Updated Review 4/8.I contacted this location because of the buy 3 and get 1 free tire deal. Along with the positive online reviews I've read about Dustin. I had a pleasure of speaking with him. He was very nice and friendly.However, there were some miscommunication on the total cost etc...After speaking with management, things were rectified and I was able to gain more clarity of the price. Although, I decided to purchase tires at a different location. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He also apologized for the misunderstanding. I felt it was very sincere.I Thank Anthony and Dustin for listening to my concerns and for offering to help in any way. I greatly appreciated.Thanks again!

My experience was awesome! They're friendly and knowledge! Trust me they know what they doing. The manager assured me throughout the process. There's refreshments and tv to watch while you wait. Best. Midas. Ever! Will be back for any future maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dustin from Midas for my car service, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered. The service was quick and efficient, and my car has been running smoothly ever since. Dustin took good care of my car and turned it around quickly. He s a good, honest mechanic! He got me in quickly, the price was great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. Definitely the nicest auto shop I've ever been to.

I woke up with a flat tire this morning and needed to patch it ASAP! I stopped into this Midas location for the first time and was greeted by a very welcoming and friendly team. They were very busy and I had not made an appointment so I wasn t hopeful but they made time for me. They let me drop off the tire for patching and let me know a rough estimate of how long to come back. The communication was great and when I had gone back to pick up they were able to swap my tires back and give me the details on what had happened. For a tough start to the day, they made the process pretty easy and stress free. I ll definitely be back!

Dustin is amazing. When I came down to visit my car decided to brake. He did a great job. Got it done. Great price. He was very sweet and very knowledgeable. He explain everything to me. I will be back! Thank you dustin!

Took my car in for its second round of regular maintenance and as always, I received top notch service from the team at Midas. Thank you Dustin and Ryan for continuing to provide me with great customer service and peace of mind that my vehicle is running at full potential. I ll see you in a couple of months for round 3

If you want a true and honest mechanic you should go in and talk to Dustin. He talks in terminology that any person can understand.He has always been spot on with out a machine to diagnose the problem. I have known him 30 plus years and he treats everyone equally. He does excellent work and is very thorough. Give him a chance I bet you won t regret it

One of the best customer service experiences I ve ever had. Definitely in the top two, when it comes to an Auto Maintenance Shop. Dustin and Ryan weren t only kind but informative. Vibrant energy and a great start to my day. They were able to squeeze me in for an oil change on a busy Saturday morning with a smile (mind you, I went to the incorrect location after scheduling a week prior). That s hard to come by nowadays and I really appreciate them and their service. If you guys see this review - You re appreciated & see you next time! KJ

I was visiting family from out of state when my car wouldn't start. Dustin got me in quickly and they got my car up and running. I was expecting an outrageous bill, being from out of the area and in a rush to get my car back. But, they were really fair! You don't see this often anymore, fair pricing along with doing a good job!

Today was a day to remember! My calipers were grinding and Dustin, the store manager, was VERY HELPFUL and took my car today, the day before Easter and agreed to fix everything and stay late to finish it! He even applied a couple coupons! What a great Manager!

They were able to do a last-minute complete brake job on my Jeep that had some serious deferred maintenance. The two brothers running the place are friendly and professional. Would recommend and will bring my vehicle back.

Dustin answered the phone when I called inquiring about a tire alignment. He was very knowledgeable and kind!! I had found a coupon online an he helped me put that towards the balance of the 3 year warranty for my alignment!! Definitely had great customer service even w the guy who dropped parts off for auto zone! It s refreshing to have someone be so polite!!Service: Wheel alignment

First time doing work on my car here, and the service was great! This place is up the road from my house so it s easy to have my car taken care of when needed. The workers are friendly and great! The prices are reasonable and affordable! So far it s five stars this will be my go to, to get work done on my car!

I was traveling several hours away from home and needed an oil change . I thought I would just check and see if midas had time , by my surprise they did. They were able to get me in right away, however great that was it was what came after .that was impressive. On inspection they found my break pads were seriously in bad shape . They were also able to get that repair done very quickly as well!!! They put my safety on top priority !! I am beyond impressed with their work ethic and how much they truly care for their customers! I can only imagine what could have happened to myself and my family if it weren t for them. If I m ever in the area again you will definitely have our family s business!!

I had an issue with my Ford, seemingly a transmission thing, and most all shops and Ford dealerships were giving me the runaround and not offering any help. In less than 48 ours with our car in the hands of Dustin he figured out the issue and fixed it for super cheap. Even worked late ours to get it done quickly. CANT RECOMMEND ENOUGH

This place is a god send. The guy Dustin who works here, knows cars for sure. Helped me with identifying my car's issue and making sure it was affordable for me to repair. Hats off to the crew here. And thanks again Dustin, I won't go anywhere else!!

Been here twice, once for a tire and once for brakes/battery. Staff is incredibly kind and doesn t upsell you which is rare and nice. Service is quick, waiting space is clean and quiet. All around great experience

I just bought a 2023 RAV 4 and it was time for my first oil change. I purchased the extended warranty and was scheduled to go to the dealership but I ve always had Dustin work on my cars and wasn t comfortable going somewhere new. He always provides me with excellent service but more importantly, he always take the time to explain what he s done and why. I appreciate his patience and friendly demeanor. I m a customer for life!!!

Good place to go for brakes, they had me in and out in a few hours, had no problems waiting on parts, and the first shop that didn't try talking me into an alignment I didn't need. The tech got on it, found the problem, fixed it and I'll definitely be bringing my car back.

This place is great. I drive a truck for work and I usually come in needing a last minute tire patch/new tire and they always find time to fit me in and get me out the door so I can get back to work.Today I came in with my engine overheating and they were able to diagnose, order parts, and fix it same day.I'll be bringing my personal car here next time it needs work.Thanks guys!-Flat tire girl

Get all my work done here. The guys are always super friendly helpful and informative. Always getting you the most reasonable price they can for the work. Ryan is always the one who helps me out. He explains the whys to the repairs and cost so I dont feel left out in the cold because like a lot of women I dont know a lot about cars. Very trustworthy super friendly and can hold a conversation to make the wait enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in for an oil change and asked them to look at my exhaust. Most places would have been dishonest and told me to get a new one, Dustin seen it was a minor leak and helped me fix it. I appreciate the honesty and the fact they listen to our needs thank you!

Dustin was the THE GUY!! He was great early in the morning on a Saturday! Great energy, customer service and respect. I would highly recommend the Midas on Wisconsin Avenue. That is the way to go, they ll take care of you!

The mechanic was personable and very informative. When I brought my vehicle to him my vehicle was running rough. He explained to me the light I was seeing on my dashboard was an actuator code coming from my intake manifold. He replaced the intake manifold and performed a decarbonization of the injectors then replaced the injector o-rings. Before the vehicle was returned to me he also replaced the spark plugs and coils on my Kia Sportage. The first impression of the work performed was outstanding. My fuel efficiency returned and the engine ran very smoothly. Lastly after the mechanic looked over my vehicle he also reported three subtle oil leaks that needed attention. I was so impressed with the work performed I will definitely go back and have more work performed. I have recommended their services to others.
