This is my third time coming here for assistance with my tires. The staff are always friendly and efficient.I did think it was a bit odd that when I called to see if there was any availability my call was routed to a call center overseas. It may be more efficient just to have someone from the physical location take the calls, but that is just my suggestion. The staff here are awesome. Thank you!!!

My car wouldn t start on Saturday( 4/13/24). I had my vehicle towed to Monro that Saturday evening. I received a call Monday morning with a gentleman from Monro, I believe his name was Al. Al kept me updated about my vehicle and gave honest feedback on what parts were needed and replaced which I really appreciated the clear communication. I feel for the parts that were replaced and work done on my vehicle was a fair amount. Keep up the good work guys.

Robert was so friendly and helped me select new all-weather tires. I was looking for feedback on a few different options I had researched in advance, and he shared is expertise. They also were able to order tires on a Thursday evening and install them the next day! I'm very pleased with the service I received and the friendliness of their staff.

My experience is all ways well thought-out when my car is being served. Once I leave I have a piece of mind knowing I made the right choice with Monro. The Reps are respectful and nice. That is why I will continue to build my relationship with Moro.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Had an appointment for tires and alignment for 7:30am-10:30am. They didn t show up to opening until 7:45am. Then proceeded to tell us we were early and made us feel bad about showing up on time.. then told us they didn t have the tires in stock, even though we made our appointment about a week ago then told us the guy who does the tires doesn t even work today. So they can t do our tires. Why didn t they call us to let us know all this and why didn t they order our tires to have them for the day we scheduled the appointment?! Terrible customer service. Do not use their online program! Apparently they never check it.

The service at this location is top notch. I have been bringing vehicles of different makes and models here since first moving to the area. They have never been anything less than professional and exceptionally talented technicians. Their customer service is always excellent.

I normally dont leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was too shiesty. I took my truck in. (engine service light evap codes) paid for their diagnostic check. They told me the truck needed $1900 worth of work. 2 days later im talking to a coworker about it and he says "check your gas cap" and turns out it was loose and the very next day my service light went off and hasn't came back on since. That was 2 weeks ago.

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment with Monroe for a flat tire to be replaced. She called on Monday and our appointment was for Saturday. When I came in to drop off the tire Friday evening I was told they hadn't ordered the tire yet. They got the tire done on Saturday but closed 30 minutes before the posted time. Got the tire Monday and it was inflated to 55 lbs. It was 25 pounds over inflated. Overall just really unimpressed by the customer service and won't be returning.

Aaron has been a life saver yet again. I was stuck at home depot and it was late and near closing time. He stayed late to get me back home. Surprised my father with his professionalism and knowledge on cars. You have won my service. See you guys soon. Best place on Port Washington road hands down

I really wanted to have better things to say, but here it is: The manager, Drew, started by giving me a hard time on the cost Tire Rack quoted for my tire install. Second, he complained about the number of tires he had in-store, as if it s my fault he can t find what I ordered. Next, my car was there for 6 hours, when I had been promised 3 hours tops over the phone by Robert. Furthermore, the whole facility needed a good clean- the office was filthy and run-down. But here s the kicker: When I got my car back, the wipers were on, the seat was left so far forward I couldn t get in, the interior smelled like marijuana, and my tire pressures were substantially off (see pic). I paid them to mount, balance, align and provide me with tire service. Is it too much to ask to get the pressures right? Should be 33 in the front and 32 in the rear. Which makes me wonder- did the wheel alignment I paid $130 for even get done? With the attention to detail I witnessed, I have no way of knowing. All-in-all, a pretty less-than-stellar experience. If they offer to make it right, I might consider returning, but otherwise, avoid.

Set up an oil change, called in a day b4 valentine's day for date purposes. They set me up for a 2pm schedule. Then told me it'll be about an hour. It's now 3:22pm and still isn't done. Took 50 minutes just to finally start up the process. What's the point of setting up a scheduled appointment, just to come in and find out its another 1 hour wait, and its been almost 1.5 hours? my date had to be rescheduled.

I called 5 places that wouldn t take me in for an emergency tire repair (Nail/slow leak) when Aaron Clark at this location took me in to get me back on the road with my work vehicle when they were just as busy. I was in/out in 20 minutes. Aaron was cool under fire and saved me hours of headache.

The guy was lazy and didn't want to look at my car. When I first walked in and told him what was happening with my car he just diagnosed it without fully checking,smh. He also told me to go to another auto shop saying that it was a transmission that needed to be replaced. I went to another auto shop to get a second opinion and the only thing that was wrong was a spark plug was bad and something was cracked, smh. Definitely will not be returning to Monroe in Port Washington.

This place, especially Pierre, is friendly, helpful, and then some. The metal shield under our car got loose after a snowstorm as we were passing through Milwaukee on a Sunday. Nobody would give us the time of day and kept telling us they would need to keep our car for 3 days without even listening to the problem. Pierre was wonderful and reassuring over the phone. We brought our car over, he took a look and realized it was a 5 minute fix. He fixed it right away and sent us back on our way. I can t recommend this place enough for anyone who needs regular or emergency auto help in Milwaukee. Look/Ask for Pierre. He is there Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

The customer service was very poor. Aaron the manager was having a bad day treating his employee rudely. Wait time was horrible. I was there 5 hours for a tire change when I was told it would be 1 hour and a half. Aaron also was talking badly about his customers in front of customers. Aaron had a bad attitude throughout my visit. I was so uncomfortable I waited outside.

Went in for new tires. Made an online reservation, but I showed up on the wrong day. They still fit me in and were able to get the tires I wanted delivered and on the car the same day. Great service!

I strongly do not recommend this place. I had to reschedule my appointment four times to have my all season tires swap for my winter tires. The winter tires are all mounted and it was a simple swap. I have been going there for the past 2 years, winter to summer and summer to winter and it usually takes them about 15 minutes to swap all four tires. Every single time I was given a price of $29.95 for all tires and every time I call to schedule the appointment I checked on the price and it was the same. This last appointment, the mechanic somehow said that things are different now and the price went up to $160 to just swap four tires and if I pay with cash it was $100. Would you want to go to a place like that? I am never going there again!!!

Aaron was generous and patient with me, showed me what was needed and gave me a slight discount. He even got me a ride back home while the work was being done. I had several things fixed at this place that day, life time break pads & calipers, plus tire repair since I purchased them there. I recommend this place staff is friendly and prices are decent.

I had a 1pm appointment for a install of two of my own tires. Was told it was a short wait. 1 hour and 30 minutes car is done. The person fixing a car was busy watching TV. There was another person running around smoking cigarettes. To top it off, someone smoked Marijuana in my car. I smelled it blowing through the waiting area. Very disappointing. I won't come back or recommend their services.

Went for a loud muffler and they found the brakes issue that I was sure we had. Fixed both issues in less than 24 hours! Friendly staff and great communication. Thanks!!

At kopps custard for lunch and discover a totally flat tire . It s a Sunday . We have 90 miles of driving ahead. With family and the dog . Not sure a spare is going to cut it .Luckily Munro is nearby and OPEN.One man tending to the whole shop. And he took us in ! Kind and competent . No way we get home today without his help. Thank you ! Absolutely 5 star review .

I had come in asking for a quote on replacing a tire after I ran over a nail. Instead of just selling me a new tire, Monro actively tried to save me money. They noticed that I had purchased road hazard for my tires and that the shop I bought them from might cover the tire for free. Because of Monroe, I'll be saving several hundred dollars. I appreciate the honesty of their employees and how they looked out for me when it would have been easy to just sell me a new tire and I wouldn't have known the difference.

If you plan on scheduling an appointment for tires, call them first to see if they actually have the tires. They don't seem to keep track of tire inventory on their website.I scheduled an appointment for new tires on their website, showed up the next day and was told they don't have the tires.The employee then looked for a different brand that would have costed me about another $100.Was quoted $191 on their website but was also gonna get $5 off per tire. So really, $181. Sweet deal.Since they didn't have those tires, they found a different brand and quoted me at the door about $285.Walked out the door to find tires elsewhere.I understand that you don't have the tires.But you really should track tire inventory on your website to avoid wasting people's time.I'm sure you're a great company, but I wonder how many other people have had this experience and ended up paying significantly more than they were quoted all because of the lack of showing inventory on your website.

Despite saying nothing about it on their website, or when making an appointment, this location does NOT honor the $39.99 oil change coupon. They say it s because another oil change place moved in next door .
