The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. My car was stolen again! The rear windows cost a lot. Their glass and installation price was best I found. And they even cleaned up the broken glass! I so appreciated that! I hope I never have to go back there again, but if I do I will!Thank you!

Baby momma drama? METHED with the wrong neighbors? Pothole on Lisbon? Don t worry Ross got you covered. They worked some crazy magic on my Civic when 4 huge rocks fell out of the sky and landed INSIDE my car. In under 3 hours they replaced the windshield, both side windows and back window, vacuumed all the glass. All jokes aside they did a great job fast and it was a lot cheaper than other quotes I got. Recently had an Intoxalock interface installed and it was surprisingly fast. I called and talked to Alex who is very nice on the phone and the guys there have great and professional customer service. They also offer same day auto glass replacement with the best prices in Milwaukee. I would definitely recommend them everytime. Not even 36hrs after purchase, smash & grab. A few cars in Walmart parking lot, including my son's car were hit. This is my son's 1st new car, feeling defeated when he should be joyous....I sent him to Milwaukee Auto & Glass. Professional, Reasonable Prices and Quick. The car looks brand new, Thank you!

The best. Most affordable. Quick good service. They were kind enuf to clean up all the broken shards of glass thruout the interior of my car. Very polite staff at the front desk. Finished my car in half the time they estimated. Great guys great business. Great work. Good lookin nice young bucks that do a wonderful job!

They fixed my window that had dropped into the door because of a blown motor. Very thorough and professional, and they even completely cleaned all the glue on my window from when I had to tape the window up. Highly recommended!

1995 Buick Century front window got chipped in chicago, the crack spread fast. I called them and they had me at the shop for a 1 and a half hour repair. Very professional, quality work.

I would give zero stars if I could. NEVER use this business.I called Milwaukee Auto Glass about a windshield replacement. They asked me if my car had automatic emergency braking, and I said yes. They said nothing further about it and had me come in to replace my windshield.I did further research about the emergency braking, and realized that a replacement windshield would require recalibration to make my car safe to drive. When I went to pick up my car from them, I asked if they'd done the recalibration and they said no -- I had not been informed that they were incapable of performing this task and that their inability to do so would cost me extra money somewhere else or render my car's cruise control system completely unsafe to use. The only reason they even told me about it is because I had looked it up and asked them.I brought my car to the dealer to get the system checked, and the dealer informed me that Milwaukee Auto Glass had used ZIP TIES and TAPE to attach my windshield, and that when the aftermarket glass they used didn't fit my car the way it was supposed to, the GLUED IT to the moulding.The dealer ultimately had to replace the moulding, replace the windshield, and recalibrate the system due to the incompetence of this business.When I reached out for a refund, they told me they would refund me for the labor but not the glass. But, when I tried reaching out again, the phone line was dead, no one answered any emails, and I never received even a partial refund.This business DESTROYED my car, and cost me over TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS in repairs at another shop. I will be telling everyone I know and everyone who will listen to avoid this scam operation.Service: Auto windshield replacement

A snowplow dumped hundreds of pounds of ice and snow from an overpass onto my windshield last night and it cracked it pretty bad. I called Milwaukee Glass and they got me in right away. The staff was extremely friendly and they replaced my windshield in 2 hours. They also replaced it for a reasonable amount, not $500 like nearby competitors. Had installed my amplifier and subwoofer today. I called and asked for a quote on how much they would charge for installation, they worked with me and was thorough through out the call. They told me to bring my set up and they ll take a look and I did just that 10 mins later. I get there and right away they took care of me and was on it. They speculated my amp and sub and knew they can get the job done. Long story short, they took my car in and worked on it right away. The wait was only about an hour and the system sounds amazing. They did a great job through the whole process. I tip my hat to them. Awesome job guys!

I had a huge crack in my windshield, and despite the fact that they appeared to be quite busy, they replaced it within two hours.The employees were also very friendly. My window has been off track for over a year now because of trying to roll it down in the winter. I called the day before asking if they could get it back on track for me, and they quoted me $50. I was 20mins late but they got me in at 9:50am the next morning and I was out by 10:06am. Paid the price they quoted me and my window was fixed. GREAT customer service and my window works perfectly again. Workers were friendly and communicated well. My only concern is that they don t have contracts or paperwork for you to sign, so if something goes wrong you re just going off of he said she said .Service: Auto power window repair

Great service for your auto glass replacement. I called two days for a quote and when I came in they honored the quote that was given, they estimated three hours but was done in a hour and half. Great and reliable service would definitely recommend them

I came by yesterday to get my front driver side window replaced. Staff were very polite and accommodating. Prices were definitely appreciated as well. The work was done in timely fashion and it all looked great upon first glance. Would have given five star but I noticed this on my new window and I am a little concerned that this will cause potential problems in the future.

Had an Auto Page remote starter installed about 2 years ago. They did a great job then. Stopped in on 1/9/18 with a radio problem on the same Ford Ranger XLT. Thought it may be related to the remote starter but turned out it wasn't. Thanks for being kind and checking the wiring. Glad to have stopped in because I bought the new Pioneer radio from Alex. Just like before, great customer service and cordial - missing in today's daily communication. You guys rock! Outstanding product knowledge in comparing different radios, hassle free install and very competitive pricing. So glad you were able to install it while I waited. Fantastic! Yes, it is best to have an appointment but when it is your lucky day, run with it. I am a satisfied customer for life. Thanks again for a very good business experience.
