time to get whatever you need fixed!! Very friendly staff

I had a slow leak in one tire. They repaired that, checked all of the other tires, their air pressure, and filled them with air... for $20. I am a woman of a "particular age"and I have never felt taken advantage of at this establishment.I have bought tires here over the years at a fair price and got quality tires.This is a no frills place and I believe they have a lot of integrity.Located on the NW corner of 76th and Florist...a couple blocks north of Silver Spring in Milwaukee.Update(11/17/23):I had 2 tires with "slow leaks" repaired. They replaced the faulty valve stems, filled all tires with air AND gave me a nice discount for being a loyal customer. They don't "upsel" anything unnecessary. I still highly recommend them!

Consistently closes early as if people don t need tired between 4-5 pm. Considering this is the time most who work first shift are getting off I don t understand why employees would be allowed to leave early. I m sitting in the parking lot with a flat and 5 other cars have drove in the lot looking for serviceI see there is a response to this review I have photos of them not being there at 4:40 and also took pictures of the several other cars in the parking lot looking for services.. an employee even mention that they consistently close early

Mr. P's has been the place I have gone for tires since the 90's. Tire prices fit my working woman's budget. They are always respectful and kind. I take my tires there when they have a nail or a slow leak. I have always been VERY happy with their service and have taken many of my family and friends to them. The staff is hard working and knowledgeable. Great Milwaukee Tire Place!!!

I had my car towed here and had two tires replaced as in bought brand new tires upon my drive home I noticed they didn t balance the wheels I plan on returning to see if they make it right today as the wheel balance is a standard thing to do especially when you are buying two brand new NOT USED tires. I was very disappointed in how they thought they could get away with it because I didn t know better . I do know better and will be returning today to get it taken care of or just reporting them to the bbb and canceling my form of payment to them as what I payed for ($220+ tax was only partially done to correctly in a professional manner fix my issue.) didn t get what I paidfor it s only fair imo. See you guys soon this am Hope you make this rightEdit: went back the next day they did indeed fix their errors & were apologetic & it was appreciated greatly by me. Thank you guys I m amending my 1 star to a 3.5 stars !!!

I personally want to recommend this location due to the level of understanding and assistance I've received from the manager (Tim) and his (team). I couldn't be more appreciative of the service I've received, I came in with a bad tire leaking air fast! on my lunch break at that !! The team instantly went into action taking care of my vehicle fixing my tire, while another guy respectfully directed me to where I pay for the service that's being done. it took 5-7 minutes start to finish which was awesome on a lunch break. I'm not guaranteeing this type of service for everyone, but this location on 6005 North 76th street was everything I expected out of a good tire shop. WITH THAT! I'm thankful and will RECOMMEND anyone that's looking to get assistance from guys that's experienced in their craft with great attitudes "Never making you feel like you're bothering them" to go there you Won't regret it.THANKS.

I have NEVER had a bad experience, here. Every single time I come here, they use their expertise and experience to advise me in the best way possible, and do their work quickly. My ONLY place for tires. Tim is the best!

Usually mr. P would get high ratings for me. Expect I had to visit twice for the same tire and it's still not properly installed. I had to go to my mechanic. These are great guys through their services is just this incident could have been handled with someone with more experience.

Nice people. The place may not look like much passing by, but they have always had the tires I needed (new and used) and are reasonably priced. Their service is quick, even with walk ins.

Came to get 4 new tires on my vehicle and when they were done I walked around to check and they put all old tires on my vehicle. Each tire had a different name and wear and tare. I told them I was not keeping those and to remove them. Well this fat man got upset cause he had to do extra work. Ladies ..make sure you check their work cause they tried to pull a fast one one me but it didn t work.

Took my tire in because it was losing air throughout the week. Had a nail in my tire. Very friendly staff had me in and out in under 15 minutes and was only $10 for the repair. Overall good experience, will be back for future service.

Tim and the guys always do a great job, mounted and balanced my new tires last week and did the same for my Grandson today, they were very bz today so he told us to leave the car and tires there and they'll take care of it and call my Grandson when it was ready, job well done

Any time I need tire work these guys take care of me quickly and for a fair price. I don't think I could ask for anything else!It may not look like a Spa and you won't be handed a Latte but you also won't pay the Spa prices.

Called at lunch and they had a very good used tire for $40. Got there about 330 and they had plenty of guys to do multiple vehicles. Took the bad tire off of the van and rim and had the new one on quickly. Pulled right up and was in and out in no time. Great used tire plus fast installation and no charge to get rid of the old tire? Cant beat that deal!

Very rude! talk to me as if I was not well educated. All I ask was for a tire patch and if I can make an appt to do a quick patch during work hours because like everyone else we all have jobs. I can t wait 2-3 hours for a simple patch. The money I lost just waiting there would of gotten all 4 of my tires patched. Their phone was very staticky so I ask to repeat how many hours to wait and they talk to me as if I didn t understand English. Please upgrade your phone system if you cannot talk with a little respect towards people who ask you to repeat what you said all because your phone line is bad or cheap

Hole in the wall business that offers fast, friendly service at a great price. I have been doing business with them for 10+ years. Best service on tires in town. Have shopped them on price and Never been beat on price. New and used tires. I can't recommend them enough. Six star rating on service and price on a five star scale...

Unprofessional. I stood around for several minutes before "I" asked someone to help me. No one greeted me at all. And the shop closes at 4:30pm, when most people are still at work. I don't recommend this place. King Car Care is up the street and they are more professional.

Mr. P's Tires go the extra mile to get you what you need quickly. I like Continental tires. They got them for me. Installation was quick, reliable, and professional. I got a good price as well. Today one of those tires got a nail in it. The repair was quick and professional on a very busy day. Social distancing was happening, so I stayed in my car the entire time. Thank you, Mr. P's on 76th and Florist!

So yesterday I went in to get my two rear tires fixed after a week of filling them up and the guys at Mr Ps got my car right in and done real quick. Today I woke up with a leak in one of them still I called and they got me right in again and we're persistent to find the slow leak and got it done fast no questions asked. I will go back. I will recommend to friends and family

Excellent place to get new tires. Great prices. Fast service. Sometimes you can get an amazing price on great quality used tires. Always ask.These days because of Covid-19 the lobby is closed so you stay the whole time in your car.

Needing new tires right before a huge storm was my fault. Even though they were very busy, I was able to order new tires and get in and out effortlessly. Going in I thought I knew what kind of tires I wanted but was told "I wouldn't put those on my daughter's or wife's car" I took their recommendation. The fact that they treated me just like family made me feel great. I was even eligible for a mail in rebate and they filled out all the forms for me and gave me an addressed envelope so all I had to do was put a stamp on it and mail it! The process couldn't of been easier and I'm very happy with my tires.

I normally don't go to Mr. P's, but they really helped me when I had a flat tire on my car 4 days ago. I went to the one on 52nd and Center, and they got me in and out. Thank you to the staff!!!
