Gage responded to my tire flying off on the freeway within 20 minutes of me calling their dispatch. He was incredibly professional and patient, as well as a joy to converse with. Made sure everything was secure multiple times which I greatly appreciate. Thanks again sir

My girl friend called me and said she got a flat tire on the highway I looked and called around one tow company told us 45 mins and never came and when she called them back they didn t even put her in the system don t worry their review is coming but I found this company and when I say the customer service was on point from the dispatcher and even down to the person that came to change her tire my girlfriend was very very happy after waiting two hours for other companies this company came in 15 mins also GABE is the one that came to change the tire great job she left a tip as well

This is truly an upstanding family business. I locked myself out of my car after a long day s work. I contacted them and the communication was excellent all the way up until the truck arrived. The response time was 15 minutes!! The person who unlocked my car was so gracious and professional. He had it open within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this professional business. 5 star business in every way. I love supporting small businesses. This one is worthy of support! 10/10 Would Recommend & Absolutely Will Repeat!I called two companies to get a quote for a tow, and this was the second of the two that I called. Although this company gave me a slightly higher price, I knew that I was going to go with them just because of the questions he asked.. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. The #1 thing that sealed the deal for me, was looking at the reviews for both this company and the other one who quoted me... I could not believe my eyes when I read some of the reviews and even worse the responses from these other guys... It didn't matter how many more reviews they had, even with an overall 4.9 stars, there was NO way I was going to hire them. I called Rich back to see how long it would take for him to meet me by the car & he was ready when I was basically... When I got there, he was already getting to work! Overall great experience & I will definitely recommend MKE Towing & Roadside Service to anyone I know who needs a tow! Thanks again, Rich!!Service: Car towing

After a frustrating day with AAA that ended with them telling me they didn't have anyone who could move my car to the mechanic's shop and that I was on my own, I started looking for an alternative. Got incredibly lucky with MKE Towing. They understood my situation immediately, unlike AAA, sent out the proper equipment promptly and problem solved. A real pleasure to watch a professional who knew exactly what he was doing work. And everyone was kind and funny. As pleasant as a car breakdown can be. Thanks, Rich. Super fast, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly kind. Booking + service was so convenient, easy, and affordable. 100% would recommend! Immediately upon opening their website, someone greeted me in the chat to see if i needed a quote. Less than 15 minutes later, Milwaukee Towing + Roadside Service was sending someone to my rescue. The driver called me to let me know he was arriving soon, was super friendly, and changed my tire quickly. He gave me great recommendations for tire replacements, and was nonjudgmental in my lack of knowledge. SO GRATEFUL for their help yesterday.Service: Tire change

I locked my keys in the car on break at work. When I clocked out I called Milwaukee Towing and they had Andrew In the parking lot within 15 - 20 minutes of me calling. My van broke down on the freeway, on the way to work. I was able to get it into a parking lot at Brookfield Square. They were able to come in a timely manner and get my vehicle to the repair shop safely, even though it was quite late at night. Very respectful and professional. Reasonably priced also. These guys were simply amazing. My car battery died, and I needed them to tow it to a shop. Instead, they tested the battery for me, then offered to put in a newer used battery for me. They only charged me around $100 for the tow to their garage, battery test, and new battery. I saved a lot of money. You guys are just amazing. Keep being awesome!
