I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24.Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise.This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience.I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future.

Sharing this review to get attention to this issue-I called asking if they could press a wheel bearing into my rear steering knuckle on my ford explorer. I was told by a man that yes, they could. But they wouldn't let me use my steering knuckle. I'd have to buy a new one from them.Reusing a knuckle is a way to save money. And it's a common thing to do. So, either this guy didn't know what he was talking about or they assume everyone can afford to replace a knuckle every time they replace a wheel bearing which is crazy and unnecessary.

Quick, friendly, and fair. I selected the Bluemound location to receive and install new winter tires. Their online appointment portal was super convenient. I'll be back!

The estimate was half of what I expected, and they are fair and honest. They replaced only what was needed to be replaced and even inspected my truck and gave me an anticipated maintanance timeline so i wouldnt run into more costly repairs. Awesome garage

The entire team helped to make it an easy enough process. The only shop that was able to help me with the cross threaded lug nuts and change my tire all at the same time. I Had a flat, swapped it to the spare and Called up Monroe They were able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. I showed up and a very pleasant tech asked me a couple of questions about the leak. He then took my tire, plugged the leak and filled it up. He then offered to put it back on my vehicle even though they hadn't taken it off. I pulled up to one of the doors and he swapped the tire back on with professional ease. The price was extremely reasonable and the whole thing took 15 minutes. Absolutely going there again when I need automotive work.

What a great experience!! I walked into the shop on a Sunday morning with a screw in my tire and was hoping to get it back by Monday morning. Mitchell and team had it back in 20 minutes or so good as new! Thankfully business appeared to be a little slow, but even then, its pretty rare to have a team so eager to help and crank it out while they are available. Thanks, team!

Loved that I was able to make an appointment for the next date. Other places were having me wait 1 to 2 weeks and I needed this in time to pick up my son for Thanksgiving Day. Thank you!

Dropped our car off with a leaking tire on Saturday afternoon and went to pick it up on Sunday. The guy at the front desk said it was complementary and no charge. Definitely need to bring all my work here. Love being in Wisconsin. Thanks Mitch!

I had a flat tire and brought my car in here. They got it fixed fast and to my surprise they did it at no cost! They also gave me a quote on getting my calipers and breaks replaced (since they were rubbing), and when I declined they were not pushy at all. I will definitely use them next time I need new tires.

Had a really great experience with these guys. They quickly diagnosed my problem and instead of charging me, referred me to my dealer as it was under warranty. And they were polite and attentive and took the time to explain what was happening w my truck. Will definitely be back.

I drove 8 hours to visit family when the entire front end of my car began shaking. I called multiple tire shops around town to try to get serviced as soon as possible, Monro s not onlyGot me in same day, but the service was fast and insanely affordable. Would recommend Monro s to anyone that needs their car serviced!

I liked the service I received and will be back to get my next set put on at this location. The lady working the counter was kind, helpful and professional. My only gripe was despite having an appointment and filling out my information before hand, they didn't have the available tires for me and had to go to the warehouse to get them. Not a big deal- but why ask for my information and not have options readily available? Just seemed like the whole process could have been smoother.

I had a flat tire and the owner/manager took care of my car immediately! They were very nice. Highly recommended. I will definitely come back

Not impressed. Had to go with them because they were the only shop around with equipment powerful enough to mount new tires onto new Tactik rims for my Jeep, but when it came to putting the wheels on the car, for the life of me I could not convince them that lug centric wheels are a thing. Which they are, according to both the manufacturer of the rims and the distributor, I called both. The shop, however, insisted that I need to buy hub rings. Since the old tires were becoming unsafe to drive on, I caved in. They installed the wheels and gave me the hub covers that came with the rims back with a shrug and "They don't fit over the rings" explanation. It looks horrible, hubs are exposed and in hind sight, I should have split the job between them and another mechanic. Two stars because they did get the tires on the rims, at least.

Customer service sucked from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist has zero customer service skills, just rude. The person who did my oil change threw my keys on the counter although I was standing right there. I tried to show appreciation and say Thank you, he walked away. It's 2023, not spending my money with places that don't have appreciation for the customers that keep them in business.

Had service done here a year or so ago. Around March of 2022. I used Monro years ago starting 2015. A few of my friends as well. We are "car guys". Improving cars are a must.My last visit last year, never again....... I went in for ball joints and control Arms. On my check. The parts failed, by August. I made sure to take the car back to have it service. Upon my arrival. I met a Latino American lady. Very rude and disrespectful. Enough for me to never go back to any place of business. Being carried this way. When you spending thousands of dollars. No one wants a rude and personal employer or employee barking at you. Well Monro days are coming as the one on 108th street closed in west allis.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation, my first time at this location. When I first went in, no one was at the front desk, and I waited for about 5 minutes until someone came in from the garage and scheduled an appointment with me for the next day. They weren't super friendly, but weren't mean either, just kind of indifferent toward me as a customer. Dropped off my car the next day, and they told me it would be about an hour. They kept to that timeframe, which I appreciated. They didn't relay any info about the fluid levels or anything from their inspection of the vehicle, so I assume everything is fine. When I got my car back, there was grease all over my steering wheel and the driver side door mat was covered in mud (see the photo). I know these guys work on cars all day and my car is a 2008, so it's not super nice, but still, they could have at least put something down so they wouldn't get my floor mat super filthy. Now I have to clean my carpet. Price was reasonable for the change, paid ~$100 for full synthetic, which is around what I am used to paying for my vehicle. So they get 3 stars for the price and time it took, but took off two stars for the indifference they showed to me and the interior of my car.

I have used Monro Auto Services at 5930 W. Bluemound Rd, Milwaukee, WI location for the last couple of years, and after today I will never return. I had an 11 am appointment today to rotate my tires. I was on time, and the person checking me in said you don't really need to rotate your tires anymore. I told him I still wanted them rotated as I do it every 10,000 miles, and I've had it done here at this location at Monro. He went to look at my car and came back in and said we don't service that type of car, and I told him that it'd been done here at this location before. Then he said my tires were bald and he wouldn't rotate them because of it. The tires have 32,000 miles on them and are not bald, not even close. It was obvious he didn't want my business. I will never return to any Monro center again, and I recommend everyone to not use Monro or at least stay away from 5930 W. Bluemound Rd. Milwaukee location.Peace & Happiness,George

Great price for an oil change, and Tyler was super friendly and helpful. I told him I was short on time, and he did my oil change himself in order to get me in and out in under 40 minutes.

Had an emergency on July 3 on the way to lake Michigan.Blew out a boat trailer tire (never fun especially on a freeway) and then discovered the spare had a leaky valve stem after I installed it.These guys changed out the valve stem in about 2 minutes flat and then sent me on my way without accepting a payment. Very nice crew at this place. Would definitely recommend.Thanks Troy.

Tiffany and Julian (sorry for any spelling errors) are great.Solid customer service and even when I've had to wait for my vehicle, they've communicated the status of my vehicle regularly. I've had new tires, oil changes, and new brake pads/rotors done here and will continue to choose Monro in the future.
